I have a 2003 Honda Accord and out of the blue the engine began to misfire. Jeff came on time and diagnosed and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. He explained his diagnostic procedure in a clear and concise manner. I was amazed because most auto repair technicians dont want you anywhere near them. Because the problem was a simple one he did not want to charge me for his service. I offered to at lease pay his standard diagnostic fee; he did not even want that. Well Im not going to take advantage of such an honest person so I gave him a cash tip which he seem grateful for. I cant say anything more than he will get my repair work from now on. Also I have told several people about my experience and they were impressed. Fites Auto is number one!

After diagnosing our cars problem, Jeff recommended we take it to a VW dealer for further analysis. I appreciate that he did not just do some repairs that might not have solved the problem. Great experience, showed up at scheduled time. Took his time and was able to trouble shoot my disabled car easily. Did the needed repairs in a timely manner. This was my first experience with any mobile mechanic ever. I called and spoke to Jeff (owner) and he mentioned that he may ha e some time this afternoon to stop by. After about 20 minutes he called me back and said I can take a look at your truck. We would meet up in about an hour and we set things up. He was very prompt and after explaining things that were troublesome regarding my food truck, he went right to it! It took him about an hour or so to diagnose the issues and have a price repairs. What I truly find professional about Jeff is that he doesnt sugar coat anything and he wont give you a estimate he will tell you exactly the amount to fix the problem and for a not hide anything in his prices. He told me he will grab the parts for the truck and have it fixed by tomorrow. What more could I ask for???? Jeff is dependable, honest, trustworthy and very fairly priced. He is truly an honest mechanic that will not nickel and dime you for things you dont need. I will surely use Jeff again in the future dorhis services. Worst experience I ever had.. City fix my car dropped it off at my house and its still not running.better off taking it to a dealership and paying the same price that he charges for his 1 hour service. Now I have a rattle from worry did work underneath left wires undone.

Called this place Tuesday morning 11/19. They said they were very busy but could look at my car Thursday 11/21. Wasted 2 days waiting and never got a call back or anything. If you didnt want the job Just say NO!!! Very disappointing.
