I went to have my cars regular tune-up oil change and it was pricier than advertised. When I pulled out I heard a funny noise the more I pressed on the gas the louder it got, immediately turned around and went back to find out why my 2017 Hyundai Accent with only 60,000 miles sounds like the engines about to fall out. I guess come to find out the new air filter I purchased was not put in correctly. Then as Im driving I noticed two big plastic knobs on my passenger floor, so obviously I just assumed they forgot to put them back wherever they went, and they were plastic so wasnt too concerned at that time. As Im driving I went to throw them into the glove compartment and the entire glove apartment fell out of my dashboard. So obviously I turned around again hurry back because they were about to close! Obviously now this is my second time Ive gone back the price was more than advertised I was not happy! Obviously the guy was very apologetic & put them back in right away....He asked if there was anything he could do and clearly I wanted him just to put my glove compartment put back together & honestly I dont want them working on my car again. With everything that went wrong and disappointed with, they clearly do not focus on a job at hand.Dont get me wrong, I realize this could have been just ONE GUY having a bad day, but unfortunately all those incidents happening in one visit for an oil change, I probably wont be back!These incompetent issues are mainly of them not checking their work and come on who wants to take your car to someone that doesnt pay attention to what theyre doing!?!? So I will not be back, at least not to that store!

I usually go to the one on Northlake that’s always packed, but this time I decided to go to Indiantown since I was working up that way anyways. There was literally no wait, immediately I was helped by Clinton. He was very nice and very professional about the oil change. He looked back at my service history, he even checked the car out to make sure there was nothing wrong. It was just an overall pleasant experience. Roberto was nice as well he made sure I got my next oil change sticker and cleaned my window for me. Ross guided me in and out of the bay, he seemed nice. Clinton was very knowledgeable about my car.

The oil change probably was done as expected, but it just about ended there. When I asked the manager if any of the other services supposedly included in the price had been done, he said, Yes, of course. Since this was in care service, I can say for sure that nobody checked tire pressure, wiper blades or any other of the long list of services listed on the invoice were done. Check light bulbs? When and how? Washer fluid check and refill? I checked it before going there and it was still mostly empty when I got home. If you dont do the checks and refills, just say so. Dont charge a fortune for an oil change, promising all the other stuff and then dont do any of it. Wont go back there, no matter how much $$ off coupons they offer.

Have a commercial truck that needed an oil change they called the fleet office to get approval ....after they changed the oil and wiper blades I asked for the invoice and I seen they charged over $250 looked to see what they billed me for they charged for a tire rotation and a cabin filter that they never did th he the work on because the whole time they were servicing my truck I was inside of it.....I asked the young gentleman that was doing the work on my truck and said he was told just to do an oil change and windshield wipers by his manager who was the one that took me in the bay and assessed the job....I so go to this jiffy lubes a lot also for my personal vehicles just want to let everyone to look at th their invoices or maybe he thought he can get over because fleet service pays for it

I have been using this place for a few years to change oil in my car. Initially it was all good, quick in and out. Recently their upsell tactics got very pushy, annoying and high pressure, and though I know about cars quite a bit I was tricked at least once into doing overpriced unnecessary maintenance.My most recent visit was a nightmare the guy was spreading doom and gloom like a drama queen looking for an Oscar. For example, one of the offers was to clean headlights lenses for $70+tax.UPDATE:I went there one more time with my other car, this time all was good, so I guess previous experience was just one time bad experience. 4* better reflects long term rating.

I did an oil change today. And immediately after leaving the parking lot my Low Oil Pressure light went on. I went right back to the store and had the Attendant check the dip stick for oil level. The dip stick was dry. They never put all the new oil in the car and, worse, they never checked before sending me on my way. It took nearly 3 quarts of oil to finally fill. That mistake could have cost me thousands and thousands of dollar because it would have destroyed my engine. If they can do a simple dip stick check at an oil change place what can they do right?

