Love this place. All of the Ultimate shine car wash locations have been so useful. The car gets clean, tires shined and vacuum bays are available. Window cleaner and microfiber cloths are always stocked and ready. I frequent one or the other of the locations 3 or more times a week. Always a pleasure

Enjoy this place since they supply the cloth rags. I have purchased the $29.95 monthly wash card and I love it. After 3 wahes I can wash my car every day if the month if I want to. During pollen season it is great.

Well, it was good when open, but I went to wash the car on the day of my fathers funeral and it rained earlier that morning. There was nothing telling me that they were closed. I was waiting for them to open and called. I was there for 15 minutes when someone finally told me that they would remain closed for the day. I would have appreciated either a notice at the entrance or a message when I called informing me that was their policy. I understand that they have maintenance to perform. I just wanted a clean car. In my area, their machine does the best job and where I ended up going to couldnt even get the road film off. Would have been 5 stars.

Great place... I dont usually do auto wash places but I was in a hurry. The sweepers were excellent and clean. They provided rags and glass cleaner as well.

Broken mirror and roof still dirty on my truck. Manager says company ignores damages. Would you like your truck damaged? Best find a different carwash for future safety of your vehicle.

I have a monthly subscription and had never had a problem until the other day when (even though my mirror was in) the pressure popped off my passenger mirror cap. It was later that evening when i noticed it, but i still called. The guy said he wasnt working when i came thru... Okay but you can ask someone there that was right and do you check the inside before closing?? He said no and hung up the phone. I work for a collision repair shop so getting another isnt an issue. It was the way it was handled for me. If it was there and scuffed up we could fix it, i didnt want them to replace it for goodness sakes.

I really like the people who work here. They do a great job and theyre efficient. Most of the time Im able to get in and out pretty quickly but its quite busy a lot so sometimes I have to come back to vacuum. The vacuums kinda irritate me. Some people never clean their cars and they tend to block up the vacuums with nasty hair, carpet fibers, napkins etc. Most of which couldve more easily been thrown in the trash bin instead of clogging the vacuums. I just get my knife out and clean it. Otherwise when I use my fingers it dries my hands out crazily bad.

Today was the first time I used Ultimate Shine and I looooved it! My kids really enjoyed going through the car wash and it was fast and easy.

I go to Ultimate Shine whenever my car is dirty. Theyre careful with the mops and bristles on the rotating brushes. When I exit the car looks new.

Best car wash experience by far, only 8 dollars for automatic wash and then I was able to vacuum and wash interior. They provided cleaning liquid and towels. They have a customer for life!

The back of my mirror fell off and they found it right away! Thank you!

Don’t pay the extra $10 for the second wash. If you have any issues with the machine not printing your full receipt, the current manager will be less than helpful.

I went through the 20 dollar wash which was supposed to get wheels and tires. I looked at the wheels and showed the attendant and she hesitated when I ask to go through again but she let me go through again and the wheels and tires still werent clean. So I guess a three is most I will give.

Staff are helpful, equipment is always in good working order, and there are always clean towels ready for use. The area is always clean and well maintained.

Staff finds it absolutely hysterical to knock deer whistlers off of vehicles. When confronted about it; management blames the consumer rather than the employee(who purposely knocked them off. If you value your vehicle; i highly suggest you go elsewhere for your car washing needs.

I mean the staff are great, the car wash is fun to go through, and the free vacuums are nice. However, my very first time through I had to go back and clean my car because it was still dirty. Every time I go through now my car becomes about 90% clean. I have the highest ultimate pass and Im just not sure its worth it.

I got a very good wash. The place had all of thier equipment working; no shortage of supplies. We were able to clean the car inside and out. Tires were bright shined. I will certainly continue to be a satisfied customer

Not one of the best auto shines I have been to? I havent been to all of them but I have been to enough to know that broken vacuum hoses and no window wash bottles are not the norm but then again it was really really busy so, that may account for some of the difficulties

The Car wash is a great place to get your car washed, as for the service it is ok, some of the staff are not knowledgeable and need to be reminded about the memos or the information before offering promos. Just to use with no promos is awesome or for the monthly charges... if they were advertised correctly...

Awesome car wash I got the $24 a month unlimited package my car shine like a new penny Speedpass is awesome in out with a quickness. This is a follow-up to my previous review my car did Shine Like a new Penny until their car wash broke my mirror off the driver side of my Hummer and their employees who called himself the manager said that my Hummer was too old for their insurance to fix what a crock offered me two months of free car washes why in the hell would I want a free car wash at a car wash that I cant even take my car through without worrying about it being damaged and then the establishment not wanting to take care of it in my opinion do not use ultimate Shine car wash unless you just like your stuff getting beat up and tore up Im getting nothing out of it thank you and have a wonderful day

Love the ease of this place. Quick and easy, albeit a little expensive for a basic wash ($8 at time of review). However, HUGE perks once youre out.l of the wash. Unlimited glass cleaner and cloths to wipe down rough spots on the outside and the nooks/crannies of the inside. As well, a vacuum cleaner that never turns off; no change required!

Really love this car wash. I stay so busy like many others and never took the time to keep my car clean. Now it gets cleaned at least twice a week.

