I cant speak for the quality of their service (yet), but impression of business is great and I had to write a review.I called asking if they could do work on my trailer. They didnt do that type of work, but they took my info anyway and owner called me back later with recommendations for other businesses that might. Both he and young lady who answered phone seemed genuinely happy to help. It was unexpected and unnecessary, but made a great impression.When I need work on my vehicle, they won my business!

This place is amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. Their communication is concise and clear. Their pricing is upfront and reasonable. I felt my concerns where addressed and I was never demeaned. Very happy with the service and speed. They repaired my high pressure power steering line that had rusted through. I had also purchased front rotors and brake pads online and could not get the bolts loose on the calipers. They installed them for me at a very reasonable price! Wow these guys are awesome. I called them yesterday for a price on brakes for my vehicle. Their price was 40% of the price the dealer quoted. I explained that had had a tight schedule on Saturday morning they told me to come in at 8am at 8:36 I was on my way with new brakes.The owner was on site and working hard. We were on our way to Orlando when our check engine light came on. This was the closest place to our turnpike exit. When we explained the problem and stated we were on our way out of town they immediately ran a diagnostic on our car. The problem was minor and the car was drivable so they said the car was fine to continue on our vacation. They didnt even charge us for their time. We are home now safe and sound. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them

Brought my truck in on a Saturday morning for an alignment thinking it was something simple. Tim showed me where my upper and lower ball joints were simply worn out and just flopping in the rubber boot, and worn out with no tension. It was nice to see the bad part and get an explanation as to why it was bad. He could have just done the alignment and let me go, but it was obvious the truck was not safe to drive. A couple hours later and it drives like new. They even rotated the tires and checked the brakes. I was treated very professionally and all of the employees that passed through greeted me in the waiting area. At checkout, I even got a thank you for your business, we really appreciate you and a handshake. That is very rare in any business anymore. They won me over and I wont go anywhere else. I would give 6 stars of I could.

After all these years I have finally figured out what sets Dave, Tim and the rest of the crew above other repair shops. They not only care about their customers they also care about your vehicle. When you pick up your vehicle you are not just handed the bill and keys but everything that was done is explained to you. They never push anything that is not needed. I am so thankful for this auto shop! Our a/c died on Sunday and no one was open on Labor Day. I took a chance seeing their door was open and asked for help. Dave checked it out and diagnosed the potential issue and said bring it in Tuesday and he will get it back same day. Very helpful, detailed and friendly. I recommend them for sure!!

This shop was recommended to me by a good friend. When I got there I was taken aback. The owner was short, rude and abrupt with me. Not the slightest bit friendly. I have never experienced such poor customer service skills especially with a new customer. The only good thing I can say is that Tim and Hailey were friendly and helpful. Needless to say I won’t be returning. There are many other shops where you get decent customer service.
