I went in with my 13 year old daughter and my 3 month old.. my baby was perfect.. didnt cry or fuss and the older man i had was rude, short, hurt me several times .. i had to pull back my hand several times, and he made the whole experience terrible. I was unable to find a sitter.. i needed a fill and my bonus daughter got a full set. The gel polish is bubbling already on my nails and i had to fix my daughters nails because the acrylic is so rough i needed to file it down because it was grabbing at clothes. I will not go back again..

My mom and I got pedicures from here today with Don and Vivian. They were both excellent and personable! We went to Lux’s before and did not receive a good experience so this is our go to nail shop now. Amazing service!

I went today to get my acrylic nails removed. Although they got me in and out within 15 minutes, I was not pleased at all. Instead of soaking my acrylic off, the worker used a new acrylic nail piece to pry and scrape my previous nails off. About half of my nail layers also came off making them super thin and very brittle. Do not recommend.

Even without an appointment and them being extremely busy, they were able to work me in for a manicure and a pedicure...thank you so much.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff is excellent and personable, and Im in and out faster than anywhere else. You dont need to worry if you come in and its busy because its usually well-staffed with people who know what theyre doing. I will say, dont go in there wanting a long deep scrub and deep tissue massage. Hit up an actual spa for that because thats not the goal of these nail salons as the good ones are almost always packed.

This was my first time to go into this salon, and I am so glad I did!! The sweetest lady did my nails, I think her name may have been Sonny. She was a sweetheart! Such a SUPER clean salon, and very relaxing! My finger nails have never looked so good and natural!! So appreciative!! Thank you!! I WILL be going back!!

Personally, my nails are amazing! My Nail Tech, I said they didnt get her name, was super patient and super sweet! This one guy did grab the wrong nail color for me and so I told her hey this isnt the right color and she gladly went and got the right color. My nails are amazing she didnt cut me or anything like that. However, my friend said that her station was really dirty and that the guy doing her nails cut her fingers and I looked at them and theyre pretty cut up. She said that he was rough. Other than that, the nails overall, for both of us, were great quality! I highly recommend.

My friend and I both got a mani and pedi. We each paid $60. I can confidently say it was the worst mani/pedi either of us have ever had. We had to refile our nails when we got home because they were so jagged. The nails on one hand were an extremely different length than the other.. THREE of her fingers were bleeding and one of mine was. One of my toes was also bleeding. My toe nails look like the paint has been on for two weeks because of how far it is from the start of my nail. Im very upset that i wasted $60 on this.. Will not be returning!

Nails looked great, and the woman who did mine was incredibly sweet! Unfortunately the nails were thin though, one ended up breaking the second day. Reasonably priced and welcome to walk-ins.

I had the worst experience ever at this salon. The nail tech was extremely rude and did a poor job. I asked for matte gel nails, twice, and still didn’t get matte and within 3 days, one of them is completely off and 5 others are starting to peel off. When I asked a question about acrylic nails she rolled her eyes and glared at me. I told her I was just asking a question! If it weren’t for being there for my friends daughters birthday I would have got up and left. I will never go back and I don’t recommend this place at all! So damn RUDE!

Did a great job on nails just not very friendly.

I always try to sugar coat things and act really nice when it comes to reviews. but that’s not the case with this. first the guy who worked on my nails didn’t push up my cuticles at all so the nails look very badly grown out. three of my nails have fallen off. all are mis-shapen inconsistent. getting them on actually hurt a lot and the guy grinded some of my skin off to the point where i was bleeding. overall not a positive experience. i wouldn’t recommend.

I get regular dips here, like every 2-2.5 weeks. This will be my 6th month coming in and I’ve only been unhappy one time and it was when my regular tech wasn’t in.

I got my nails done here and they are beautiful. The quality is amazing for only $50 for gel acrylics. Definitely will go back.

Never coming back. Don’t appreciate getting my fingers cut twice. Less than a week had to come back in for a fixed nail and tried charging me more. Asked the nail tech a question and he replied “I’m the nail tech I know What I’m doing” too busy on his phone and pulling my hand. Never said sorry for cutting my fingers twice. Never been so mistreated and been in a salon with someone so rude.

Awesome place and friendly atmosphere

This was my first pedicure from them and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! The deluxe package was absolutely amazing. The people were very nice and efficient. Checking in was a very easy process. The massage chair and massage part of the package was probably my favorite. It was so soothing and relaxing. I will defiantly be coming back!

