Great place to get work done on fords. Any car for that matter. Ive never gotten a car or truck from them however I did recently install carpet in the building and heard the way they treat people who come through the door. The are super polite and treat everybody not only customers with respect which you dont see much nowadays. I would surely recommend Suppes ford to anyone locking for a vehicle or work done to theres

I drove 2.5 hours to get the vehicle I always dreamed about, and it was well worth the drive. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are beyond fair and they never made me feel that I was not important, and I definitely had a lot of questions! I will buy my vehicles there for the rest of my life! I was trying to find this place but instead I ended up at the garage area. The building is not even labeled at all. Very very hard to find even though you see a bunch of Explorers and F150s parked at the edge of the intersection. Isnt it standard that they have a big Ford sign up with Suppes on it? Good luck finding the sales people!!!
The service and parts department are really good. The prices on vehicles are high though.
We definitely feel that the team at Suppes went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we left feeling very comfortable that we were getting a great, fair deal. While purchasing our car, our sons girlfriend had a problem with her tire as they were leaving for the beach. The Suppes team took a look at her tire and helped get them on their way safely even though the car and tire had been purchased elsewhere. We were very thankful that they helped out like that without any hesitation.Great group of people. The experience was quick and pleasant.

There was a recall on an F 150 I bought brand new. It was for bad paint. I took the truck in to get repainted, I was told the recall only lasted one year. They refused to paint it. Within one week I sold the truck and bought a brand-new one from another dealer. 25,000 . Cash. You should have painted the truck... never went back to a Ford dealer again.
My husband baught me a new black Escape.. The workers are wonderful and are always pleasant to talk to..

Service is second to none, literally. Service at Suppes Ford is as close to non-existent as it gets.Granted they got teamwork, they stick to their lies like glue, refuse to see any evidence of wrong-doing, even after making my parents take a special trip to the dealership where they were promised the vehicle would be detailed to remedy the grease on the seats placed there by the mechanics. Worst part, my parents are disabled, and wasted all that gas money just to be called liars, when they had photos, and evidence that any sensible person would have recognized as sincere and honest.For all intents and purposes this dealership is incompetent in its entirety, from the management the whole way down to the mechanics. Im writing this on behalf of my parents that purchased an Explorer at Suppes, and each service trip ended with more grease deep in the leather seats, and discolored plastic components due to cleaning with excessively strong chemicals.Thus changing my mind of purchasing a fresh 2013 Explorer Sport from their dealership. Johnstown is my town, I believe in supporting where one lives, but this place is nothing but a den of deception. If you have any issues with your vehicle purchased there, be sure to get all the conversations recorded, as theyll deny the words that came from their mouths mere minutes prior.Buyer beware, and get yourself a good Ford elsewhere, anywhere else but Suppes... unless you enjoy your new vehicles flawless leather interior caked with grease due to mechanics too lazy to put protective materials down until after the job is done.

I recently made a service visit to Suppes Ford in downtown Johnstown. I was very satisfied with the quality and cost of the service on my Ford/Mercury vehicle. They have an experienced and courteous staff who appreciate your business, provide top quality service and provide great value. Their labor hourly rates are the lowest in the region and, based on conversations with other customers and my own research and experience, I believe them to be fair and honest in their service recommendations and pricing. I have had less than satisfactory service experiences at other dealerships in the region, especially when it comes time for state vehicle inspections.I highly recommend Suppes Ford not only for service work, but for new car sales. The current general manager, Frank Arcurio, joined Suppes Ford within the last few years and he is known throughout the region as a top notch, honest and willing-to-negotiate sales manager, not to mention his having an engaging personality. He tends to bring old customers with him when he moves from one dealership to another, a great indicator of customer care and appreciation.

Sold me a car that was in a wreck and I was not informed about and and they said it had a clean car fax now the car has no value with that on the report

Good place to get a new car
My father always told me to keep my money in Johnstown if i could. so when i set out to buy a used fusion i went to suppes instead of heading to Greensburg or Monrovillie. this was my first mistake. after the salesman told me that we dont go down on used cars i should have know better. like a fool i was misled and suckered in. but thats not where the problem lies, after trying to talk to the female owner she was extremely arrogant and rude. as were most all the other employees. it was almost like they were all family or related and i was in there house with my shoes on. even the sleazy man who does the financial paperwork looked like he had been there since Johnstown actually had a population, he was also a real d!@k. with my fathers voice in my head i bought the car any way, for full asking price! i know crazy right! i didnt even get car mats. then the first day i had it the key was stuck in the ignition. after finding a tsb on the problem they acted like i was speaking Chinese. after 33 days the check engine light comes on. i take the car down. im told they cant just hook it up to the computer i have to get the 102 point inspection for $109.00 i did not do this . now the car is shifting very hard, the rpms go through the roof when you first put it in gear, and a terrible sound coming from the front left tire. no it;s not the brakes. in any event please use caution when dealing with this mafia mentality at this establishment. needless to say i have told 200+ people about this and will continue to do so. BEWARE!

Dropped my 15 f150 at 9 am for a recall on for the rods in the doors and a alignment was told at 9 am should be all done by 4 pm went to go get it at 4 pm it was already outside, walked in and was told immediately the alignment was never done due to another vehicle and the service department only having 1 tech that apparently that can do alignment s ok great thanks for wasting my time but service manager says we got your recall done oh yeah thanks walked out to my truck left rear door panel was covered in dirty hand prints from the work done and they had to pull back in due to passenger front door rod for lock wasnt even popping up so great waste of time

Ed took us our for a good test drive and the purchase process. When we picked up the MKX he went over every aspect of the vehicle and took the time to sync my wifes phone to the radio system. He has a great sense of humor, is extremely personable, and I would urge anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle in the Johnstown, PA area to contact Ed Stetz.

We went and test drove a used f-150. I could tell immediately that the salesman was sketchy. Glad I went with my gut insticts and left. I do not advise ever going here. Steer clear!
