This is the worst car wash ever. I gave them a second chance after being disappointed once before. Turns out they are just NOT GOOD. They dont prep the car first like most car washes do. I asked the attendant why they dont brush the car before it goes through the wash?. He said very rudely We are not required to provide that service. Ive never been to a car wash besides this one that doesnt use a hose and scrubber and give it a quick pre-scrub before it goes into the wash. I paid 16$ and could have gotten the same results if I went home and just ran my garden hose over my car. I will NEVER go back.

I paid with cash and their machine didnt return any change. This happened at the Old Vestal Road location. I had to drive to the Harry L Drive location to get my money back. The guy working there wasnt surprised and this apparently is a reoccurring issue at that location. I was expecting a free car wash or something for the inconvenience of driving over there. The guy said sorry, we dont do that. Im personally not going back, but if you do, dont use cash.

The car wash is decent at best, the prices aren’t even that great either but unfortunately for me the location is what was very convenient for me. I lived around the corner from this spot and everything was ok, but when I moved to a further part of town & I tried to cancel that’s when the problem occurred.The first time I visited the location to cancel I was short on time & for what ever reason they struggled to pull up my account.The second time they told me my account is cancelled alreadyBut a month later a charge appeared on my debit card. I tried calling their locations but all of them say “due to high call volume no one is available to pick up your call, leave a message and we’ll reach back out to you” THEY NEVER REACH BACK OUT.I still have not found a way to get in contact with anyone over the phone. I’ll write another review when I find a solution to this problem.

I wish I looked at the reviews before I went to this place. I just went there because it was right across Wegmans. I have scratches EVERYWHERE on my car. It is ridiculous. I want my money back! Wont recommend it to anyone, just wash your car yourself, wont go there ever again

Completely stripped the outside of my rims with the pressure washer on 3 of my wheels, emailed the company in hopes of something back and have gotten nothing, first time with my car in car wash and now I gotta replace my rims, do not suggest

Originally thought this car wash was decent but after a month membership my new car is FULL of scratches chips n swirl marks. It appears they do not take care of the equipment well. What an expensive mistake! A beautiful paint job flushed! Never again.

I like the carwash, the staff are great...but the reader of the tag stinks ! I have yet to have it read my member number, and I noticed alot of others with the same problem. It takes much too long to get through the line because of this. This morning had to skip wash because of it.

I had always loved this carwash, the way I was treated and the value were all great but in the past couple of weeks I have encountered one new employee after another and today, I stood in the office for more than 5 minutes before a guy who has zero customer service skills and was too busy watching his unattended children outside in a car! He was rude and wouldnt bother to look up my account (s). Would not recommend this place to anyone else again.

Why is it that they never spray the cars down even when you run the 15 dollar wash. Im still left with bugs all over the front of the truck there job is not that hard to take the wand out and spray. I will be canceling that monthly bill. Im better off going down the road with a bunch of quarters.

Its ok. Stopped by for a quick wash. After you pay for your wash, you move past a gate and then there are a couple of people spraying your car. Eventually, your car starts getting pulled along a track (car in neutral) at a pretty quick pace and everything is automated at that point.Pros:1. The line moves quicklyCons:1. Doesnt clean the car or dry it very well. You need to bring a towel to dry your car off and get the places it missed.2. A little pricey for what you get.

Well... Avoid paying in catch. No change will be given and the coin machine could fault you too. The best part is: you will never get a refund!!! Way to go.

One of the blowers is broken for a month now leaving the drivers side with residue. Pre soak happens depending on whos working. All the vacuums cost quarters. Definitely going back to the Vestal Parkway one, and cancelling my membership!

Cleans your car really good but using recycled water left gray spots all over my vehicle was definitely disgusting you could smell the water. You definitely need a better filtration system for your recycled water..

The carwash is passable, the unlimited wash plan is what makes up for the lackluster wash.(Hint, get unlimited plan and go through a few times a week)

Your credit card or debit card will be charged $10 for 4 min. If you only use the 4 min your card is refunded $6.75 so a 4 min wash is $3.75 . There are times when the water pressure waaaaay too low and trying to get someone on the phone for any kind of customer service is futile. The bottom line. Use this carwash at your own risk. My preference is Hoffmans on Upper Front Street, Binghamton or Vestal Parkway, Vestal.......

If i could have given no stars I would have. They overcharge, and in the bay I was using, surprise, there was no brush tool. Its entire line was torn off from what I could see. It would have been nice to know that before I was charged $10 for a still dirty car. An out of order sign would have been appropriate. Because it wasnt just not functioning, the whole tool was missing. Not pleased.

Been coming here for years and it isnt half bad, though I dont care for how inconsistent they are with the preparation of the vehicle, ie spraying it down. Ive seen some cars get sprayed a ton and then mine sprayed down very briefly, thus leaving grime on my vehicle such as bug guts and what have you. Since I always get the top option, youd think stuff like that would be dealt with a bit better. I dont come here all that often anymore sadly, as I can get more quality washes other places that are more consistent with their wash routines.

They damaged my car and theres no way to get a hold of the owner. They are not returning my calls. What a bunch of crooks. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Had some confusion at the kiosk. Guy came out, explained what was up then helped me out with a free wash. Truck came out nice and clean

Terrible. Credit card machine was out of order so I put in $3.00 cash only to find that the pressure on the gun didnt work. Tried to call the few numbers I found online... The one that was actually in service just sent me to voicemail... I left a message but its been a few weeks, doubt Ill ever see my $3.00. Ill never use any CK carwash again

The last 3 times I’ve been there my car comes out with new scratches. This last time it looks like someone took sand paper to my car. Won’t go there again. Hoffman’s in Vestal is better and cleans your car better.