Of course it was an amazing experience. Ive been to so many places to get my oil changed and its always a three hour wait. The guys that work here know what they are doing. I love how efficient and clean and precise they are. Jiffy lube is in a league of their own. GREAT SERVICE

I went in for a oil change only and looked at my receipt and saw that they charged me for polymers engine treatment . An extra $35... I did not ask for that and it wasnt brought to my attention that it was being done

I was in Jupiter, 30 miles away from my home. I needed air in my tires and the undercarriage looked at before I could get back on the highway. They quoted me an hour and got me in within 15 minutes. Everybody was so kind. I highly suggest this location for any of your car needs.

A very professional and well run garage and honestPlace to get your car fixed. I have been three times and when done my car drives like new. My first visit was going out of town so the car needed several repairs that were done right. The best mechanic there Tony also fixed my air conditioning for 120 dollars. Another shop in town told me that it would be 1600Dollars to fix it . I never fixed it do to the cost and suffered with the hot summer and no air. When TonyFixed my air conditioner with such a reasonable price I was in amazement . This mechanic is honest, professional and well worth the visit . I cannot say enough about it’s excellence. A year later my air conditioning still works . The job is done right at jiffy lube in Jupiter.

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! I wanted to get conventional oil change.. I made it very clear I had a coupon for a conventional oil.. They put synthetic oil right when you are done and then high jack the price making you pay for full service synthetic. Now I am not even sure if they put synthetic in. NEVER WILL BE BACK! TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A GIRL ! Full oil change price was $106! I should of just went to my regular place in Stuart! .

Let me just say how OUTSTANDING the service is here at the Jupiter jiffy lube! I am not knowledgeable with cars and what needs to be done, but Lala greeted me with and walked me through it all, from what parts effect what, to helping me set a financial plan to take care of major repairs I needed done. She cared about my safety and others on the road as well, you can’t ask for better customer service than someone who is personally looking out for you. To the guys Tony, Rodney, and James who assisted on the repairs thank you all for your hard work and customer service as well. Great location and I will always be back for future maintenance!

We brought our Ford F250 there for an oil change. They used aftermarket filter that caused the diesel truck to airlock. I was so close to the building after pulling out that an employee came out to ask what the problem was. He proceeded to tell me that the mechanic was gone for the day but I could pay to tow it to their Northlake location. I had to pay to tow to Jasons Auto near by willing to assist me. Long story short it cost over 500 dollars to repair the truck that became airlock and we had to replace the high pressure pump.This does not include tow fees and missed work this being my work truck. The manager at Jiffy Lube would only refund the oil change and nothing else. Jasons Auto was receiving another airlock truck that had just left Jiffy Lube when I picked my truck up. I will never give my business to them again. Poor customer service and zero accountability. In the future I will be using Jasons Auto for all my truck needs.

The staff is friendly and respectful. You actually stay in the car now because of Covid so they pump air conditioning in, which is incredibly important when you have a car full of kids. They never make you feel pressured to buy anything but they do educate you on what’s recommended.

They do consistently good and fast work. Be careful of them trying to upsell you. If you get a Groupon, get it minimum 45 minutes before or else it doesnt work.

This place is absolutely horrible. I would never use them again. Ripoff artists. The manager doesnt even check his employees work. I went in there to get my filters change oil change a couple of other things changed out. I got a few miles down the road in my vehicle completely stopped working. Over heated wouldnt start. Whatever they did to it, they completely screwed it up. It cost me $617. and then when I took off the Caps to check all the things that they were supposed to do, they didnt do anything but one thing. Everything else they lied about. I highly do not recommend this place. They didnt even reset – light for after the oil change.

Outstanding team! They are very detailed oriented, very knowledgeable and all so respectful and professional. Your not waiting there all day to get your car serviced and with the COVID-19 they take all pro cautions as well as you sitting in your car to get the service done which is great! I usually have a good experience with Jiffy Lube but it is becoming the dreaded sales pitch lately. I know the technicians are doing their best with the up selling required of them. It is becoming a bit to much for my family lately. I understand they have to do this so it’s starts at the top. We get an uncomfortable feeling knowing we are going to be steered into trying for us to. Buy extra and many times useless items and services. Getting old now in my opinion and I am the one that decides where my family goes for all of our vehicles. Getting to the point my wife and kids feel uncomfortable with these sales tactics. We always that Jiffy Lube was better than that. Disappointing. The guys are nice but it’s to much.

