Terrible management. They do not answer the phone, nor do they return calls. This applies to maintenance calls as well. If you can even get in contact with the manager to view an apartment, look elsewhere. They are slumlords. Nothing gets fixed until people move out. Hooker lives in my building, shell call the tow truck on anyone who parks in one of her 5+ reserved spaces. Management wont do anything about it. Any positive reviews are probably by the management, owner, or one of their friends/family. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! THERES A REASON THE RENT IS SO CHEAP!!

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! During summer there are lots of cockroaches coming out of everywhere, i feel disgusted. The mantainence employees are useless,they di nothing but drink outside the apartments. Numerous times our stove stops working. When an appliance doesnt work all they do is bring another used one! Just last week,the mantainence employees had a party right outside my apartment. They blasted their music like if nobody lived here, they drunk, and yelled until past 12 midnight. Also,the owner doesnt respond calls,you have to call 100 times until they are available. Its outrageous. Please dont rent here,the price may be good but all the problems and discomfort is not.

Im moving from the city to Joliet, I tried contacting this place as a perspective residence. After three attempts of unanswered calls, I drive down to see if I could get someone during business hours no one was present. The maintenance person was entering he told me to keep calling. Sorry, Im not taking the time to do so because this is a indication of how they treat tenants. Im not going to be bothered with BS! Plus the pictures are very deceiving its way worse in person! Dont come here!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone constantly about these apartments. The price is right but there is no staff coverage. I got to see an apartment right away after my first phone call and paid the application fee and was approved. Since that visit I get a call back on weekends only and sometimes not at all. I this has now been 2 months, they got the application money and I have no apartment yet! My advise would be to pass this up. It is a waste of money and time.

Avoid this place avoid this place avoid this place !!!I lived here about 3 years ago with a roommate roaches bed bugs mice everywhere this place is trash we called the apartment manager or owner and/or not the helos name is Mike Smith or John smith something to that effect the guy is a real piece of work... So after the complaint of bed bugs roaches and mice were made he sends in a bunch of his workers with propane tanks and they told to leave the apartment because they have to heat up the apartment with these propane tanks.. Not only is this extremely unsafe but its extremely Illegal the owners a moron... Horrible business the owner couldnt run a toy car if he wanted to.... Avoid this place avoid this place avoid this place...!!!

Terrible! We told the owner our heater wasnt working, he was annoyed I called him about it and kept saying it works and turn it. It was obviously not working, we had a city inspector come look at it and she told him the unit has no heat. The owner finally had someone install a new heater. Before we left the place, the landlord ask last minute for a water bill, saying we didnt pay before. DO NOT LIVE Here! The owner Robert doesnt care about your units/rooms problems.

This is the worst place you can live at. Yeah the rent is cheap thats the only good thing about it. The owner and his workers are useless they do not answer phone calls. BOB been the owner is the same way he even hangs up on you, he has no manners at all. THESE PEOPLE ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

If you can ever get a hold of someone, they get things fixed right away and are pretty friendly. It is quiet and affordable compared to other complexes in the area. My biggest complaint after having lived there 3+ years is the terrible manager. Youre better off calling the owner to ask simple questions because you will not get ANYWHERE calling the manager. She will not return calls, she is in the office maybe 2 hours a day if youre lucky to catch her, and horrible at follow up and record keeping. Two people called me 3 MONTHS after a written letter and voicemail that we were moving out to ask for unpaid rent. YES, a written letter and voicemail because despite our efforts to contact them about actually staying there and renting 2BR, they just never followed up. And she still had the nerve to tell me I may have still needed to pay the extra 3 months rent because THEY didnt know we moved out. HOW DOES A TENANT GO RENT FREE FOR 3 MONTHS?!

POOR Customer Service. Many voice mails and emails. 1 call back and that took 3 days. Then call back and nothing again after a couple days we have up. Make you wonder how bad it would be if you are a renter and need something fixed.

Do not bother looking for an apartment here if you are black. Robert Smith the owner does not like black people. Take a drive in there one day and see for your self who lives there.Racist Owner !

Decent at getting back to you... maitenence dude, hector, i have his cell number and I have both office and cell number for the book keeper, Jenise. But if you didnt have neither Im sure itd take you a very long time for anybody to do anything. I had roaches this summer not from my dirtiness but maybe another renter per se. Our complex isnt that dirty like the lobby and stuff, but others are very nasty. Coin operated washer and dryer down stairs but costs a fortune when living paycheck to paycheck to actually operate. Piles of clothes sitting in hamper cause I cannot afford a lot to wash my clothes right now. I had to get rid of everything in my kitchen to make sure I dont have any more roaches they came and sprayed and paid decent enough attention to this predicament. After a little but of persistence I got an in window air conditioner because their living room ones suck ass. Great thing (or bad however u look at it lol) about the units (at least mine) is that they are practically sound proof when in ur apartment u cant hear nothing unless its when ur in the lobby u can hear people in their apartments or if youre close to front door u can hear people in the lobby but at least my neighbors are pretty low key. Morris is a hick town and I hate it here though (at least its decently populated with like Walmart and stuff) but Morris is a nasty redneck inbred town and I cannot wait to move back to shorewood. Unfortunately when you live paycheck to pay check u get what u pay for. P.S. The apartment we live in we has a beautiful backyard (this one is kinda similar to a courtyard cause the other apartments are next to a swampy type lake thing) with dog friendliness and bags and trash and to pick up pet poop. Swimming pool is nasty as hell, their filtration system is broken with a leak in it and they cannot filter anything without digging up the concrete which is expensive so that isnt too sanitary in my opinion. No gang or drug activity from what Ive seen and its a quiet place but only reason is cause its Morris if u lived in like Bolingbrook thatd be a different story since thats a well populated area. For Fear of being evicted i changed my name on here....but this place sucks....i live here in the stonefalls complex....Roaches.....Bed bugs.....Mice......some disgusting prostitute that walks the lot in the summer...i kid you not...The LandLord Robert...Is a piece of crap...DOES NOT DO A THING.....I have a a bunch of the residents already sigh a petition and have written statements on the conditions of these buildings..I knw many residents have talk to him about the bed bug problem and yet he does nothing...BY LAW HES SUPPOSED TO PUT THE RESIDENTS IN A HOTEL WHILE THE BUGS GET TAKEN CARE OF.... No such luck for any of the residents here....i have about 3/4s of the residents here already on my petition and i knw a few as well as myself will be taking legal action very soon !

I live here I moved recently since the price was fair to me ... from the second day I moved I began to notice many cockroaches and I spoke with the managers who came and fumigated, apparently they used something very cheap because the cockroaches are still coming out ... another thing I received a news that I still did not make my monthly payment but actually I did but when I went to the office the managers did not want to open the door and told me to deposit the payment in the mailbox and now I am angry about this situation since they are charging me extra for the payment I made on time ... ZERO RECOMMENDED IF YOU DISGUST COCKROACHES