Did a decent job washing but.....almost ripped my license plate off, peeled both rooftop drip moldings completely off....only found one and nothing can be done apparently. Im out $15 for the wash and $60 for the replacement part. Not happy at all.

No complaints other than I wish the dryers worked better, but thats said for all washes.

Paid for the highest option; came out with my rims dirty, back hatch dirty, and windshield covered in water spots. Also tried the vacuums and they had barely any suction and ended up getting my seats dirty from the hose.

My husband and I pay for 3 unlimited car wash plans every month - weve been customers at CKs Laserwash Tunnel Wash for several years. We canceled the one for our daughters car on 9/1 as she was leaving for college and wouldnt be using it. Later that day, we were charged for all 3 plans. When we went to speak to the manager we were treated VERY poorly. He told us they dont issue refunds and we didnt cancel in time. No one mentioned that when my husband spoke to them on 9/1 and they admit they have video of him doing so and they know my daughters car hasnt used the wash since 8/31. I just went there myself and I canceled all 3 plans. We will take our business elsewhere - other car washes in the area dont require you to tip the guy in order for them to do a good job on your car (these folks barely spray it off if you dont give them extra money). The Johnson City location is frequently closed during prime times, theres always soap left on my car and its never even close to being dry. Just yesterday I had to back out and leave due to the wash not working - after the guy had sprayed the soap on it. You can imagine how nice that made my black car look, I think this mightve been the first time I was ever happy it rained.

Been going here for a few years to wash the family minivans. I have the unlimited wash plan, with the road salt here its a good investment to get your car washed as much as possible. Ive never seen any scratches in my paint even though Ive probably gone through 100+ times using the highest wash level blasting Pink Floyd. However the wash has broken my rear wiper a few times and there is some room for improvement in other areas... the electronic RFID reader doesnt work 80% of the time requiring you to back up and go through the gate multiple times. This can be very difficult because cars will pull in behind you making it impossible for you to reverse. Also the wash can be closed at very inopportune times which can be frustrating. If you get the unlimited wash plan it is wise to be friendly with the employees, there are only a few of them and if you take the time to be nice to them and tip them they will always go above and beyond to do an excellent job. They have to stand there washing cars all day in the freezing Binghamton winter, put yourself in their shoes. A $2 tip will get you am amazing prewash every time.Overall this is the best value car wash that I know about in the area. I havent found any other carwash that offers an unlimited wash plan like this, however if there was a touchless version in the area that offered the same deal I would definitely switch to that.

Would of given it 0 stars if possible...half the stations have comes in front of em.....and the others just steal tour money....absolute scam, never fix their products, oh....and the vending machines never have anything in them but of course you cant tell till you put your money in. Ive never given a bad rating, I understand everything cant work perfectly but people need to know what a horrible business this is

I bought the $15 Showroom Shine, and my car literally came out dirtier than it went in. Half the brushes didnt work, so I was left with soap residue on one whole side of the car, and all the bird poop I went there to get rid of was still there when I was done. Fifteen dollars wasted. Thanks CK!

Wash is constantly broken, tried cancelling membership and they avoid you so it keeps coming off card. I will be taking legal action if it doesnt get taken care of.

Bad experience. One of the employees was abusive and aggressive. They stated that they only use the brush prior to entering the car wash for tipping customers. I went through the car wash twice and the front grill and rear bumper of my car was still dirty, so the manager told me to go home and scrub it myself with a brush. I guess a clean car is too much to ask. I paid for the second tier wash at $13. I will never go back. Worst customer service ever.

Canceled CKs Car Wash ..... and here is why ........Recently we had an issue with the verification system at the JC location as many of us have had the same issue when it doesnt recognize a member sticker on the windshield. Then the attendant yelled at us from the building and then reluctantly came out to address the problem and was rude and arrogant and yelled over us when we tried to tell him we did cancel and retry 3 times and also I tried to give advice how to fix the ongoing issue, and he told us we were about to be canceled as he said he was calling the owner, he was unable to contact the owner likely some thing he made up and was faking as there was no reason for him to go postal, after a time he did get the system to accept us, when inside the car wash he refused to scrub our tires when asked unless we tipped him, something that was new to me, when we later called to leave a message to inform management how he had treated us the same employee cut off our message and started another argument with us on the phone, he refused to allow us to leave a message and began telling us the car wash was like a ride at Disney ? HUH ?Thwarted by the employee in our effort to contact management or the owner, we followed up by using the Contact Us message board on their website.We have written to management / owner or whomever at CKs everyday for three days through this message board but have heard NOTHING back from this business.We asked for a reply to our concerns about how their employee handled the situation and got zero response back from them.Also the actual wash itself has always left spots on the car as the blowers do not remove all water and no one ever had a solution except to say you may need to dry wipe when leaving the wash.Enough with the frustrating system does not recognize you enough with employee yelling at us,enough with management and or owners who are unresponsive to their customers,enough with the spots left by the car wash,$35 + monthly will no longer be deposited onto their balance sheet from our bank. We canceled them as of today !Final Note: after canceling we were informed that cancelling merely stops a new billing cycle and we would not receive any type of rebate/refund for the unused portion of our membership from now (the 13th) through the end of the month. Another negative for this business and the way customers seem not to matter once they have your money. In my humble opinion.

Paid $12 for a car wash today and it broke down just after the soap was put on my brand new vehicle. Tried to call the number listed and received a strange message and then the call drops so I couldnt even leave a message!!