Love Glamour Nails! Always clean, professional, and never much of a wait. There is not a strong acetone odor, they speak English, and do a great job!!! I drive from Carthage to get my pedicures!!

I went in a few weeks ago to have my gel color changed. The guy used a dremel tool to remove my old polish. I don’t get my nails done regularly so I didn’t know better. I had just had them done for my wedding and decided I wanted a fun color. So I didn’t realize this was going to be the worst mistake ever. My nails HURT! I went to a different place to get the gel from here taken off and the pain was terrible. There’s hardly any of my natural nail left in some places. My nails are causing me so much pain now. So if you go here tell them no on the dremel.

The best place you could have a manicure, or pedicure. Hands Down. I HAVE HAD BOTH, AND I HAVE SENT MY GRANDMOTHER MY WIFE AND MY DAUGHTER. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT EVERYTHING. THEY HAVE GREAT PACKAGES AT GREAT PRICES. GREAT CHAIRS AS WELL.

This is the best place in Joplin for a pedicure. Plenty of chairs, and plenty of staff. I rarely ever have to wait. The deluxe and hot stone pedicure are my favorite and they do the best leg massage around. Highly recommend 👍🏻

I loved the colors but the service 😪 My friend and I went to get our nails done. She just needed a fill and color, i asked for dip on my natural nails needless to say we waited like 40 mins, I had several people work on my nails not sure why they seemed hurried, or at least the lady did. My friends nails were simply black, however they nicked her skin in several places. I love the colors but not for 50 $ for plan dipped nails.

I will no longer be going to Glamour Nails here in Joplin. Today I went in and asked for them to soak off my acrylics that were 3 weeks old and give me a simple manicure without polish as I am not going to be able to wear polish in the future. What I got was the sloppiest job I have ever seen. There are still pieces of acrylic left on my nails and a couple of my nails look as if they are shredded. I am astounded at the fact that I paid for such blatant disregard to such a simple task. I can assure that this was the first and LAST time I will ever go to this business.

Nice enough people, but I said gel more than once... didnt get gel. Whatever. Im from out of town, so Ill just try another place when I come back. No biggie.

I had an awful experience. I used to love coming to this salon but sense they expanded they don’t care about the quality anymore. Its all about getting people in and out. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure and I was in and out within 30 min. I wasn’t pleased with my nails and I said something to the manger and she pretty much told me my total was $85 and sorry I wasn’t happy. I asked for them to fix it and she said this is what you asked for? I finally just paid and left. Will not be going back.

Went for a pedi, they did not put anything to soak my feet in but plain lukw warm water for 49 min with no jets and no attention to my well being, the man was rough, used an already used scrubber on the bottom of feet, was not friendly and used wrong polish.

I’ve only ever had one problem, the gel on my pedicure wasn’t dried long enough and was absorbing the colors of my pink socks later that day. But I went in a few days later and they fixed it for free! The best place I’ve been, and now the only place I go. They work fast but it’s good quality and they are always so friendly.

I went to go get my nails done today and I was very unhappy with my nails and the man doing them. I walked in and I was greeted and told to pick a color I told the man I didn’t want a color and showed him the style I wanted he laughed in my face and sent me to a different lady the lady laughed and sat me down at a mans chair I showed him what I wanted and all 3 of them the 2 men and the lady laughed once again in my face, he told me he could do it so we continued. Later on while he was shaping my nails he told me “ Ma’am Your going to have to pick a different style” so I did, but I was upset bc he told me he could do it then said no after he shaped them and everything. Then we continued again and I picked a different style something simple and he messed up again and was getting upset with me and bc I told him that wasn’t what I wanted but it was fine and started to be rough and rude with me the whole time.

I went to a salon last week to get dip powder and they did a terrible job. This week I went to glamour nails to get them fixed and they absolutely did a phenomenal job and took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend but keep in mind that they are busy so you will have to wait a little bit.

The manager & employees are super sweet. They work hard, & do their best to please the customer. I have been going there for approximately 3 years, & will continue to go there. (I travel 25 miles to go to Glamour Nails as opposed to going a few blocks in the town where I live.) Thank you Misty, & family! I love you all ❤

My favorite nail place, lots of choices and in and out quick!