After having been jerked around time and time again by mechanics, it was breathtakingly refreshing to have my vehicle serviced here. The staff was more helpful, friendly, and trustworthy than the last 7 auto shops I’ve visited combined. Thomas especially went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and understood exactly what was being done to my car. This is the only place I will bring my car for service/maintenance from now on. 11/10.

In less than an hour I was in and out and my car is happy again! They matched a coupon for me, let me know other suggested items for my car and made sure I was good to go. Horribly over priced, $100 for synthetic oil that sells for $25-30 on Amazon and $30 per windshield wiper that sells for $18 each at pretty much any auto parts store. Also didnt give any pricing info until after they did everything.

I truly dont understand how European Synthetic Oil, for 7 quarts gets you a grand total of $147.34 bill at Jiffy Lube.Normally a Synthetic Oil change will cost around $80 (which isnt bad) for my moms BMW so I was stupid enough not to ask at this location how much will a synthetic oil change be for this car? So instead of getting a quote and see what other locations were offering price-wise for this car, I had to pay the $147.34. Im guessing the owner or the manager (wore a red shirt, sits in the office most of the time) when he came to my car didnt even say An oil change for this car would cost $xx, would you still like to do the oil change?I look at the bill on their computer and somehow it added all up, but in my mind I added it all up because I didnt believe them, but heres the cost;-- $104.99 + $19 for the oil and filter (with the extra quarts needed)-- $10 to flush the oil (add-on I choose since my mom doesnt do any maintenance to the car)-- Jiffy Lube adds a $3.97 fee to dispose of the oil properly-- $9.34 for tax--- $147.34 totalNote, they needed to buy a filter to they ordered and it came to the location in about 10 minutes.Dont get my wrong, even though its their job to check the whole car, to inspections and tell you whats wrong or not wrong, Jiffy Lube if youre reading this, dont led customers into a scare tactic saying you might get pulled over over taillights and wiper blades.One of the wiper blades was off and they offered to change it for $25 - $28 dollars, I dont know the exact number. But then inside on the TV it shows the wiper blades are sold and get it installed for $14.99. Where is that extra money going to? Also, wanted $99 for a service option to put brake fluid in while the fluid cost like $4 - $6 at Walmart. What a price jump that is.Decent service, but a horrible business model. I might have my friend do my oil or go to the Valvoline (see what they cost) a few miles away next time.Never again, next time getting quotes before getting serviced, have my friend do it or go to the Valvoline (see what they cost) a few miles away.

This jiffy lube was fantastic. The employees were very nice and helpful. A well oiled machine. I just wanted my oil changed in my wifes mini van and I was in a hurry to pick up my daughter from an airport up north. They were not hard sell either. I told them I was in a hurry and they got the job done in just a few minutes and I was on my way. I hope there boss reads this because they should all get a raise. He has got a great team of hard working knowledgeable individuals working for him or her. Hard working employees like this make our great country move every day. Bought a Groupon, but they price match the groupon so next time Ill just do that. They were pretty quick for having a line. But my package came with a vacuum and window cleaning, they didnt do either which was annoying but I didnt realize till after I left. I had never been in before and told them that and they werent all that helpful in telling me where to go and park and I was kinda uncomfortable. Ill go back cause its the cheapest, and fastest with a lot of locations. But I wished for better customer service and having everything done that I was told I would get, even if its as small as wiping down my windshield

Wow! Honestly the customer service is unbelievable. They are the friendliest guys Ive ever had at a jiffy lube. Sometimes you feel like youre being upsold at these quick oil change places, but they explain everything extremely well and I just asked questions if I wanted them to double check what they were suggesting. The men (& women) that work at the Jiffy Lube on Indiantown Road were extremely professional and pleasant. They were ridiculously helpful and kind. They all went way above and beyond their job; giving me details on my car in a very genuine and honest manner, while not trying to sell me on anything. As any consumer would know, were always bombarded with Reps trying to sell you stuff, its a breath of fresh air to have employees who are just extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their profession. I will be coming back here again!

