This place sucked!! Ive been here twice in the last week for a watch battery for an invicta watch. The sales person was very incompetent and was not trying to understand me when i was trying to explain to him that from from the receipt i had, that my watch was serviced there and it wasnt working properly. He was Hispanic and was more concerned about another Hispanic couples needs. I would not do business with company every again i highly recommend that shoppers/ consumers stay away and stick with name brand company who do real watch repairs like Macys, J.C. Pennys, Etc.

I had accidentally dropped my watch and the glass had broke. I brought my watch to Dakota Watch Company and they had my watch serviced the same day. Was very happy with the results!
