The PDM office was quick to schedule a service technician to address A/C issues. After reviewing options provided by Anthony our technician, I decided to have a new A/C unit and furnace installed. Both units were installed 2 days later complete with vent work and gas lines. Anthony was friendly and professional, being sure to clean up after himself after each day of work. He does not take shortcuts. I cannot stress how knowledgeable he was and thoughtful in his approach to the job. I would highly recommend PDM!

Had an issue with leaking in the ceiling of my garage. I called PDM. Their customer service was very helpful. They sent out a technician who looked for any problems with my plumbing and found none. The leaking seemed to be more related to HVAC. Unfortunately, I had asked for a plumber and the person they sent was a plumber only. I was charged for the plumber coming out. I called PDM and they sent out a technician that was able to do plumbing and HVAC. They refunded me the charge for the plumbers assessment and did not charge me for the HVAC assessment. I only paid for the base charge for the plumber to come out. I was very pleased with their customer service.

I was able to schedule my “Go To Tech” very easily and he squeezed me into his schedule promptly. Chris G knows his stuff, and always answers my inquiries in language I can understand. This company does careful and professional work and leaves your home spotless.

Anthony is the consumate professional. He fully explained what he was doing. He found that the humidifier was inoperative and recommended replacement so the house would be more comfortable this winter.

Their tech Chris came and tackled problem right away. Checked the all the parameters and diagnosed the problem and also pointed out other potential problems and fixed them. Thorough work and showed that the readings improved much from when he took base readings. Very knowledgeable and has a van full of replacement parts. So he was able to stay on site and fix with out having to go get parts.

Pete arrived on time was very polite professional and explained what was being done. Also Chris G was out recently and was very nice and professional--have used their service many times over the years and they have always been very responsive to our needs

PDM is a great local company with wonderful expertise and technicians. Chris was here on time and was quick and thorough when investigating a leak in our bathroom. He took pictures and pointed out that the evidence of the leak was old and not active anymore. He was extremely helpful and wrote up a report we could use for our home inspection in the sale of our house.

As always, the tech -- in this case Chris -- showed up on time, performed the maintenance quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything he did.

Horrible. Started out good then they got greedy. Had 2 replace hot water heater 2x. Aftr only 6 months was leaking. Charged for another one. Even though supposedly new one. Was still under warranty thousands later Now leaking again. Sent HVAC guy instead of Plumber charged $233 for nothing. No hot water for 8 days now. Not fun taking cold baths. This is a scam artist company. Do not hire them unless u want 2 b screwed & charged thousands of dollars 4 nothing. Greedy Greedy Greedy

Ive been using PDM for years and they have always been extremely reliable! Anthony does a great work and has done over a dozen jobs for me over the last 5 years. We needed a new water heater, so I called to set up a time. Christina in the office is wonderful and always very helpful! Anthony was able to come out the very next day, first thing in the morning. Job completed in less than 3 hours! I wouldnt use anyone else for my plumbing and HVAC needs!

I have used PDM for years at my place of business and they are always professional, knowledgeable and do a great job. Yesterday while Dan was working on a collapsed drain line at one of our facilities, he helped us fix another issue we were having in our restrooms. He told us what we needed to do to fix the situation. No charge, no sell, he just gave us a simple solution to a chronic problem. Then to top that, I called PDM later that same day and told them we had a leak in a copper line they installed two years ago at another facility. Dan came out and found the leak, which was not part of the work they did two years ago, but another part of the plumbing system. Dan quickly fixed the leak and today I get an invoice from PDM for fixing the leak and the invoice said we owe nothing for the service call.

Chris came on time, found the leak, and repaired it to our satisfaction. We have been using PDM for over twenty years. We are very satisfied with them.

This is my first time contacting this company and IT WILL BE MY LAST! Very unprofessional demeanor and behavior from the representative that I was talking to for scheduling service. There was only immediate conversation about money and no regard to the issue at hand. Additionally, their PRICES ARE MUCH HIGHER than others in the area. On top of that, my service was essentially refused right from the start simply because I personally wouldnt be the one paying for it. That is not how businesses work. If this is how business has been running since 1885, this business shouldve been reported to the BBB long ago.I, nor the business I am with, will ever be contacting this company again due to the unprofessional attitude/behavior of the rep I spoke with, her literally laughing in my face, and the lack of care and respect that was shown to me, and Im sure all of their clients as well.

Wonderful people to work with. PDM has serviced several units at our facility and the work is always top-notch. Most recently Anthony and Dave replaced a hanging garage heater for us. Despite being held up on other emergency services the day our repair was scheduled, They still managed to arrive and get the job done in very timely manner.

I had an emrgency last night 1/2/2021, they show in google 24/7 emergency service, thats a lie I call a lady answer she was a plumber is gonna call you back nobody called me from 10:30pm 11pm started with the pipe again, I was able to fix the issue at 2am after hours of trying with small rod, I explain the house have 1 bathroom and is clog I have my elderly Mom who need to use the toilet constantly.Why put 24/7 emergency service if you guys cant even return the calls.

Reaponsive, and The plumbler was skilled in removing several clogs that had bested me. Great service. There was a bit of sticker shock for the service, but that may be due to what i expected to pay. And it took several hours of work to put everyrhing back into working order.

Quickly responded for an appointment date. Professionally installed and quality work as always. Tech is polite, considerate and trustworthy...as always!

PDM Plumbing was very responsive to our request to replace our basement ejector pump. They were here within a few days, as we requested. Anthony, the technician, offered two choices for replacement, one being less expensive. Anthony was very cordial and respectful of us and our home. Repaired a leaking water heater.

PDM is a company I trust. We have called on them on two occasions for our residential plumming needs. On the phone, even their answering service was so polite and professional! They are great at communicating with you. They arrive promptly and dont leave you waiting. They explain exactly what is going in terms you can understand and they do great work! I dont have any complaints at all. When ever I need plumbing work done, PDM is who I call.

PDM came out for a furnace clean after major construction was done on the house. They really did a nice job cleaning both the outside and inside of the furnace. They do a thorough inspection on wear parts and offer recommendations based on how they are found. Before they are done they check your pressures and temperatures to see if any adjustments need to be made. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. They arrived on time and they give you notice reminders before arrival. They are very respectful of your property as well.

Super satisfied with everything about PDM. Polite, friendly, professional person answering phones and making appointments. Knowledgeable plumber that came out and was able to quickly fix my toilet and my shower faucet in under an hour. Found out that my toilet tank actually had more than one thing wrong with it, but everything got addressed. I’d definitely use them again, and recommend them to others!

Pdm is the company you should use. Fast and easy. They didnt try to rip me off. Had went to 3 other places and they quoted me way over than PDM. All my future need are going through them. Plus Anthony was a great person. Help me with my warranty for my parts, and I only had to pay for labor!!

PDM is always thorough and professional. I have been using them for the past ten years. Our AC had a leak right before Memorial Day weekend. Anthony did a fantastic job of getting a new evaporator the same day and getting the AC going on a Friday.

Whenever I have plumbing/maintenance issues in our home, I call PDM. From upgrading our sump pump system to cleaning out our dryer vent, they do it all. Today Pete replaced an extremely corroded bathtub waste & overflow pipe and trim. He also replaced the cartridge and spout. Everything looks beautiful and works great. And most importantly, no leaks.
