Just moved here a couple months ago, I like it. Very peaceful place. I love that everything is around the area like Walgreens, restaurants, schools, auto zone, family dollar, doctor’s office, literally everything lol. Aimee is the one that has been helping me out and I just have to say she is amazing! She gets back to me right away when I have a question or need anything. If you guys are planning on moving here or just take a look at it ask for Aimee, you won’t be disappointed.So far I’m happy with everything but maintenance office could very better though.

Although it’s a pretty decent apartment so far, the worst thing in my opinion is unstable temperature of water. i don’t know if it’s only for my apartment unit per se, but the water never stays at a consistent temperature. it will go from very cold to extremely hot, EVEN WHEN YOU SET THE TEMPERATURE. it ruins my morning almost everytime

Very unprofessional... They have their own rules.. Don’t care about nothing but their money.. that’s it... They try to over talk you after you hear them out.. They don’t fix nothing on time, I lived there with an asthmatic they left my ceiling open for 3 weeks.. I will never recommend no one to stay here!!! Never.. their staff is rude.. I have video and pictures of how my winter was there with the snow coming in my apartment.. they just don’t care..

Everytime my grandmother has a problem they are there within minutes! She Hasn’t had any issues. If you mind your business and pay your rent on time and cause no chaos you shouldn’t have anything to worry about .

I love living at Larkin Village. I was a resident for 5 years and decided to move in and within 5 months moved back. The maintenance crew is superb and fix all request within 24 hours 95% of the time. The office staff is exceptional in addressing all issues in a timely manner and go out of their way to assure your needs are met. It a friendly community of wonderful renters who appreciate a great place to live at a very reasonable price. I LOVE living here and am proud to call it my home. I strongly recommend a tour and ask the tenants how wonderful this complex is. Ive never been happier any place else and love calling Larkin Village my home.

This was my first ever apartment that Ive ever rented and it was an okay experience. The parking is horrible and the grounds were always dirty. I lived in a garden apartment and noticed that someone tried to break in. The apartment itself was nice, clean and spacious but couldve used some serious renovating. My biggest gripe living here was the temperature of the water. It would go from hot to extremely cold. Also, my upstairs neighbors always played loud music and the management did nothing about it. This complex is filled with section 8 so if you dont mind then feel free to live here! I would only recommend you to live here if you are only staying for a short amount of time, as this is not a great place to stay long term. I couldnt wait to move!

Dont even waste your money. The apartments are horrible. Everything is rusted and they wont replace it. They take your money for the application fee and find any reason to deny you. Its a scam. The leasing staff are pocketing the money and not even running background checks. Brittany was so rude to me. She blew her breath at me and smacked her lips and even hung up on me. I would give 0 stars but thats not an option.

I highly encourage if you are looking for an apartment do not put this place on your list. Police is constantly roaming the parking lot. Management is extremely rude and disrespectful. They will tow your car even if you have a parking pass. Parking spaces are limited.

Lived there for about 5 years. Its a good starter place and very affordable. We enjoyed it and never had problems until our last 8 months before moving out. The roofs are bad and need to be completely redone. We had the same hole in our ceiling that was fixed 3 separate times. The dang thing kept leaking because the roof was patches on patches on patches. The wall in our bathroom became mushy and exposed mold to our home. We got it patched, but the mushy wall still remained and the mold was just sealed in. Then some horrible man moved in across the hall. He would holler at his girlfriend and threatened to kill her on multiple occasions. The cops were over visiting for domestic disputes at least once a month. We just couldnt take it anymore and found new jobs up north. The staff was always very nice to us and found new renters fairly quickly. I think the place just needs a remodel and to be more selective about renters.

Nice place parking naxt to ur building my be hard but for the most part it is a nice place to live

Worse place to live....wont recommend it.Maintenance entering the place when you are not there and leaving there garbage in your garbage can. The place was all dirty and not vacuum and the bathroom sink all dirty. The place was a mess Moverover got me car towed when I had the old sticker.

No parking, the buildings are nasty, not a good place to live if you have a family!!!!

Limited first come first serve parking, with space to have more spots that are crossed out for “reasons” and will tow you if you park in them, even if you come home from work at 3am and there is no other parking.Old buildings that have deteriorating appliances.Over priced for the limited space and terrible facilities.

I was denied my promise to pay when I never had to ask for one until the month of October, instead Dennis decided to take me to court afterwards I had to pay the rent, late fee, and court and attorney fee which added to 1498.I paid all of that by beginning of November and he said we could work out a payment plan for Novembers rent. When it was close for the late fee in November, Dennis again filed for eviction. Even after AI moved he made up some list of damages, that I did not have in the apartment. He even tried to charge me for light bulbs. smh. He is all about money, he dont care about his tenants. I was a good quiet tenant. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Really look into other places to live in.

Dont tell you the full apartment amenities. There are no lights on the celiing,the heaters dont work. They will tow your car if you dont have a sticker for your car but wont tell you that you can get a temporary sticker. The laundromat isnt in your building half the time and they charger 1.50 to wash and 1.50 to dry also there is a minimum 1 card per apartment that they give for free(that they dont tell you)but if you have a roommate and they went and got it and you bought one that 5 dollars is for JUST the card not 5 on the card. Complete rip off and things they will not tell you. I will never move back here again I cannot wait until this lease is up.

I will be signing my third lease with larkin. The office staff are amazing !!!! I love Ricky, Barb and Amy, I know Kaylas not there anymore but she was great too. Anytime there was an issue they come asap which i greatly appreciate. Maintance is super nice :) Cable Water and Gas come with the unit which is awesome, so all i pay is Electric.I really do like my complex alot :) I have never seen any fights or shooting and like I said ill be signing my third lease

This place is terrible its like living at home with your mom you have no privacy police is on a call hear everyday the neighbors are noisy an loud they do exspections every month almost an they towed my mother in law car with a sticker in her window they are money hungry an its to much to pay with no privacy soon my least up Im leaving kids run threw hallways all day an it smells in hallways dont believe ask them for a tour in building 1003 an the teenagers smoke weed in hallways Terrible !!!!!! An they park is muddy always an dangerous for kids to play because so many things are broke . good luck hope I helped
