These guys went above and beyond for my vehicle. I came in with several different issues that needed to be addressed. I have a older custom foreign car which is very difficult to work on and they checked every nook and cranny to make sure I was satisfied and that the vehicle was operating to the best of its ability. The guys in the office were super professional every single step of the way and the technicians in the shop pay extreme attention to detail. We expect our cars to run well beyond 100K miles. When our mechanic of 15 years retired, we needed to find a shop providing post warranty maintenance and repairs. I believe we have found our the shop we can trust. Doug and his Team at Master Auto Care seem to understand their customers and provide them with knowledgeable and professional support. We have used them recently for maintenance and minor repairs. Our next major maintenance milestone for our Infiniti is coming up and we will be calling Doug and Steve for an appointment.

John and Doug throughout my entire experience were very professional, helpful and supportive. They did a complete analysis of our truck to figure out what the issues were. They worked with me to gain alignment as to what needed to be worked on immediately vs. something to watch. Never pressuring me into a decision that we didnt come to together. They followed up with me several times after leaving their shop to make sure all was good. In fact they said if anything seems off after our work, please dont hesitate to come back by the shop for a look. Master Auto Care has been maintaining my car since I moved to Jupiter in 2009. Their service has been excellent and I have always been satisfied. A lapse in judgement and bad advise led me to a local chain auto repair shop whos initials are TK, ( Tire Kingdom ) for some maintenance work and a check engine light. After $$$$ the check engine light came on again.I then found Master Auto Care, who promptly fixed the check engine light as well as replaced my damaged exhaust system. Great work and no more check engine light.Several months later my shift cable broke. Returned to MasterAuto Care for repair with great results.They are friendly, honest, quick and do great work. When I leave the shop I leave with confidence that my vehicle is repaired properly. Highly recommend.

I received the greatest automotive repair service in my 45+ years of driving today. I developed a problem in my exhaust system that required custom fitting a length of pipe, and expert level welding. I was in a real jam in that I needed to travel within a couple of days. Manager John and Mechanic Mitch were incredible. A delicate repair at a very reasonable price. Made my year actually. Highly recommend!!

I have a 2013 Mini Cooper Coupe and at 7 years old little things need to be repaired. Theyre quick to set you an appointment and prompt with explaining any issues that come up before proceeding with a fix. If you have a Mini and need it worked on skip the dealership and come here. Its the best service my car has ever had.

My transmission blew a hose and lost 6 quarts of fluid all over the engine bay. I pulled over and luckily I was following a friend who pulled up. I hopped in and we went looking for something open at 6pm. Master auto care had a bay open so I stopped in. Although closed the person their gave me a tow company who I called and in 5 min a flat bed showed up and the tow truck driver loaded up the armada and dropped it off at master auto care put the keys in the dropbox for the next morning. Off to dinner I went. Next day after a few calls my armada was ready by 2pm. A new hose and 6 quarts of transmission fluid. The engine bay was also cleaned of the leaky transmission fluid and they did an inspection of the rest of the vehicle.Very happy with the way everything worked out. A+

Great customer service! I cant say enough good things about them. After a bad experience at another local mechanic shop, they were a breath of fresh air. Great work and after my car was towed there, they even got me a Lyft home.

Avoid this place. They just want your money. Total waste of time. Took my truck in for an alignment, had an appointment set for 8AM, but dropped my truck off the night before, as I had said I would. Had not heard from them at 10:30 so I decided to give them a call. There response? “Oh we were wondering who’s truck that was!” They haven’t even started yet...few more hours went by, still No word from them, so I called again. They said “we sent you a text, we can’t do your alignment...” I did not get a text from them. I was told they could not align my truck because all four ball joints were totally shot, in addition to my steering box. They quoted me at over $1600 of work just to get a proper wheel alignment. Knowing that this was a flat out lie, (because I had just done front end work on my truck myself, and checked my ball joints!!) I decided not to bother arguing and just go pick my truck up.I immediately took my truck to another shop directly across the street where they had my truck aligned right away, showed me the alignment sheet and everything was all mine perfect. When I asked how the ball joints and steering box looked, they said ONE ball joint was just starting to show signs of wear, but was no concern at all, and did not effect the alignment. Not to mention, the alignment cost HALF of what it was at MASTER AUTO!!!Disappointing! Avoid this shop as all they want is your $$$$!!!

Horrible Customer Service Skills!!!!!This was the second time Ive used this company. The first time the service was slow, they didnt call back when they said, and it took 3 days to get a tire on my car. But everyone has a bad day so I used them a second and now LAST time. This last time I brought my car in for a simple tire repair, and got some very minor scratches on my rim, I called to tell them, they said it was not possible. I asked if I could bring it by in the morning. When I went by in the morning I was treated like a criminal, told it was not possible, and that they did not want my business anyway. The sad part about it is, I would have been fine with a simple hey maybe some dirt got on the machine and a Im sorry. I told the guy I wasnt asking for anything from him, just bringing it to his attention so it could be avoided in the future.

This is a great locally owned shop, fair pricing and top notch customer service. Will be back for all my routine maintenance.

Been dealing with this shop for the last 2years he charged top dollar but always took care of my car until today!!!! I went to this shop on Thursday of this week to make appt. to install oxygen senser tried for 4 days to get appt. finally went today. After waiting 40 minutes I asked for price only to find out the part price was two & one half times the amount by 2 auto parts store . When questioned he got nasty and said for me to leave and dont let the door hit me in the BUTT (ass) on the way out!!!! Im from New York in the automotive business for 45 years and they say New Yorkers are nasty but Florida auto shops got us beat by far!!!!!

When I was a younger guy, I went into this shop for a problem with my car. Now that Im a bit older and wiser, I realized they completely ripped me off.Be wary when using this shop, I wish I was. Or if you use these guys, get two or three different other quotes before making the decision.
