Super happy with the service provided at Valvoline! Quick, efficient, and friendly service. I inquired about having a tire rotation, and the gentleman who was helping me took a quick look at my tires and said I didn’t need one quite yet, instead of selling me on it, which was incredible service! Will be returning in the future!

This Valvoline location is great. The service technicians are friendly and communicate with you, to let you know that they are doing. In addition to the oil change, as part of the service and included in the price, they top off fluid levels, check headlights, tail lights, blinkers, brakes and tire pressure.

I visited Valvoline a few weeks ago for an oil change. Cole and the team were super friendly and professional and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Quick and courteous service. Only disappointment was they can’t do a tire rotation due to lifts not working. I was told the same thing 6 months ago on previous oil change. Please get the lifts fixed as I love your fast and easy service and it’s a bit of a pain to go somewhere else vs knocking both out at once.

I’m impressed. I have changed my own oil for years. I was in a rush and needed it done quick. I was extremely impressed with how professional these guys were. They did not try to up sell me on anything. An actually saved me a few dollars with a coupon they had. The work was completed quick. And they even showed me the dip stick of the clean oil, topped off perfectly. I highly recommend this place. I will be going back.

Fast service from other employees, But Chris was speaking very unprofessionally to customers as well as being very aggressively insistent on them getting other services they didn’t want Won’t be coming back to this location.

They are quick to get you in and out. 50$ for a nonsynthetic oil change. They try to sell you other services but they dont have the ability to rotate tires on my SUV due to the weight. (Thats an issue because its important to rotate so therefore I cant use them on a regular basis.)

I noticed that my car needed an oil change, and was stressed because I had to return to work Monday (Im a teacher) and its not easy to schedule around my work. When I saw the Valvoline sign, I took a chance and drove in. It was the easiest thing I could have done. Zach, the Asst. Manager, and the team of mechanics that serviced my car were polite, efficient, and had a great sense of humor. They made my day. Thank you so much, guys. Im your new customer.

Can’t say enough how impressed I was with this place. It was run with surgical precision. I never had to get out of the car and exceptional precautions were taken to protect against covid. Thanks to Aedan for running such a sharp operation.

My husband took our Jetta in for an oil change. The technician had difficulty checking the air filter because he wasnt sure how to reach it initially.After the technician finished my husband went to the parking lot to look under the hood and the engine cover was cracked into two distinct pieces. My husband immediately drove back to the service area to speak to the manager who never came outside to speak to him (customers are still not allowed out of their cars or in the office).Upon arrival at home, he took a better look under the hood and the cover to the air intake had come completely off on the short drive home and will no longer stay attached, so clearly broken, and the entire intake tubing system is now loose.It seems obvious that, at minimum, the technician had minimal if any experience with Volkswagen.We will now need to take our car to a mechanic to fix the issues and replace broken parts that were not existing problems prior to this service visit.There is a Jiffy Lube, a Mobile Service center and other service stations nearby. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those ...Comment added 9/24 @ 09:41 for update and reply re Case #K87716: I have spoken to Aiden, the Assistant Manager this morning and he is working with us to fix the problem. Ive come here repeatedly and the honest service that I recieved from Zach will be the reason I come again. No worries about bad service or being charged for things that you dont need at this location.

These young men were amazing and helpful they walked me through everything I would need to know On maintaining my vehicle and always had a smile no matter the problem. I witnessed another gentleman come in after me with regards to a broken headlight who seemed to have more of an attitude than needed but the crew handled it perfectly informing the gentleman that they would do their best to fix the problem but the customer continued to be rude. My experience at valvoline was amazing and will forever bring my cars there when in need of service.

Well if you want a $171 oil change this is your place. I asked if they could grease the chassis and was told it was done. I found 8 grease fittings NOT touched. However was sold a Air filter that had 6k miles on it.I understand Im not dealing with professional mechanics, however when I have to double-check their work and find no effort was made to perform a simple task, this definitely doesnt make me a return customer. Also have no oil change reminder sticker on the inside windshield.

They were not so busy, so I was in and out in 15 minutes, but they skipped all the maintenance checks. Ill check them myself. Overall, I am happy that this service was achieved in 15 minutes. Thanks Zachary, Peyton, and Joe.

First time at a Valvoline instant oil change place and to be honest, I was hesitant because I had my wife and kids with me and I didnt want my kids to wait and become agitated. I am so glad that I found this place. The service was super fast and professional. All the guys working there were very knowledgeable and friendly. Exceptional service. I got my oil changed, fluids checked, tires checked and a filter changed in a grand total of 11 minutes. They were efficient and extremely pleasant as well. Very thankful I have found this shop.

Beware, “enter at your own peril”. On 21 Nov 2019 I had an oil change here. After the change driving the 7 miles home the truck smelled bad of burning oil. Once home pulled the drip stick no oil - none. Added oil 2 to 3 quarts to get a reading. Then went to move the F150 to make room but found a huge puddle of oil on the drive. Called Valvoline and Valvoline Corporate several times asking for help - NO help. I called my Marine friend for a hand as I have bad arthritis. He discovered the oil filter covered in oil and loose and hardly attached. No oil reminder sticker, no resetting the Ford oil maintenance minder. Gross negligence - Beware....

The CSR was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what my vehicle needed but didnt pressure me to buy. It only took 12 minutes to do the oil change. Only disappointment was they werent offering the $19.99 oil change. Other than that I would definitely recommend this location!

Quick, friendly service. I actually went the day before when it was very busy, or if I wanted to, I could come back the next day, since it was typically a slow day. Decided to come back, and sure enough, I was able to pull right into the bay. I used a groupon without hassle. They offered some additional items without being pushy. Fast in and out.

Id rate 0 if i could! Horrible service. All of the people seem like they are high on some sort of Drug! Ive taken my car to this same place for years when it was still Ecolube. Since Valvoline took over the place has gone down the drain! Horrible! Please do NOT take your car here. These people have no idea what they are doing! Management does not care & the employees are even worse! Save yourself the extra money youd spend on fixing your car after they mess it up & bring it to another place!

This place is top notch!!! We were on our way from NC to Ft Lauderdale when the oil casing on our car started spraying oil. After 5 different parts houses, we found the part. We pulled into Valvoline and explained that we had been driving all night because my mom was being flown off a cruise ship to Ft Lauderdale for hip surgery since she had fell and broken her hip while on the cruise. I asked how much he would charge to just change out that casing. He said they would take care of it. Not only did he switch that for me but also topped off all my fluids and checked all my tires and didnt charge me a dime. Huge thanks to you guys. Your kindness was very much appreciated in a very stressful time.

My husband and I took our cats here for oil changes. You may know how you have to sit in the car while they change the oil. I am not a fan of this because it is to hot but for 15 minutes its fine. They worked on our cars for 45 minutes then told us they didnt have the right parts and gave us $15 off coupons for another time. We went to jiffy lube and found out they stripped our oil plugs trying to get them out without the right part. We now both have to buy them from the dealer. I will not return to this place.

This place is the worst ! I got the oil changed in my new honda civic 2019, and they put incorrectly the oil pan, I got on the hwy there was a terrible noise underneath the car, the pan was all bent, had to get the car towed, had to buy a new pan . They had no idea how to reset the oil timer on the console, you think I got a refund or money for the towing, nope, they are going to investigate, be careful to bring your car here !! Thx.
