Typical scam artists.Took a vehicle and to have it inspected, I knew going into it I would need the flex pipe on my exhaust replaced. After they replace the flex pipe they called to let me know that the outside brake pad on my rear right caliper was heavily worn and instructed me that I would have to purchase new calipers on both sides in the rear from them.I knew this wasnt the case so I paid for the exhaust work that they did and took it home tore the tires and the caliper off myself, the caliper bracket pins were improperly greased and there was excessive brake dust buildup causing the outside pad to drag.Absolutely nothing wrong with the caliper and it was in fantastic working order once cleaned up, no problems whatsoever with the caliper piston.I spent a total of $45 for what they quoted me at close to $600, price does not include the exhaust work that I paid for.The only reason I took it to them in the first places is because I dont have the equipment to replace the flex pipe on the exhaust, but I surely will never recommend or take a vehicle there again.When something like this happens it is not a one-off deal, I would expect them to be manipulating their customers like this on a fairly regular basis.Back to Firestone I go.*It passed a four tire pulled inspection with zero issues.

I went in with a light bulb and I needed the headlight replaced and he told me the labor will take 3 hour to fix it and my headlight was broke so I needed to buy a new one from there and the labor will cost 150 because he was to take the bumper off to get to the light so I left and went to the auto shop on befort accross from rite aid and he did both lights in under 10 mins without taking my car apart n for a way cheaper price

Ive been trusting Mr Muffler with my cars for 10 years now. Always fair and helpful, you know what youre going to pay upfront and if there is any other work necessary they let you know before doing any work. I know after they inspect my vehicle it is safe and good to go!
