I made an appointment for an alignment 4 days in advance. The day came and they said they couldnt do it because they had torn a car apart and put it on that rack. My only day off work, I had made an appointment in advance, and needed it done for a trip. When I called they were completely unprofessional and rude about it. Pretty much said I was s*** out of luck. No apology or acting sorry for my appointment falling through because of their mistake. Deffinately wont be going to them for any service!