Decided to check this place out, honestly I would not visit this location again. When I parked and decided to enter, employees where smoking by the front door. The place is not clean at all and the staff is super rude. The lady doing my nails silently coughed and processed to do my nails... needless to stay look else where!!

Never had a pedicure as bad as this place. I got a pedicure and the pedicure was about a ten minute pedicure, and rushed me out. The people were rude that were back doing the pedicures and very unprofessional in there. I will never go back and I’ll tell everyone I know not to go here. It was kinda gross in there too.

My daughter and I have been going here for several months now. We always get seated within a few minutes and our nails always look amazing!

They have recently updated the shop and added pedicure and manicure stations which does help make the wait a bit shorter. Just keep in mind that they are busy and a popular place to go for these services.They do a great job and have lots of colors of nail polish and acrylic to choose from. They also offer the latest nail improvements like dipped nails which I am really like.

They tried to charge me extra money then what they said in the text message. The underneath of my nails still has some of the pink under them...I asked the lady to clean them up and she did one nail. Very disappointed... Will not be back

My nails turned out great and so did pedi, however they are pricey. They also change prices for some of the same things as the other 3 people in my group and only myself was happy with the nails. Jason in booth 7 was great and fast.

I go hear all the time and have great service. I went on 7/26/19. And was told to go to chair 14 for my pedicure. I had set there with my feet in the water for 45 minutes and the water had gotten cold. I was told it would be 5 more minutes and the technician had a attitude when I had been waiting for 45 minutes.

Cost $20 to have filled with regular polish. He did them too quickly and didnt take time to make polish look good. They are thick and globs of polish in places. Very uneven looking.Will never go back.

They did an excellent job accommodating what I wanted done to my nails. My nail tech also paid close attention to my heels and how much love they needed. I only wish they would have given a little more of a massage. Overall, excellent and will go back again!

It was my first time getting my nails done professionally using my own money. They had a great wait time, they got me in right away, but I did have a hard time understanding what they were saying to me. Also, for a nail specialist, the male who did my nails had very poor nailcare on himself (overgrown/jagged). Aside from this, my nails turned out nicely and are holding up well. Overall, not too bad but still not the best.

Best pedicure place Ive found in Joplin. Ive been to many but this place has great attention to detail and does a very thorough job on all of my pedicures. They can get pretty busy at times so prepare for that.

Nails were good but the service is disrespectful and rude, i shouldnt have to be uncontrollable while I’m getting my nails done. They kept pulling and pushing away my hands, yelled at me to stop moving, and told me to sit straight at least 4 times and i hadn’t moved. My hands felt raw after.

Went here on a Sunday while I was in town. One of the only places open on a Sunday to get your nails done. Lady did I get job on my nails for a reasonable price. Very professional but nice also.

The people were kind and not rushed, they did a great job, and theyve lasted me a long time so far! The only thing I didnt like was that he cut me while getting my cuticles and didnt take care of it so now my finger is sore and red still, but its not a huge deal. Overall I will definitely come back!

My first and last time. I was with a bridal party who had called and made reservations for us to all be together for mani/pedi’s. They sat one of the bridesmaids in for a pedicure near the manicure station. I was sat at the very back away from the bridal party and they ignored the bride for an hour AFTER her reservation time. She was ignored until another birdesmaid told her to just call another salon and book with them- that got everyone moving. My pedicure was fine, he took his time to check that it was what I wanted. They have a combo mani/pedi advertised in their price book for $50 plus 15$ if you do gel on your toes. So I expected to pay for $65 for both. When the manicurist told me it would be another 45 for the manicure I told him that’s not what was advertised so got frustrated for another lady who tried to explain why it was 45. But it did not add up- so I said that I will only take the pedicure. As he was removing tips from my nails he was extremely rough and left my nails jagged, uneven, with bruising and bleeding on the nails. Suffice to say I will never return and will warm others away from going there.

It was a nice places, but not very friendly, you would talk to them but they said noithing back. Then I asked for the $25.00 pedicure and they did the $35.00 when I asked them not to. Also they were very rough on my feet. The lady also cut my big toe with the cuts and also cut me with her finger nails. :( Then I sit there forever before they desided to tell me to pay at the front. My original pedicure places was closed so I went here, so I plan on going back to mine I was more pleased with it. Nice place but not good communications or friendliness. So I give it 2 stars. For nice and cleaness. Thats about it. NOT GOING BACK!!!!!!!!
