They fixed my car and listened to me (the customer ) when other places especially Monroe hasnt been able to fix it or listen to me for years and years Krouse charged me a very reasonable rate, thanks so much...they finally fixed what Monroe couldnt even find what was wrong with it for many many years probably 10 or more years, or they just wanted a lot of money out of me is what I really think is what was going on, thanks a lot for nothing ...it was my turn signal and needed replaced and Krouse did an excellent job thanks so much it works wonderful now, spent so much money for years and years at Monroe to try and figure out the problem which they could never do, but had me buy many many batterys thanks for nothing wont be back Monroe, but Krouse.. thank so very much Ill be back and they charged only a small amount for replacing the turn signal and battery appreciate you so much for being near Johnstown where I can get my car work done and for everyone out there my car is a 2006 Equinox with only approx 50,000 miles and runs great except for that 1 problem I just told you about

Our first appointment we waited for 40 minutes before they came out to tell us that they didnt have the parts for the service we scheduled for. So we rescheduled and even called the day before and they reassured us it wouldnt take more than a couple hours. It took over FIVE HOURS!!! I had to go in late to work. So dont go here unless you have to.. and if you do expect to wait there the whole day..

Mechanic said it was impossible to do a complete alignment on my truck but still charged me the full amount. One trip to firestone and 45min later alignment completed. Out 60 bucks couldve been worse i guess I couldve fell for the 1000 dollars in parts he offered to fix alignment.

Fast work

Had my truck for two months a few years back and it ran worse then when I dropped it off. Had to settle it in court for the first time in my life. Dishonesty!! Beware!! Talked to a few other people with similar stories, they just decided not to go back.
