BEWARE! I am writing this from my personal experience with Mr. Johnoson. My wife and I called to see a property, Mr. Johnson was eager to show and even more eager to take our application fee, than Boom! No answer. After numerous phone calls that get ignored I try from a different number and he answered, I ask about the status of our application and he says oh the property you looked at has another application before yours. How can he run a background check and check my credit for a property that is not available. he either ran my credit for no reason and now I have an inquiry on my report or he just pockets the application fees and doesnt, since then we have not heard from him at all. I would not refer or advise anyone to deal with this business, please be careful.
