Had them install water heater and a.c. 2 years ago called for a service today charged 155$ for a louse wire warranty didnt apply if you dont have their cleaning service if you are washing it down on your oven. But they responded extremely quickly to a call.

They offer same day service & waive the diagnostic fee if you go with their quote. Trey the master tech offers wonderful service & definitely knows his stuff. The master tech came out & let me know that the reason my furnace was having so many issues after only 2 years of service is because not only it was improperly installed, but it is the wrong type of furnace for the way my house is built. They offered a better solution which included a tankless water heater that was much cheaper than what another contractor quoted to install a new furnace & redo the ductwork.

Its never a good feeling to wake up in a cold house. I called first thing in the morning and Best Comfort Heating & Cooling had a technician out the same day! The techs quickly found and fixed the problem with my furnace. I would highly recommend them!

Repair person (Josh) came to our house, at door was on the phone with someone. No mask, no shoe coverings, came in the house...continued on phone. Never introduced self. Showed him the furnace. Left house without saying anything. Found a paper on hall table. No personal conversation with homeowner.Rude and unprofessional, I had knowledge person was coming to home.Next day returned, with mask and booties. Again, rude unprofessional. Filled R22, then came to the door looking for a check. After providing payment stated he couldnt guarantee the installation of the R22, after the fact. Chrged $600+ for nothing. Do not recommend. Again, Rude and Unprofessional...they did come right away once called but that was the only positive.

When your heat or air goes down, what do we want most? Fix it and fast!!! These guys make no excuses, and are true to their 24 hour service statement. Lot of places jerk you around, and you end up waiting and waiting for results. Not these guys!!! They are willing to be there for you fast at any hour, and the job they do is second to none. They are respectful to your home, very organized and clean, and they make sure all of your issues are solved before they leave your home. Fixed means fixed with these guys, and their prices are the best around too for the service they provide. They dont hustle you out of services you dont need done either. The honesty is refreshing and much appreciated. They have come to the rescue for my family in the cold and heat, and I will not hesitate to contact them again if another problem pops up. I know I can count on them to fix it fast!!! Two thumbs up for these guys!!!

Couldnt ask for better service from a better company. Best Comfort exceeded any expectations. What was meant to be MY project, turned out to be my disaster, and destroyed my furnace on a Sunday evening. I called a few places and each told me i had to wait. Trey on the other hand, took time from his personal schedule to come out on a Sunday evening to save my tail from the gases blasting flowing through my vents. He was out the next morning, to clean the furnace out and get my heat going before the nights freeze. I must add that this was on one of the coldest nights of the year. Not only did BC save my butt, but they also saved me some cash. Their prices were the best offered, and the crew that did the work were great as well! Because of the quality of work, i also had them replace the AC.I am now up and going with new Heat and AC and couldnt be more satisfied. I highly recommend this awesome team!! They are great, affordable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and just an all around fantastic experience. Will undoubtedly go to them for any future needs.

Great experience for me personally.. dealt with 3 companies last week.. the last one was this company.. Im glad i called this company.. Very happy and satisfied with the service!! Lloyd and Matt came to my house installed an AC unit this past Sunday.. these guys were honest and professional.. Saved me a few $$$ because they saw that my coils were new and didnt need replacement and they told me upfront instead of just changing it and keeping the extra $$$.. its hard to find honest people nowadays.. also, i was with them the whole time of the install and i witnessed a very systematic install which is great and i could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing. For me, this is the only company i will be calling and would probably always request for Lloyd even if i have to wait.

