I am DEVASTATED. A week and a half of this. My car has NEVER had problems before this place. I’m currently broken down on the side of the road with my two kids, it’s 80+ degrees .. and I can’t trust to call these people back to help us. I have time while I wait for anTOW TRUCK because Sharkys promised us our car would be safe. It’s a 2014 Chevy Cruz! It’s in excellent condition it just needed a belt changed! Now it’s undrivable. Broken down on the side of the road. I am DEVASTATED. PLEASE take your car elsewhere. Please.

Mike got my Jeep scheduled in for an inspection quickly and they did great work getting it fixed up for another year of abuse! Also kind service and suggestions. Had my o4 Jeep fixed here and I have to say they did a great job!! They didnt do what most mechanics do, which is say there is more wrong when there isnt. The owner Micheal way very professional and fixed my jeep in a timely manner. Most importantly he didnt put me through the ringer with what the coat was.

Unreliable, DO NOT take your vehicle there, they will screw you without K-Y, get it and take all your money and not fix the problems, and put an inspection sticker on, saying its safe and derivable when it really inst, seems like thats illegal to me. and not derivable at all. after sucking 1,000 dollars from you.

Mike quoted me $269 for a new power steering pump: the price included labor. When I went to pick up the truck, the bill was $757! This is an unfair and unethical way of conducting business. I have filed a complaint with the PA Attorney Generals office. If you were ripped off by Sharkeys, please file a claim.
