We needed some decking replaced and a dryer vent cleaned and replaced. We have used them before for drywall work. They are always responsive, are here when they say they will be, do quality work and the price is reasonable. Workers are friendly and respectful.

I recently had Honey Do replace the shower unit in my master bath, as well as to replace my front steps. Jeff arrived on time each day and it was evident he was committed to doing a professional job. He did not hesitate to clarify with me if there was a question as to what I wanted. Another co-worker, Wes, was sent to assist Jeff with the steps. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional The work site was cleaned each day prior to their leaving. I will definitely call Honey Do for any future projects I might have.

Buyer beware. Horrible service. Will not honor warranty. They keep putting you off hoping youll just give up - which I now have. 4 phone calls to come out and fix repair that was not done right to begin with, and no luck. Customer service terrible: taryn - rude, unprofessional, wont let you speak, talks over you, and gives you the same speil every time you call. $400 wasted. Brett comes across like he really cares, but the reality is he is just in it for a check.

Great work and great communication on what they were doing

Brett, Michael, and Jeff did an excellent job with our ceiling fan installation. They stayed in contact throughout the entire evaluation, scheduling, and work process. They were accommodating with providing text messages so I could wrangle my dogs before they arrived and wearing masks in my home to keep my family safe. We will definitely hire them for our next home improvement project and recommend them to our family and friends!

They took out our chimney. Did a fabulous job. Very thorough and professional. I highly recommend. Will use again.

Superb quality workmanship in Andy. Absolutely incredible meticulous workman. Watched him cut a board 4 times with only sawdust showing the last 3 time. He is so precise. Replace a horribly built deck with one I am thrilled and proud to have.These folks DO NOT cut corners.

Had estimator come by he told me a ballpark price in which i agreed would be fine to go ahead estimator said he would email me all the details waited one week with no response and then called company was told estimator would send the details 3 days later and still no response.

I contacted Honey Do to wire in a new light into our older house. The very next day Troy( the electrician)showed up and got started quickly. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was also very polite. Thank you guys for the great job. My wife and I couldnt be happier. We will definitely call Honey Do for future projects.

Have used Honey Do Services twice in the past couple of months and am very happy with Dans work. He framed in our carport for windows and garage door. He installed windows, garage door and opener and we are very pleased with how they turned out.Have requested them to install new entry door in the next weeks.

Very positive experience. They quoted a resonable price and did not change it later. Did everything I asked them for and on a timely manner. The carpenter Mr Cadle was personable and professional. Also cleaned up and took away the debris after the repairs were done!

Don’t waste your time. I put my deposit down on 5/17. It took them until 6/10 to finally put me on the schedule and it was for the next day. So we had to scramble to make sure someone was home from work to let them in between 8:30-9am. I called them around 9:30 after no one showed up and they said they were going to have to reschedule for 11am. I decided since I waited that long, I might as well wait another hour and a half rather than rescheduling and having to ask off work on another day. It got to 11:45am and there was still no one there. I called again and they had no excuse for what was taking the guy so long. I asked about a discount since we had to take the extra time away from work and they said they couldn’t do that.The company exhibits no accountability and is extremely unprofessional. It’s a shame really. I initially thought I had found a company I could rely on for many projects in the future but this experience definitely changed my mind. Save yourself the stress, go with someone else.

Terrible service and even worse follow-through. Only one out of six of the items on our list was completed correctly. Prices are way too high for the quality of service provided. Phone calls go completely unanswered. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

They are promt, complete yhe task, and are not horribly overpriced. They have been my first choice for several years.

To bad there is not a negative star. They were contracted through Lowes to do a remodel for my in-laws. They have now had to hire a professional to come in and redo honey dos mess ups. They put plumbers putty in the outlets instead of plaster and then slapped a little concrete on top of that. Brand new sink installed and they didnt even tighten up drain lines or properly install the drain it was leaking after 3 days. Not to mention the electrician bragging about being on suboxone and another employee lying to cover it up. Also the way they talked to home owners was pathetic. If looking for someone to do repairs my kids can do a better job than Honey Do.

Consumer beware: Before you even consider hiring this company for your home or business, do your homework, check other options you have plenty in this area . After he gave me an estimate, and agreed he said he required half down and the rest when completed. This is a red flag not to hire this company just be careful. Not to mention the Honey Do customer rep.asked me to borrow my tools. After he left my home I discovered my window would not open. It had been caulked shut. When I reported the problem they thought it was funny!!!

They came as part of our home warranty company. We were having a massive water leak according to the water company and they both went and looked at the meter about 30 seconds and said hmm, must be the meter. They didnt check a thing. We are having electrical issues and one of the kitchen plugs needs to be on a circuit alone and he said he didnt know because the house is weird. The bathroom plug needs replaced and there was a leak around the shower. He said he didnt know if the warranty company would fix it so I asked him how much if we fixed it and he kept walking off from me and refused to answer, probably because they could get more from the warranty company. Going on second week now, never heard a word back from them. They also did a VA estimate, and charged us for it, yet never provided it. I will NEVER contact this service EVER.