My furnace quit working over the weekend and did not have to work on Monday. I found Best Comfort Heating and Cooling through a Google Search, and saw all of the great reviews, so I called them. Josh came out later that afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. After an attempt to fix it, he immediately told me of another concern. He was honest with me when he said my furnace was going to be a money pit due to its age (around 20 years old). He recommended that I get a new unit.Although I was not prepared to hear this, I knew he was right. In planning the install of the new furnace, Josh was very accommodating to my work schedule. He arrived right at the scheduled time. Josh and Chris worked quickly with minimal noise/disturbance as they installed my new furnace. It was a rainy and muddy day which was tracked into the room where the furnace was. Josh asked for a broom and dust pan, then proceeded to sweep up the dirt/mud that had been tracked in. He then took the time to show me my new unit, where the filter is located, and how to change it.All I can say is that this was the best service I have received!! I will continue to use them for my heating/cooling needs in the future!

Brian Lain and Dan Bade did amazing work on installing heater and A/C. They are extremely talented and friendly. We highly recommend them. The type of service they do is over and beyond the call of duty. This type of customer service is no longer found today. It is nice to know people like them still exist today. Simply the best. Three calls to other companies claiming to have 24/7 service. Left 2 voice messages and one who wanted to charge $175 to come out and troubleshoot the problem....and may not be able to resolve the issue because the part may not be on the truck.Then I found Best Comfort. They answered their phone. I described the issue, a preliminary diagnosis was made and, though this may not be for everyone, I was talked through on how to manually light the furnace. My family is warming up and I have an appointment for later this morning to fix the issue. At this point its pretty well understood what part needs to be replaced. I can do that myself for probably $50. But Im keeping that appointment. The time that was spent with me to get the furnace started manually is priceless.Oh, now 4 hours later at 2:45am, still no call back from the other two.Best Comfort is simply the best. Trey came out on a Sunday night at 10:30 pm. Unfortunately my furnace could not be repaired but he was able to make it work through the night until their furnace installers could get here the next morning and install my new furnace. Trey, Lloyd and Matt were prompt, professional, and got the job completed in a very timely manner.I had never used Best Comfort HVAC before but Im sure glad I did and I will do so again in the future! Needed an AC capacitor for a rental on a Sunday...looked everywhere and drove to checkout this company...the two gentleman provided me with the part and took the time to discuss proper install. Best service all around! My air conditioner went out in the evening on a hot Sept.1st Labor Day weekend. Not knowing who I should call, I began searching online for a company that was close to my home and thta had good reviews, I found Best Comfort and decided to call and glad I did. The lady who answered my call said the tech would be dispatched to my home between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. Just prior to 8:30, the tech, Roger, called and said he was on his way. He promptly arrived at 8:30, assessed the unit, replaced the part, checked the freon level and was gone in less than 25 min. I could not be happier with the speed of service, the professionalism that Roger exhibited, and the quickness of the repairs. Cannot thank you folks enough! That is truly great customer service!

Trey is one of the most helpful caring people I have ever been blessed enough to meet. When I was down he picked me up. When I was up he kept me their. Seriously a good Samaritan. If you have never had the chance to meet a person like that and get to know them on a personal level you really need to.

My furnace went out yesterday and I called the previous repair person and received no call back. I looked online and found Best Comfort and the website stated that they were open 24/7. I called at 11 am Saturday morning and was told that a tech would be out between 2-3 pm on Saturday afternoon. Trey showed up within the hour time frame and checked out the furnace. He explained what was wrong and stated that my best option would be to replace my furnace. I knew the furnace was older but not sure how old as I just moved in the house two years ago. Trey was very nice and explained everything and answered all the questions that I had. Trey stated that they could come and replace my furnace on Monday. He fixed it so that it would run until Monday. About an hour and half after he left, the dispatch office called and stated that a tech could come out and replace the furnace between 6-7 pm Saturday night. Brian Lain was the tech that came out to replace the furnace. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to replace the furnace. He explained the warranty, cleaned up his mess and checked to make sure that the furnace was working properly. Both technicians and the dispatch were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.

The tech was very helpful and able to diagnose and repair my furnace in 45 min. The only question I have is why did I get charged for 2 hrs of labor? If you have a travel charge, I wish I would have known.

