The staff were friendly enough. The seating area was clean. There is a coffee machine. Their tire prices are competitive. I would definitely go back there for my tire needs.

Ive gone to this tire kingdom exclusively for car services for over 5 years living in Jupiter, and have referred over 10 customers to this location, but after todays experience, never again. I brought my fiancés car in at the 60,000 mile mark. On my own car when I bring it in for service, the shop normally will print out a recommended services based on mileage sheet, and review with me what may be required. They will then take the car into the back, check the items against the checklist (brakes check, check transmission fluid and tell me if it needs changing, etc) and then advise me while I sit in the shop. Today there was a new Australian or English employee, older fellow, at the front who seemed to be overwhelmed at the volume of customers and didnt want to work. When I asked for a 60,000 mile evaluation I was told tire kingdom doesnt do that, bring the car to your dealer... When I mentioned how for the past 5 years the employees have been able to he says well Im not sure which location you went to but you tell me what you want and ill do it, we dont do any checks for free. By the way do you have an appointment.. At this point it was clear the employee either simply didnt want to work or help, and we elected to take the car to Jiffy lube down the street. Employee is either lazy, poorly managed, or has a major attitude. Its a shame I have the 3 year alignment and tire roadside packages on my car and will need to fight with corporate to get this refunded so I dont have to visit this shop again.

I just left this Tire Kingdom in Jupiter FL on Old Dixie.... Matt and his Crew were TOP NOTCH! Fixed my tire in a timely manner and had me on my way... Their Service was phenomenal and I WILL BE BACK... for tires.. brakes.. and all the other repairs they do! I forgot to mention that I was able to make an appointment to repair a tire... Who else does this in Jupiter... No One Else! Thank You Tire Kingdom and the Gentlemen that work there! 😃 - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’m surprised this place has such good reviews, I go through a lot of tires for my business, and always shop around. For two 15” trailer tires, they usually cost about $120 mounted and balanced and everything.I walked in here, got a real bad attitude from the kid behind the counter for no reason, I tried to be friendly. He quoted me $200 for the cheapest trailer tire they make, which sell for about $45 a piece. So I look at the quote and there is $60 of up-charge, charging me for the same thing more than once, stuff he punched in extra, I’m not sure why.. I’m guessing I got the “caucasia n discount” if you know what I mean. Its no wonder they cant keep their bays full, and here is a pic of the quote, look at the basic tire installation... I obviously won’t be back! Almost every other place, if you buy the tires from them (which I was trying to do here), they either charge nothing or very little to mount them. Like maybe 10 bucks including tire disposal, not 50 especially for 2 little trailer tires. I would suggest going somewhere else

Never fails, you go in for one thing and they try to sell you on other things you dont need.

I had a Michelin warranty issue and the manager Jason was so helpful. Got my new tires installed and it was done very timely. The service at this TK on Dixie Hwy and Indiantown Rd is like night and day from the one by Wal-Mart. Kudos to Jason the manager for great customer service.

Last Friday I was driving for work and got a nail in my tire. Being literally in front of a Goodyear, I pulled up to see if they could patch it. Turns out there was another nail on the inside sticking out of the wall and it couldnt be fixed.I bought my tires from TK back in January at a different location and thankfully, this location had 2 of them available. Without an appointment, I was taken and out of there within 45 minutes. It wasnt anything extensive that needed to be done but the manager and the staff were very friendly and had a great chat with them.Im very thankful for them taking me in as a walk in on a busy Friday afternoon just before rush hour. Not to mention I had my 5 month old son with me. If I lived closer, Id go there more often. I highly recommend this location.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Everything went well until I spent a $100 on alignment just to find out later that the tire alignment guy damaged my front fender. Long scratches on the side by the wheel well, fender slightly deformed, paint was completely chipped off and now the metal is exposed. Unbelievable! Teach your employees to have some respect for other peoples cars!

Brought in an older SUV for a simple oil change and tire rotation. During the rotation a lug nut snapped off with the threaded post. Rather than hand me the lug nut and send me on my way, they scheduled an appointment to have the threaded post and lug nut replaced FREE of charge. It was purely an accident and the post could have snapped due to its age, but the manager (Steve) took care of it for us without an issue. They didn’t have to take responsibility because the truth is accidents happen all the time with older vehicles. Most of the time older vehicles have issues like this when working on them and can’t be avoided. This is what we consider to be GREAT customer service. We already liked this location and the services they provide, but they just earned themselves a client for life. Thanks Tire Kingdom!

