Bill and his team received my car on April 1st a little before noon and I received an estimate around 1:55 pm which I gave the go ahead to order parts. I received a call from Bill April 3rd that car was finished and he was very transparent throughout the process which was seamless.Shon Brantley Jr.

Everyone there is very nice and the service is exceptional. When we got the car back, we were very pleased on how remarkable the car looked and also how clean it was. Would definitely recommend.

Took our 2017 Chevy Cruze into Lucianos for body work. Jason explained everything to us. Made us very comfortable. When we got our car back it was beautiful. They did an excellent job on it. Wish we could meet the person who did the work so we could thank him in person. . Jason kept us informed at all times. He went over our car when we picked it up. Explained everything they did. Asked if we had any questions. Made sure we were happy before we drove off. I highly recommend Lucianos to anyone. Thanks again for a wonderful job.

Out of town and I was purchasing a certified used car from the manufacturer. On the way to the dealer looking up local mechanics, I found Lucianos and called to see if I could have the car looked at by a third party. They said to just bring it by in the afternoon and they would be happy to. Long story short, they found two issues that the dealer missed and saved me about 500$ in future repairs. They had us in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I cant speak highly enough about Lucianos. If I lived in the area, this is where I would take my car.

Went to Laurels Autobody/Collision repair on Eisenhower Boulevard Johnstown, PA. I had keys ingnition & lights on 4 estimate for repairs!! The Collision center Ive dealt with them since 1992!! Yes, guess that makes me old!! But when I went to start my auto afterwards; My Vehicle would not start! THE battery Is my & hubbys part cause we need a new lead battery. BUT... This is where ALL GOES WRONG!! I simply called that specific Laurels office and asked if they would give me a jump or if they would allow me to plug in our Charger Starter!! Wouldnt need much! Instead I was forced to bother my Son at his work place. His boss left him come up and boom... My vehicle was running!! So I checked with StateFarm and asked about warranty on deer damage!! They Said my Sons employer Luciandos has the same warranty there!! So I cancelled ALL Business with Laurels Auto/collision to Luciandos!! Plus a bonus, for my insurance company!! The estimate was less expensive. Ive left my family of 6 siblings & Mom know what happened and even they were SHOCKED!! I WANT TO STRESS IT WASNT THE COLLISION centers fault for me going to another Body shop with same lifetime warranty on repair! The lady who answers the phone for that dealership/Body shop said they were unable to jump my battery!! By the way, Car is totally running now at my next errand stop!! So need to save a little $$ or if your insurance gives you a lifetime warranty on the repair, NOW my family will be going to Luciandos on Eisenhower Boulevard Johnstown, PA 15904! From today into the future!!
