I have been having my haircut by Lori for over 25 years and can always expect a superb cut, by a pleasant person who cares about the service that they give. I highly recommend getting your haircut there.

Lady working barked at me for not making an online appointment. I understand with Covid and everything theres a lack of employees, but there was no reason for the attitude. Its a Supercuts, not a high end salon. Ended up just walking out.

Carelessly were cutting hair and were rushing through it. Both the owner and employee called customers juan and pablo and was hoping for them to not come in. They came in and they made an ughh. also when i told we had 2 getting our hair cut they complained and were rude/condescending. The old fat fart was carelessly and quickly running the razor through my hair and hit my eyebrow. now i have a dent in my eyebrow because one fat no life wanted to get a haircut finished quick

I went in for hair cut, color and style. I felt like I was rushed through the process and the hair stylist who did my hair didn’t care about her work; she was probably very tired and didn’t feel like working that late afternoon. Hair color came out OK, the styling was acceptable, however I was just almost rushed out of my chair without the finishing touches; and what I mean by this is that the hairdresser almost refused to clean the skin area colored by hair color. She would have left me walk out the salon with blotches of dark hair color all over my forehead and ears. All together the service is worth it not more than 3 stars! I will now return to this hair salon.

I ideally have been a consistent customer at this location. More times than not one of the managers has been disrespectful and rude. Today I did not have an appt and was not made aware that masks were still needed. So I went back to get a mask- she still was rude to me saying its a law to make appts now and chased me out the shop. Was out right rude and nasty. Could of handled herself a lot more professional. Id suggest not going to this location unless you want to deal with that. According to everything I have read online it is required for the hair stylist to wear a mask but optional for the customer. It is Supercuts that has put a sign up requiring customers to wear as well. But it is not part of the law. Not to mention the fact that more information has come out that masks are not effective in protecting you- stay home is the best solution.

I gave her a tip even though I don’t think she really deserved one. This is the first salon I’ve ever been to that the shortest they would go is a 1 guard. If you’re a male go to sport clips. Better service, nicer staff and are better at cutting hair.

I’m new to the area and came in. I was warmly welcomed by all the woman. I only had to wait a few minutes. I got Lori, I showed her a picture I’ve been dying to get. I’ve had long hair my whole life and this was a short cut. She assured me she can do it and it would great on me. I’m glad a opted for the shampoo also it felt good! She was great! My haircut was a success, it looked just like the picture. I usually don’t write reviews about places but she was a really nice lady. We talked and talked and talked and she made me feel welcome. I will definitely be back for a shampoo.

I really dont like leaving 1 star reviews but you lost a customer over a 1 minute phone call. Staff should really be trained on customer service and friendliness. Ended up going to see Lisa over at Hair Cuttery and was blown away by the customer experience and cut.

I have been going here for more than 18 years here in Florida and before that previously. Affordable and friendly. Just what suits me.

I was in earlier and very satisfied with my haircut. The lady was polite and really helped me decide on a new due. Lore did a great job and gave me nice bangs.I got complimented all day on my new haircut. Happy customer 😁

Went from 12+ inches of hair to 3 inches in 10 minutes. Not offered a view of back. I’ve been here many times but this was poor service! I made an appointment but had to wait outside because 2 people were already getting their hair cut. I still tipped but not much cause I felt rushed and went home to snip some uneven hairs! I guess you get what you pay for!

Was looking for a new place to get my hair cut, walked in and had a very short wait. Jacquie cut my hair and did a great job and was very friendly. Everything was a great experience and I will be coming back.

I came in the other day around 6:50pm didn’t realize closed at 7pm, they lady assured me it was ok to stay. I apologized cause i didn’t realize it was that late. I am very pleased with my haircut. My hair is in the between stage of growing out from a short cut. I’ve been buying all kinds of clips to hold my hair up. Lorie was awesome she showed me a few different styles with all my new clips. I’m not really the type of person who does their hair but, she showed my quick, cute and easy styles. She made me feel pretty and she gets a A+ for that!Thanks again Lorie

I took my 10 Year Old Daughter to this place and she received a horrible treatment. My daughter has short hair, and wanted to blow dry it straight, so they talked about that my daughters hair was to curly. My daughter is Latín American, but her hair is not as difficult. First, They said there wasn’t any appointment I wanted to wait, after that they told us to go to another place, and this was basically unfair. My daughter had a bad moment during this experience, because these people they are not realizing the job they are suppose to do. My daughter they ironed her hair, and they payed me the amount the long hair would cost, and my daughter has short hair. I EVEN have pictures of my daughter hair.

Ive been getting my haircut by Lori for years and years now and have never been disappointed once by the haircut, the conversation, or her. Shes always so friendly and so accommodating and listens to what I want to make sure that my haircut comes out exactly as Im picturing it. Im at the point where I will go too long without a haircut just to wait to get my haircut by her if I can because I appreciate the consistent amazing quality. 10/10 would reccomend!

Quick hassle free and a great price to go along with a good haircut. They do not require an appointment but you can make one. Parking is not pedestrian friendly so be careful in this lot.

I was hesitant to go here because I read some of the reviews but I went with my own judgement and I got Jacquie and let’s say I’m glad I did!! She was super nice and patient with me I got a shampoo, Cut and she suggested a serum for my hair I never tried it but I’m glad I did because I love it!! I definitely recommend and will be back

Nasty Jackie! She hung up on me when I called to check in. I showed up as instructed in 20 minutes. She argued she wouldnt hang up on me and now I could wait 30 more minutes. 2 employees & two customers. I just dont understand. This explains why 2 doors down, the Sports Clips had people standing outside the door.

Don’t go here. Look elsewhere. I had a horrible haircut here and had the go somewhere else the same day to try to fix my hair. The stylist didn’t shampoo me and tried cutting my hair in five minutes. I ended up walking out before it turned into a bigger mess than it already was!

Good enough. I prefer an old scholarship barber shop but theyre hard to find.

Horrible, not friendly. I wanted a trim. Stylist trimmed my hair unevenly. My hair now looks awful. I will have to go to another hair salon to make my hair normal again. They dont spend time on your hair, just want you out. Terrible place, Ill never return!

I just went in for a haircut and highlights, it is 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday mind you. One women asked the other girl if she wanted to do it and she said no, so they told me they didn’t have time today they close at 4. I said your sign and website says you close at 8. She just said we don’t have anyone scheduled. That is the very last time so will go there!!!!!!false advertising! Apparently no one wants the actually work!

Terrible. My daughter wanted a trim. Stylist Toni literally unevenly trimmed her hair in about 60 seconds. My daughter said she didnt even comb her hair out first. We noticed it was uneven when we walked out but my daughter did not want to go back in that same salon 😳

You know, the haircut here is always decent, but they NEVER stay open to the posted hours. Today is Sunday, says 5PM on Super cuts website. Nope, they say they closed at 4. Happens ALL the time.

VERY rough with my hair, practically ripping it out while washing and combing it. Awful attitudes and an unwelcoming vibe. Never returning!