I would never recommend Jiffy Lube, to anyone.They are highly overpriced. Almost double what the dealership charges. Was told my car took synthetic oil... I own an old Hyundai. It does NOT take synthetic oil.They never vacuumed my car, although it was checked off that they did, on the receipt.

Not a good visit. They did not quote me a price until done. Price for my cars oil change was $120+??? (This included synthetic oil and filter only .) They didnt have the oil filter and needed to go out and buy one. Tech had difficulty zeroing my service warning and had to get help. Not a good experience. Will not be returning again. This was my Second time both not good. Update, About 2 weeks ago I received a call from someone who said they were from the corporate office. I was not able to talk and asked that she call back. She pleasantly said that she would but has not! I guess she made her quota of calls. Almost want to remove a star but I wont

First time ever getting an oil change I usually do it myself, but what a great experience. I watched the entire process and man these are fast and thorough. There were 2 guys that dealt with me personally Coy and unfortunately I did not the other guys name, but both were Awesome! Friendly and very professional. I would recommend us in the Jupiter Jiffy Lube.

Updating my review to 5-stars. The customer service I received in the latest visit was spectacular. Everyone there was VERY courteous, helpful and all had smiles on their faces. Service was lightning fast! I do wish the waiting area was updated a bit but overall I highly recommend this location.

Service was quick and helpful. They helped me find the best discount and worked patiently with me. Great for an oil change, service, etc.

My wife took my car in to get an oil change. They proceed to tell my wife what’s wrong with the car which is good. My wife then told them that she would let me handle it. They then started to tell my wife it was unsafe for her to drive and she had to do it. My wife said no my husband will handle it. They quoted her for almost $500 worth of work. My wife called me crying because she was afraid she wasn’t going to make it home. I told her it’s fine I will take my car in to get the brakes done you can drive it home. So then I took it to a shop and got everything don’t for $194. It’s a scam. All they want is to scare you into spending your hard earn money.

They were very quick and explained everything to me in layman‘s terms. They did everything and more that I asked of them. Very respectful and Had a clean waiting room with coffee.

I always get my oil changed here. Excellent customer service, however this time it took 1 hour for an oil change. I was the first person there at 8am. They were out of oil filters. Not good.

I got my oil change about 7 times in total here and the last 2 visits were horrible. The other 5 were good. So the new employees that were added are not good enough. Change the manager and it will reflect on the employees. I was told that I needed the higher grade oil because of my mileage which is not true. I just have below 80K miles. Then I was asked if I would like to have the check engine light checked. I drove in without any warning lights on. I told her to shut off the engine and then turn it back on to reset it and all was good. Panic attack. Good thing I do have some experience not to buy in their sales pitch when not needed. My A/C was warmer when I drove off. Looks like they release freon when checking the freon level. Watch!! Im not going back there !!

I had a great experience here. I came toward closing, just as they were cleaning up. They stopped everything and helped me very courteously. They were really thorough and didn’t upsell me, but did let me know what all the fluids looked like and which will need changing next. I had a wonderful experience here. The workers are kind and thorough, everything I needed done for my car was completed and I always get an estimate to know what I will expect my cost to be. In the past this Jiffy Lube has caught issues my own dealership has missed. I kept having my air pressure light come on and my dealership said nothing was wrong, first trip to Jiffy and they find two nails in two tires lol.

Lala, the manager, is awesome! She knows her stuff. She’s very knowledgeable, not pushy & takes the time to really explain what’s going on with your vehicle. She is very pleasant & a definite asset to Jiffy Lube Jupiter.

This Jiffy Lube has THE best customer service. They were all very kind and patient with me. They did what I asked and everything went well. Truly the best customer service I have ever received at any automotive place.

Had a great experience here. Employees were polite, and took the time to show me all the issues and good points of my car. Suggested a new battery, which I suspected was low. Gave me a discount on oil change to make up cost on new batter.I did an online search on the battery they tried to sell me. It was about $40 more than what I could purchase it for myself, which in my mind, makes up for the convenience of getting it there and having it installed properly.Will return.
