Michael S. at Palms Pool Services LLC started servicing my pool after purchasing the previous company who did my pool serviced for many years. Mike has been coming for about three weeks now and I have to say I had no cause to worry. Everytime he comes to service my pool he leaves everything exactly how he found it. My pool looks great, and even with all the recent rain where he had to release water he took the time to coil the drain hose and left everything as though it never happened. It is refreshing to have someone come do work in my home and treat my property with the same care I do. Thank you Mike for being so considerate.

I have been using this company to service my pool, spa, and fountain at my house for the last 6 months and I have to say, I am impressed. Kyle, my technician, has an eye for detail that is remarkable. He cleans so fluently - he brushes my walls and tiles, vacuums, washes out my filter, etc. He even recognized that my pump was starting to whir which prompted a repair technician to come out. He found that the pump was about to die but because my technician found it in time I only needed to pay for a motor rather than a whole pump! The replacement process took less than 48 hours to get the quote from the office girl, approve it, and get it installed. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Palms Pools is THE BEST. Kyle has been servicing our pool for 6 months now and it has never been better. I can not say enough about his professionalism, his speed and accuracy and just his overall service. Our children tell us every day how SPARKLY the pool looks when they swim. So thankful. Thank you!

Do not I repeat do not use this pool company. They change the timer supposedly on my pool power shortage caused. I called stated it was do to their service on my pool was told no and call an electrician called an electrician turns out I was right. They placed a 110 v on my pool and set the internal pool pump at 230 definitely them and completely unprofessional.

Andrew the pool technician services the pool is fabulous he comes every Tuesday and cleans the pool and filter the problem is the owner! My pool developed a leak which is some things at the pool technician cannot handle himself.. Palm Pools sent out a third party company that represents Palm Pools to find and stop the leak 2 months later the leak is back. The owner of palm Pools is aware that the leak is back however refuses to return my phone calls or stand by the work that I have paid for!. All I want is for the owner to address the leak by having his third party company come back and check their work! I have left numerous voicemails for over 3 weeks I have spoken with the new office girl who is clearly confused! However I speak with her two to three times a week and she assures me she has told the owner. Clearly the owner of Palm Pools does not find it necessary to return the calls of his customer!! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Since the owner does not stand by any of his work!

In my 20 years in Florida I have gone trough a number of pool servicing companies and this one is by far the best. I have Mike for a cleaner and he is polite, respectful, knowledgeable and super efficient. My pool has never looked better...

Great customer service! The technician is always on time, very polite, and leaves a hanger so we know exactly what they did. They make it easy to stay on top of pool equipment maintenance because they let us know if any repairs need to be done and are always fair. If you want a blue pool, go with Palms Pool!

I’ve had them for a few years and have no complaints! My pool guy mike is great. Always on time and calls me whenever there is a delay or issue. I recommend palms pools!

Really disappointed in this pool service company. We repeatedly complained about our pool conditions. Nothing ever changed. The tech would come out and perform the bare minimum. Not anything close to what was outlined in our full service program. When we complained they were very indifferent, if not defensive. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Wish I would’ve seen these reviews before I hired them.

Our pool technician Michael is awesome. We had an issue with our first pool tech, complained, now we have Michael and we are so happy. He is a hard worker and our pool looks great!

I called them on a Monday morning, they were out at my house the same day! My pool is looking great again thanks the Michael the start up guy! Also had another guy come out the next day to fix the skimmer, he did a great job too. The gal that answers the phone was nice and accommodating. Thank you all.😀I highly recommend this pool company.

I can’t say enough positive things about Palms Pool Service. We have had their maintenance service for over a year and a half, and our pool water is sparkling clear. With proper water balance, the wall staining disappeared. Their technician leaves a detailed checklist every week about what he has done. He comes on the same day every week without fail. I occasionally test the water between visits and it is always balanced perfectly, so I know they are doing everything just right. i highly recommend Palms Pool Service.

Horrible service! I used them for about year. They often skipped weekly services and then charged me for them. My pool was constantly dirty and becoming green. Could never reach by them by phone. They denied skipping services and I eventually had to do a charge back on my credit card to get reimbursed. I do not suggest using them!!

We asked them to clean the tile around the Pool every time they came and refused to do it. Then started doing it whenever they wanted! Had a problem with our Hayward pump, told us we had to replace it and never told us we could contact Hayward and they would replace it! It cost us $1500 and they couldn’t get it to work right! Changed Pool companies and the girl told us they used the wrong wiring to make it work! Just awful

Inconsistent service. Its an added chore to track the actual service dates. I had the same pool service for more than 10 yrs prior to switching to Palms 6 months ago...they came weekly without fail. In the 1st 4 months with Palms, the technician missed a total of 7 weeks...3 consecutive ones. Palms reluctantly gave me a credit for 1 month (4 of the 7 missed weeks). Im hopeful that with switching technicians, the service will be weekly as it should be to avoid having to switch to a new company.

Does an excellent job on my pool i recomend them to anyone who wants the best of the best pool care

We signed contract with them about end of 9/2018 for one year service. Pool service has been terrible (pool has been constantly green with dirt were not clean) since end of May 2019. We called and emailed several times to their office and their emergency number. The green pool was not improved over 2 months and we needed to terminate the service.Very responsible or very badly run company.

At beginning the owner Peter would be nice, so you can sign up an contract with them. Since Oct. 2017 till now April 27, 2018. They did partial repair of my customers water fall leak repair. It is still leaking water 2 in one day. Finally we give up, we would like them to cap the water fall, and pay them $1200 we agreed. But you know what, nothing has been done, and they got a lien on record for $1,575. If you looking for them, they will never answer you. PLEASE do not hire this company.

Was billed for service i never received, then they added late fees on top! They said i received service until march 2017, which is impossible since i had a legitimate company service my pool in January of 2017. I have receipts proving i had another company but palms didnt care. Filed a dispute with better business bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.my wife was home and my gate is always locked, so how can they bill me for service i never received, and how can they bill me for pool service if they cant even get to my pool?

Just plain and simple bad service leaves gates open had to search for my dogs lucky nothing happened. They are my babys canceled Services after a few months of service

BEWARE. Palms Pools has been providing service on our pool since February 2019. In May 2019 we noticed we were losing more water than normal for evaporation. We paid them to perform a leak test ($400) and now they will not given the report to us. We have emailed and called them over a dozen times about getting a copy of the report...to no avail. Now, we just returned home from a 2 week vacation to a GREEN pool. The never answer the office phone, never return calls from messages left, and now apparently dont clean your pool while you are on vacation. Legal action commences on Monday, 7/15 along with their notice of termination. If your looking for a good pool company...avoid these guys...they are pathetic.

Was having issues with my heater not heating the pool and spa properly called Palms Pool for them to come and check it out. Had the issue resolved on the first visit, also hired them to come service my pool weekly. Very satisfied with the service.

We hired Palms after seeing their trucks out and about in the area, and decided to give them a shot. Everything has been consistent and we love our weekly technician and the owner Peter.

If i could give them a 0 star, i would. They serviced our pool pump and whomever did the work never reconnected the ground wire... Peter (the owner) is extremely combative and disrespectful.

Peter is a nice guy, I have been with this company for a few months and my pool has never looked better.

Please do not use this company!!! They are scam artists they never came to clean my pool it turned green then they charged me and then they tried putting a lien on my property... I later found out from other local people in Mirasol and other neighborhoods this is what they do. Save yourself the trouble and do not call this company!
