Have paid a large deposit to Bathfitter of the TriCities. They were to come in a few days to measure. When they had not shown up in weeks we called them again. They made an appointment with us to Meausre. A man came to our home for a fed minutes but I never saw a measurement taken. Then he said we would hear in a few days when our supplies were to be delivered. We gave our deposit in April, This is ALMOST July and when we called today a very pert receptionist told us They were just too overwhelmed. They didnt need our business. We have been in a business for over 40 years and have never told customers that they werent valued. This is just uncalled for. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Customers please beware of this company, I dont know if we will have a remodel from them or not but no one needs to be talked to this way.

I’m very happy with my new shower it’s beautiful works like it should and the installer was very professional and was good at answering my questions and seemed to take pride in his work. Showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

Bathtub with shower was installed on March 2 and 3rd, the faucet was too short, the curved curtain rod was not in yet. They had to order the faucet and wait for the rod . They came back, put in faucet and the curtain rod was too short, so they had to reorder. We have also discovered the hot and cold water is reversed! Waiting! I have called, hasnt came in yet, I asked for manager to call and havent heard anything. Blaming on the virus, this was before the virus. I may not pay if they dont contact me! Been 3 weeks.

They had a sign on the door that said they would be back at 1:30 and I waited for an hour till 2:40 and left nobody ever showed up

Love my new walk in shower. Makes the bathroom 100% better. The installer was very nice and personable. Left the place very clean. Cant wait to use it tomorrow. Thanks again for all that you have done for us. Would recommend this to all I know.

The installer was very professional, kept us informed, and did an excellent job cleaning up when the installation was complete. We had already had a couple inches of rain and it was still raining when he arrived. He laid down runners from the front door to the bathroom to protect our carpet. The next time we need to replace another shower or bathtub we will definitely call Bath Fitter.

My house was built in 1940 but had been completely renovated when I moved in (2016). The main project that still needed tackling, however, was the old shower that had never been replaced. All I talked about was how outdated and gross my shower was, and my mom surprised me by calling Bath Fitter herself to get a free estimate on replacing my shower. Jon Barnette arrived a few days later, and the rest was history! Jon did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the process and helping me choose what would look best and be most functional in my tiny bathroom. He also played a few tutorial videos and allowed me to glance over other customer reviews before selecting what I wanted. A few weeks later, all of my materials arrived and the installation team was here and finished within two days. They even accommodated my work schedule by installing on a Friday/Saturday so I’d only have to miss one day of work. The entire staff was knowledgeable and hard working, and they cleaned as they went. When I saw the finished product for the first time, I literally cried at how beautiful it turned out. It is perfect and everything I could ever want in a shower. I’ve always been a shower lover but can honestly say that even when I’m at fancy resorts or the nicest of hotels, I miss my own walk-in shower because it is that immaculate. I highly recommend Bath Fitter for all of your shower needs or renovations—they won’t disappoint. And with a lifetime guarantee, it was well worth the investment. The only problem is, I can never move because I’ll want to take my shower with me ;) Thank you Bath Fitter for giving me the shower of my dreams!

We just had our tub replace with a stand up shower. Our experience with Bath Fitters was excellent from the person who gave us a quote to the person who confirmed the measurements to the person who removed the old tub and replaced with a new shower. I highly recommend them if you are planning to remodel your tub.

Your commercials absolutely suck. You have to use a man that dont even know how to use his own voice, he continues to hide behind the Barney voice. Use someone that can still use their own voice.then maybe people will take you serious.

Never bought anything from them, but I seen a job ad, for BathFitter, as a carpenter. The post said to apply in person, so I took a resume to there office and the lady’s working had no clue how to help me! So long story short, I never went to work for them. I did get a follow up call from a guy, but I had already found something else. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful.

The installer was good, layed runners from the front door down the hallway and into the bathroom and done a great job. Had a problem and they come back and fixed it Job well done.

Very poor workmanship, told my 80 yr old father the floor was fine, in fact floor was totally rotten and partly an open hole to the basement.They installed the shower and glass surround over this, which when it began to shift due to unstable floor, the glass wall and door started falling out, plus it leaked .The product itself is flimsy and relies on sound floors and walls for support. Soap and shampoo holder came loose as well.Pathetic product and not cheap ..... be warned!
