If no one is there to bother you it’s a great experience. On a Tuesday at 1 in the afternoon I washed my car in a bay. I was then spot cleaning my car and detailing the trim when a guy walked up and asked me to move my car because they don’t allow detailing in bays. There may have been one or two other cars there. Not busy at all. He then told me I could move my car to the shade on the side. There was literally no shade. A small tree line that didn’t even offer enough shade to put my car under. Some of us don’t have a garage or somewhere shaded to put their car to clean after they have finished washing it. He also told me the bay I was using and the one on the end were the two busiest bays, because of the dryer. Who in the hell is using/paying for a dryer at a hand car wash place on an 85 degree plus day!? They only care about their money not their customers. I will happily not be back.

Clean, well managed, quality car wash.Products actually do more than just make suds, my work truck was clean and shiny after a quick pre soak and scrub. The brush provided was clean and of a quality soft material.The RainX spray wax/protectant option actually provided water beading. Indicating an actual level of protection and shine provided.Great car wash to keep the daily driver looking good or a quick bath between detailings for the weekend warrior.I can not vouch for, as I have not tried, their automatic wash bays, I prefer manually washing a vehicle myself.

Great place to go clean your vehicle inside and out and if you have a big truck hey they actually have a bay big enough for those too. If your like me your picky about your vehicle and I want mine to be clean and the wash depot has all the bells and whistles for you to be able to achieve that look and smell of a freshly cleaned truck/car... Trust me give it a try you wont be disappointed!

Good place to wash vehicles. Gets them clean

The auto wash is mediocre at best. A lot of suds fail to rinse and are left behind by the blower. Ok for a quick rinse, but nothing to write home about.

The owner was very nice and was more than willing to load our money into the automatic wash so we didnt have to stand in the cold ! Highly recommend

Put money in change machine and got stupid car wash tokens! I have used the change machine before and for change. Will not use this wash again. Poor business practice, have to use your facility by force if any are left over!

I live like 20 mins away from here.. and have a car wash 5 mins from my house. I really like coming to this one. If you do the car wash that washes your car for you. The first Bay has brushes to brush your car with. The other two to the left has no brushes. Just sprays water on your car really really hard.

All the equipment works perfectly every time. the chance machine actually works unlike any other carwash in the area. Its clean and well lighted if you need to visit after dark.

Awesome car wash havent used this one in a while bc I live a ways away its definitely upgraded since I was there last got my car clean more than. Other car washes Ive been too they even have a option to manually dry your vehicle I thought that was pretty cool I tried it but it would take alot of money and take forever lol but still thought it was unique you can tell they use quality products to wash your vehicle with Ill definitely be back

Great place with great management. I called to see if their wash could handle my F450 Dually, and not only did they help, but they walked me through their whole set up. Its the only i take my vehicles now.

Does a great job cleaning if you can tolerate the minor scratches it eventually puts in your paint. Sometimes their employees get in a hurry and skip the rinse before going into the wash which contributes to the scratches.

Good experience. Good equipment. Was able to clean the car and am happy with the cost,time it took, and results. Vacuumed out my car first. Then ran it thru the brush washing machine. Used the $16 wash. No complaints.

Pretty nice place to go wash your car or truck. I have selected a scent to spray in my truck and got the baby powder scent instead but other than that, they have pretty much everything you need.

The guy is always there cleaning the car wash. Yesterday o went to wash my car and the bay I was in stopped working the guy immediately came over to help me and got me set up on another bay and gave me free time on it. This was the fist time I had any trouble there but he was fast to respond and very helpful. I will continue washing my cars here for a long time.

Too expensive for mediocre equipment. 36 seconds for .25. About every other car wash gives a full minute for .25. Nice facility but probably wont be back.

This is a good carwash with all necessary cleaning supplies and convenient location in Johnson city Tennessee. All the stalls seemed to be in working order and clean with great water pressure and powerful vacuums.

There newest automatic car wash isnt all that great for trucks. They tried to stuff too much machine in small building and you have one minute to drive out the exit through the rinse cycle and dry cycle. Sides of truck were somewhat cleaned but to was still dirty because machine just rocks overly long brushes back and forth.

Weve tried them all and this is THE BEST. Dont waste your money anywhere else.

I have witnessed them kick paying customers out for unnecessary reasons,poor vacuums, but have acceptable washing bays and good pricing.

Paid $12 for a car wash pulled in and nothing happened tried to call the Phone number listed the only thing I got was a loud screeching sound over the phone.
