You vacuum you car, the vacuums have good suction. The website said a soft towel dry but no one was there when your through with washing so I dried my rental car. It was recommended by the rental car owner.

It was my first time coming here. When you pull in the vacuum area is before the car wash. The sign says vacuum for car wash patrons so I pulled in to vacuum. A very unpleasant woman came and very rudely accosted me - insinuating that I was using the vacuums without washing my car. I explained it was my first time here and was vacuuming first (as that’s the area you pull into and have to pass thru to get to the car wash) and then would be washing my car. She said there were signs saying you have to pay first. When I asked where the signs were she refused to tell me where. (Spoiler / there are none that say you have to clean your car first). When I again said no problem I have every intention of cleaning the car (that’s why I’m here) she said I should have asked someone first. Again I asked who and where I would have done that as there is no one at the entrance and she refused to answer. Absolutely rude and cruel and mean. Don’t go here. Papas in wailuku gives way better service!

Prefer it over the newer Papas. They use more soap and my vehicles get cleaned better. Poor drying is the issue that prevents five stars here. Who wants water spots because it wasnt dried well enough? Like that they cost two dollars less than Papas but it might be worth it to choose Papas and actually exit with a dried vehicle.

Really thorough car wash, soft yet efficient with free vacuums and very attentive employees!The only downside is the flow of traffic trying to get around the vacuums and into line for the car wash and weekends are crazy busy.

Ive been going to Maui Express for years now and Ive tried others, but I think this is still my go to. Sometimes its very busy, but I usually just time it around whether it looks busy when I go to put gas and its fine. The wash always comes out very clean and the attendants are always professional. I highly recommend this car wash.

There is this one kid - unrecognizable because of the face covering - that all of their team members should subscribe to...friendly, engaging, and he cares. Each customer is a person, not a number. Very rare nowadays with the younger generation of workers. I will get his name the next time.Update 8/1/20: ok, the employees name is Daniel. This guy is truly an asset and example of good customer-service behavior.

So Ive been going to this car wash for many years now. Never had a problem. Until recently I had just purchased a brand new car took it to the car wash about 3 times now. ( I know maybe I shouldnt have taken my new car through the car wash) but my car ended up getting scratched on the 4th wash. It scratched the front and it clearly looks like swirl marks from the machine. So I ended up asking for management which she clearly was very unprofessional and even ended up blaming the car dealership I had bought my car from. Amy Diteman promised me that someone would call me to clear this all up. 3 weeks went by and Im Still waiting Amy! Im very disappointed in all of this. I supported this company for many years now I will never go back.

Ive been going to this car wash for many years. Very quick, smooth and easy but the only reason Im posting a review is cause Ive never had such a rude interaction until this morning.Im not even upset that when I said no thank you to taping down my wipers, she did it anyway in a hurry, or that she gave me the wrong air freshener or even that she didnt give me one second to order a microfiber towel before quickly handing me my receipt and walking away.I dont know what I did to deserve such quick snappy rude remarks about how all the cars need to pull forward but I hope the lady working the booth today has a better day because Ive never experienced anything like that before. Mustve been an off day. Aloha

Uber driver, been going there 2-3 times a week for about 10months. Getting frustrated because of how often the car washing machine breaks down. Then today had a very rude attendant when I asked if I could still use the vacuum. Frustrating because my income is dependent on me having a clean car and I have to get this car cleaned one way or the other. Would also be nice if they made a sign when the machine was down so I could see from the road and didn’t have to pull all the way in to find out they are closed then make a u-turn. How about doing regular maintenance and service checks instead of just running the thing until it breaks down?Feel like fixing it as things break is lowering your businesses operating costs at the expense of everyone else’s time and convenience.As an Uber driver I could just run my vehicle until it broke down, I have free towing and why replace a part if it might still have a few miles left in it? No I don’t do that because it’s not fair to have a passenger inconvenienced by my car breaking down in the middle of a ride so I can save the time and money of inspection and replacing parts before they are totally worn out.

Car always looks good when I leave the car wash. The vacuum works great to get the interior cleaned. Once I left my floor mat in the vacuum are there and when I returned, they had it for me to pick up. Christmas time they have cards on sale so that you can get the supreme wash for the same as the basic one. Watch the new enforcement program to stop people from sneaking in for a free vacuum. Required to go thru the wash first, then they direct you to a stall where you can dry off your car and then vacuum. They say a 5 minute policy, but dont enforce it unless the car wash is busy at the time

Good car wash but they keep raising the price

In one word...this business has not been reliable when I needed it most. As a small business owner I need to be able to wash rental cars rain or shine, without needless hurricane shutdowns, and seriously...4PM closings on Sunday? What about employees not wiping down cars after wash? Most professional washes wipe the car down at the end. Not to mention to many changes all at once...no more free vacuum which by the way brought you more of my business...price increases...and the annoying sales pitches in the line for wash. Finally, there is no way to tip your hard working employees from the transaction on my credit card...come on it’s 2018...no one carries cash anymore. That’s an easy fix...robbing your employees and my opportunity to be generous. Once I see changes for the good I’ll update my review more positively.

The service is terrible esp. at the vacuum area. U can only stayed for 5 minutes. Because in my situation my car has sand all over the floor so i need to vacuum it will. And then i dont make it with in 5 minutes. So it try to finish it, but the the guy came over and tell me that oh! you need to leave now. because your 5 minutes is over. And i told the guy that im not even done yet mb 2 more minutes. Oh you need to leave right now. Wow i was so speechless the way they handle the situation. That is very awful services i ever been experience from them, and the employee his not considerate, his very arrugant and unprofessional to handle the situation. And also the manager his more arrugant also. Very sad experience. He could handle the situation with professionalism if he cares about the business. So his customers will keep coming back. But to bad his the worse manager i been encounter. He could be more flexible and approachable.

Wasnt pleased at all...Parked under a tree & got bird poop on my truck. No one pre washed it off with a power washer. Pulled out with lumps of wet poop on my hood. Was that the $12 best wash special?. At least 7 employees running about, I was the only vehicle there. Going back to Hashis, went here for convenience only. Never again!