Its a bit expensive. I like a powerful wash, but this is slightly too much so & it left a weird film on my windshield

I never buy anything more than the basic wash package for $8, I bought the highest package once and it did not even get the bugs off my vehicle. My second time was great, no issues and fast service with a huge line. I was extremely impressed with how quick I moved through the line.

Car never got cleaned; actually got scratched several times, but that’s not why I’m giving it one star. My last trip through the car wash resulted in my wind shield wiper being ripped off, clogging the machine to where it stopped. Instead of recovering the debris, they just reset the machine and pushed everyone through. When I asked for my other half of windshield, they just chuckled and said here you go. So I cancelled, and to my surprise there was no resistance to me cancelling my membership. I understand that they aren’t going to reimburse me for my wiper, that I’m okay with things happen, but to not apologize for the inconvenience or even try to keep me as a member was a joke.

My SUV was pretty dirty. A young man scrubbed the hood and rear cargo door. My car was still dirty and it had a blow dryer that neglected to dry the car. For a quick rinse of car it would be ok. For a more detail cleaning go somewhere else.

Cleaned it up good

Weve been through many of the 3 minute/ Ultimate Car Washes but this one seemed to have extra spinning brushes that really did a great job of getting the car sparkling clean. The kids love the multi-colored lights, which make it seem like it has a disco ball, so we turn up the music & have a 3 minute dance party while going through. Its great for a laugh & your car looks great. Win, win!

The vacuums is not worth nothing now since the had changed them, no suction at all.

Their car wash did a pretty good job but it didnt get the back of my wifes car very well, other than that it did alright.

You can wash your car for as little as 8 dollars and then vacuum and clean your car for free cant beat that anywhere will be back for sure

While Ultimate Shine offers an automatic car wash they do manual service as you enter to protect your antenna and rear wipers. For $6 you can get a really good wash and rinse. For more, you can get extras like a wax and tire treatment. My daughter loves to help me with the free vacuuming and window cleaning at the exit. And the floor mat cleaning machine is fantastic! Im not sure what type of window cleaner was they provide, but it is the best Ive ever used.

I have driven a million miles, I have been through a lot of car washes. This one is the best for the money.

Best Car Wash Around and Very Clean

Not happy. Couldnt tell my car had been washed. They let me go thru again but it didnt help. This is the second time it happened. Tried to give them a second chance . Waste of $20.

Had car washed and shined package for $17...It got car clean but had some spots on it that it didnt clean.At the end it didnt even dry with the round brush..I will not get this again.Ill stick with the lesser price.

Great car wash!! I love that you dont have to hurry and vacuum your car. You pay one price for the car wash then you can take your time vacuuming. They even have a floor mat cleaner, microfiber cleaning towels and window cleaner set out for you to use.

I’ve been here several times in the past and have been pleased with the speed of service, quality of wash, and vacuuming/detailing amenities. Unfortunately, this past week I wasn’t very happy with the quality of the wash.After utilizing the $20 managers special, the entire hood of my car still had dust on it (see attached picture). I emailed Ultimate Shine Car Wash with my observation and haven’t received a response, so I figured I would share my experience on here.If you choose to go here, I would suggest getting out of your car to inspect the quality of the wash before going home. I did not have to vacuum that day so I was already at home when I noticed the dusty hood.

I’ve been to this car wash many times and for the most part it has always been amazing. I love the convenience of the vacuums and glass cleaner; however, I’ve given it three shots within the past 2 months purchasing the most expensive wash each time and I have been very disappointed. The car wash is not even removing the easiest dirt from the windshield. My car is still covered with bugs and road dust still remains. I’ve had to take their towels and scrub the dirt off myself...what a waste. The quality of this wash has really gone down hill and I’m not going to waste another $20 for a wash there. The cheap $5 auto car washes elsewhere will do a much better job than this one.

Excellent car wash, prices are a little step in the off-season ($12 instead of $9 for my usual wash, with tire foam and rainX). But the facilities are always clean and working, employees always friendly and helpful. I left my rubber RAV4 mats at this location for over 50 hours, and upon realizing this, the staff put them aside for me and made it extremely easy for me to pick them off during closed hours. These mats would have cost me almost $200! Highly recommended.

I got the $20 wash. The wash was fine Enough bit the real value is in all the services you can do yourself after you come out. Towels, wipes, glass cleaner, mat cleaner, etc. The employees were really really helpful.

25 minutes before close time (6pm) and they’re closed already....

When using this car wash I always end up with water in my trunk and soap residue on my car. The vacuums are constantly running and they have some spray bottles and rags to clean the engine with though so its a plus.

Although pricey which would usually bring you down to four stars the extra care that these gentlemen take brought it up to a 5 they actually put plastic strips over my back windshield wiper to keep it from getting damaged as well as a long part of my doors they did a lot of other extra words that they didnt need to do the vacuum was free they answered my questions with no concern for time or anything of the sort all together it was great the wash was a little fast but when I got out and looked he did a damn good job of cleaning my car and really in the end isnt that all that matters the faster the car wash the more you got time to do other things later they did an excellent job and its worth notification and the vacuum which was in with us afterwards was excellent to especially since I have a service pet
