I worked with the front office staffer name Angie, when I applied the process was quick, efficient and she worked with me, she was patient on me deciding which duplex I wanted. She was always friendly and helpful. The area is good (thus far) the neighbors are friendly and I have no complaints about my unit. Whenever I called they sent maintenance staff right out and the maintenance staff was nice. Its very diverse and well maintained.

We have lived here for 2 years. Their maintenance staff responds quickly and the management team is excellent.

I am not a tenant yet I have visited the community during a prospective house search I like thus far what Ive seen. It appears to be a well maintained community and very diverse. The type of community I would love to settle in along with my 24 yr old son however Im posting this comment more as a inquiry and would appreciate any one ( especially the owners) response. And my question is to do with the background check as it relates to the credit score. My credit score unfortunately is poor ( I am actively working on it) and so I wonder if what a young lady in the office told me is on the up and up. She says that they do not really hold your credit score against you and are more interested in rental history, employment and job wages. Is that true? I believe the latter two gives me a great chance but Ive been told that several times already and am now feeling like there is a scam going on with these places to tell you anything just to get a fee for a background check they already know they wont accept you?

We have lived here for a year & love it. Great neighbors & when we call for maintenance they come out within an hour.

Their going up on rent and not doing the work on the town houses. Why go up on the rent if you not about to replace sinks, and cabinets and also tubs. Or put winter strips inside the doors properly to keep the air out. Or replace those tired tiles they have on the floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Work on those things before going up on the rent. I think I may call the city.

This is by far the most disgusting place Ive ever lived! Management are rude liars and very unprofessional! I only lasted less than a year here because they fail to tell you theres a huge bug problem!!! Spiders where everywhere and they dont keep up with their own properties yet want to raise the rent! Even the main office has roaches everywhere, the townhomes are very outdated! I wish I had listened to the other reviews and saved myself all the stress and trouble! Please do not rent here they will not fix anything, you will bugs everywhere and they dont truly appreciate your business!

Gets upset when u beed something fixed. No after hour maintainance number or personalSame cabinets and etc for over 20 years. But increase on rent .