This was definitely the best company out there today. Fast and prompt service and fixed my furnace right the first time they where out. Very knowledgeable workers that explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand what was going on with the unit. I couldn’t be happier with the service from both Trey and Brian. My furnace quit working late at night and within an hour Trey was at my door. Unfortunately, I needed a new furnace as mine was beyond repair, and Trey took the time to explain to me what was wrong which was greatly appreciated. The next morning, Brian arrived within half an hour of me calling to let someone know I was home to install the furnace, humidifier, and new thermostat. When he was finished, he took the time to explain how everything works. He also gave me a great quote to replace the air conditioning when it gets warm. During the hottest days in early June, I called Best Comfort to come out to service my Air Conditioner. They called me back right away and scheduled a technician to come out right away. My technician the Wonderful Josh Randolph came out and had my air conditioner running in less than a 1/2 hour. Ive been telling all my friends and family about this Company. Its so refreshing to find a Company these days thats so focused on Customer Service and they have No Service Charge!

Trey was amazing! Heat went out at 2 am in -11 degree weather. He tried talking me through the problem after just getting home from his long shift. After realizing we couldn’t fix it, he made an hour drive to come look at it at 4 in the morning. He realized right away our furnace was dead, ordered it for us right away, and we had an installer at our house by 11 am. The installer was great as well. Made sure to leave no mess and had great taste in music as he worked lol. Appreciate all of their help and appreciated they actually answer the phone 24/7. A lot of companies advertise this but then don’t answer or don’t call back until the morning.

I choose this company based on the excellent rating. I was skeptical what company gets all 5s. I have to say I also give this company 5 stars. In the busy summer Trey called me within 20 minutes just to say he got my message. He called again find out what my problem was. It was already after 5 when I realized I needed help. I did not think he could come that night. He was on his way to another call. He was here the next morning. He has been wonderful. Fixed an easy problem and price was not terrible. I recommend him to anyone.

In the end, the guys (and gals) from Best Comfort made the best out of a bad situation. The techs showed consistent integrity in the face of a complicated furnace repair/replacement. Brian did a great job installing the furnace and went above and beyond by coming back a few hours later to troubleshoot an additional issue. Trey was equally as helpful, making multiple trips and phone calls himself. The folks at Best Comfort have customer service at the forefront of their work and really go above and beyond.

BCH&C truly is everything they claim. I had 2 furnaces go out at the same time and it was no problem. They came out and fixed everything at an amazing price the very next morning. Trey and his amazing crew are the only heating and cooling specialists I will ever call again!

Called late afternoon with no functioning heat from furnace, tech (Josh) came out within hour and diagnosed the problem. Told us he would have to get a new board from supply house in the AM. Surprisingly the same evening Trey showed up about 9 pm with a replacement board and after further troubleshooting he diagnosed that the furnace had bigger issues that could become very costly. In the end we decided to go with a new furnace rather than throwing money and parts at a 14 yr old system. By 1 am same night Brian & Trey had the new furnace installed and heat working again. I cant speak well enough about Trey and his team at best comfort. There we were, 30 below zero in January and the furnace went out. I found Best Comfort through the internet. Trey came out saw how much work we needed to have done because we found out the central air unit went out as well, took compassion and had one of his men get right out and begin working. We called in the morning and they were there by the afternoon. When they came out for the estimate, they fully checked out the system and realized we did not necessarily need to replace the whole unit. Zach, the technician that came out, explained how he could fix the problem (at least temporarily). I am so impressed with the companys honesty. Our family called around to many places to find someone that could fix our furnace, it was old and kept going out. we called and they came out right away, they are so reasonably priced, very polite, well mannered, and didnt play around . Came in did the job and left, and called us twice to see how everything was going. The man that came was Trey, he actually was recommended by a friend and his service was definitely worth that call.

Trey and team were at the house the same night I called when my AC went out (I call at 9pm). They quickly assessed the issue and offered multiple pricing options to fix the issue. the team came back the next day to install. I had my ac back on within 24 hours of it going out. I do not normally provide reviews, but wanted to in this case..... due to the great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family.