Matt the manager was fantastic. A true professional with 24 years of experience. I had an unusual situation and requests and specific ways in which I wanted them handled. I literally had to explain it once and he took it from there. 110% satisfied with my experience. I manage automotive body shops and have exceptionally high and perhaps unrealistic expectations of service in this realm especially when it pertains to my wifes Lexus because obviously I need her safe and her vehicle maintained well. This was my first visit to this Tire Kingdom and as long as Matt is there I wont take my cars anywhere else. Hes that good.

Great company, tire kingdom, merchants, MTB, and big O..all connected. It all started when I was far from home with a flat tire, they fixed it for free (not even their tire) ...then they just said next time you need tires give us a try. I have been with them ever since. They always find the time to rotate my tires and do oil changes while I am on the road. I am a customer for life.

This is a great local shop that does the right thing while also keeping low prices. I take my vehicle nowhere else to be serviced. I was impressed the first time I walked in and I knew I had found THE place. Small things that I have noticed have shown me that their work is rock solid. I recommend them to folks all the time looking for a good mechanic/shop.

Gentleman who checked me in was less than friendly. Took my key and went out to check mileage without saying a word. Wrote up my estimate without checking to see if I had lifetime balance (which i do) and tried to charge me. Once I signed the corrected estimate he just walked away into the bay without saying a word. No thank you, no idea of how long it would be. Then a different person called me and he was very friendly and full of energy as he told me I needed two new tires 😳

Based on my experience at this location I cannot recommend it to any other consumer. I was not offered any explanation of the charges. The rims or scarred. The steel matching caps were replaced with plastic throw-away caps that are black. I drove away not knowing my new tires had been inflated to 40 lb which should have been 28 cold. They do not have nitrogen available only compressed air. It is obvious their service Personnel are not adequately trained. They gave me no estimate of time getting information out of them was like pulling teeth. They said it would be a couple of hours it was four and a half. The door controls steering wheel and shift handle were all handled with dirty hands. They told me my tires were in stock what they did not say is that they were in stock in a different store and they had to send a vehicle over with him which accounts for the two extra hours they didnt tell me about. This is how not to run a tire company

Mo to happy here. I went in for a tire rotation. Cost $66. I felt the front right tire bumping so I called and took it back in. They did check it out, but told me AFTER the fact, that I needed tires. Why didnt they tell me on the 1st visit. I would have bought tires...after the 2nd trip, I was not happy and bought tires elsewhere.

Terrible service try to convince me to buy brand new tires even though my tires are brand new came in for an oil change told me there was aIve been in the shot multiple times they never mention this to me in any one theyre terrible service

Honest and quick. Highly recommended. Thought I might need a fuel pump. These guys diagnosed it quickly. Turns out, I needed a fuel pump module. Much cheaper than a fuel pump.

Some really extraordinary individuals are at 50 Bush Road location. I am a new customer and I have personally witness customers at their absolute worse. So rude and inconsiderate to the staff just nasty. I was there a while because I didnt have an appointment and when I tell you the gentleman there never gave anything but outstanding customer service. I witnessed it first hand. Smiles all around! Israel leads by example. Such a positive person. Terrance who was new to the sales floor is such a natural born great guy. One of the good ones. Guy is very sweet and such a good soul. Everyone works so hard to make your experience the very best! Who knew buying tires would be such a fabulous experience. This group of guys works so well with each other it was actually FUN to be there for that reason it was worth the wait. Each of them had put in long days and you would never have know. They treated me like the first customer of the day instead of one of the last who made them stay late. I never felt rushed or a bother. They got me in and out faster than I thought for everything I was having done because I added services so I was a pain in the butt in all honesty. They treated me with such respect and from the moment I walked in the door I became a valued customer! That kind of service is priceless! You feel like you can trust the quality of their work because every detail has been thought of! They now have a customer for life!! Which is huge for me because I have had the same mechanic shop for years and they never have time for me so I took my business elsewhere and although I was nervous at first, I am so happy I made the switch. Had a terrible experience with this auto shop. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your auto repair needs. They kept my car for a week while waiting for parts. When the part finally came it was the wrong one. Attempted to charge me an outrageous amount for labor and service fees. You did not solve my issue nor did you even attempt to give a resolution to the problem. Complete failure on your part! Sarcastic and condescending tone used by the fat guy up front. Unbelievable places like this are still in business!

They have Camilo working there and the only reason why I went to the tire kingdom on bush road and idantown was because Camilo always takes good care of me and makes sure I’m always satisfied with the service and work performed in my vehicle.I guess I will be going to this tire kingdom since he’s working at this location.
