She went out of her way to get our activity booked and asked if there was anything else she could help me with to just let her know.. that is very much appreciated especially when you are new to a place..

I had an opportunity in May to book a helicopter tour with Maui Activities. I was working with Silvana and loved the experience so much I had to write a review. Silva answered all my questions and clearly outline policies, procedures and questions about access so well that I was confident I could trust her to look after all my needs . I knew Silvana would ensure that I had an awesome experience. You see Im an enthusiast photographer with a lot of gear, and I reached out to several vendors over the phone once I arrived in Hawaii (from Toronto Canada, so I wasnt very oriented or knowledgeable initially on the best service providers for tours) that just were not clear on camera specifics regarding allowable weight and size. She clearly answer questions about refund policies (and the terms around refunds were clear up front and were extremely fair). In summary I felt Silvana had a genuine interest in ensuring I had the best experience possible and I just wanted to thank her for everything and I would highly recommend her services.Thank you Silvana. We visited Maui in February and ended up using Maui Activities for two different snorkeling cruises. They were incredibly helpful, great with our kids (even the young ones) and went above and beyond the whole time. We would definitely use them again in the future!

I planned our family Hawaii trip with Maui Activities and Darcy was AWESOME! She’s very knowledgeable and very patient. Trust me, this being my first trip to the islands, I had lots and lots of questions and made numerous calls to Darcy.I thought I had everything planned with a selected Maui activity for everyday. Thankfully Darcy pointed out some things that I never thought about such as booking our whale watching trip in the morning with lesser chance of wind and a smoother ride for my elderly parents or taking this particular helicopter tour in the morning where the sun glistens that side of the Island for photographic views. Also, I had completely forgotten about the waiting period between scuba diving and flying. Luckily, Darcy realized my error and was able to contact the diving company and had them squeeze me in on a different day for an already booked filled diving excursion. She can do wonders!I don’t think you can ever have a bad experience in Hawaii but if you want a trip of a lifetime with less concerns or worries, call Maui Activities and ask for Darcy. I had the pleasure of dealing and speaking with Reef, whom I found very pleasant. She explained everything about the details of the bookings that we were interested in. What I liked about her was that she took the time to give me suggestions and recommendations instead of just trying to sell me the activities that I was interested in. She also mentioned that if I wanted I could take a few days to think about it and then call her back. I would highly recommend her and would definitely call her back for any other bookings.

I started working with Silvana soon after planning our wedding on Maui. We were directed to her for our luau by Peggy Temple of Maui Aloha Weddings. I was pleased with the personal input and thought that Silvana gave as well as her professionalism. During our extended honeymoon stay, we had Silvana set up a helicopter ride (incredible, with Air Maui) and last minute parasailing (perfect, with West Maui Parasail). For every event, Silvana gave us clear instructions and all went smoothly. I so very highly recommend Silvana as your agent to work with!
