Marc is truly a craftsman who loves his job. I have worked with plumbers across the US with each military move and Marc far surpassed every one. I thought my plumber is Kansas was the best, but having now worked with Marc, and being retired in the Johnson City area, I will NEVER use another plumber. Marc and his team re-piped our 9,000+ sf house, and he kept me informed the entire time. He showed off his work, wanting me to see his artistry as opposed to most who just want to race through and get to the next job. Instead of cutting corners, saving him time and money, Marc took an extra 2 hours working a series of connections to ensure it was a quality line running to an obscure outside house in the far corner of our house. He also insulated our hot water return for energy efficiency and extended it further than first mentioned to ensure we had hot water at every single faucet in less than 5 seconds. We didn’t talk about insulating the line but he did it anyway, without an up charge because he knew it was the right thing to do. These are just a few examples of his dedication to customer satisfaction. I rarely give reviews because I am a hard one to please, but Marc deserves every kind word imaginable when it comes to dedication, customer satisfaction, honesty, and integrity. My family could not be happier or more pleased than we are with Marc Francis and his team. Truly, a job exceedingly well done!

We purchased 30 year old home that had a plastic water supply line that was no longer code approved, Marc and team worked all day replacing our entire plumbing supply system from the valve coming into the house to each fixture. When they were working at the water heater they noticed rust, suggested we replace it also. So they did that for us too.I am very pleased with this companies personnel and their work.

I had a complicated issue with a new tankless water heater install and making the hot water system work effectively incorporating the old system which used a tank and an outdoor wood boiler system. Marc did an excellent job fixing the issue. When something else came up, he came right back and made adjustments without charging me anything else. We have hot water on demand at all locations and with multiple units running at the same time just like it should. He spent a lot of time analyzing what was wrong and how to make it all work together so I could bounce back and forth between systems when I wanted to use wood in the winter. I would highly recommend Marc and his company. Always nice to add a specialist to your call list that you know is honest, trustworthy, and will make sure the job is done right and billed fairly.

Shower faucet needed new cartridge. Marc and Adam showed up as promised and quickly made repairs. While here they also addressed a second (unscheduled) issue that had developed and rapidly made the repair to stop that leak as well. Both were very professional, but also very personable. Marc and Joya went above and beyond to help my wife and I out with out situation we had and without a doubt would use them again and highly recommend them. We encountered a hole in our front yard that we believed was due to something plumbing or septic related. Our home warranty got us in touch with Marc Francis Plumbing. They came and quickly found out what the problem was and set us up for a follow up to repair the issue on a Saturday where they do big jobs. We had to push it back two weekends due to recent very wet weather. However that was no fault of theirs. The communication keeping us up to date from their side of things was very professional and courteous. When Mark got here to do the job he encountered numerous other issues along the way that were unforeseen. He went out of his way and above what was required from him to repair all those issues. My wife and I were really impressed because he dedication to doing a good job was something that Is not often seen anymore. Not to mention he did this all day in miserable weather in the 30s, wet, and in the shade. At the end of the day he did more than required and left us beyond impressed. Thank you for your help.

I had to wait almost 3 weeks for Marc to come out to my home. After assessing my situation, he left without providing me a timeline or an estimate. I only received an email saying that I would not be happy with the options for solution he would provide me but he did not give me any of those options OR provide me any numbers to consider or to compare. It was a very frustrating situation and I am still seeking plumbers to assess and provide estimates for my work. Marc was knowledgeable but I didnt like how he didnt even provide me any estimates of work and made me have to contact him about it. (For what its worth, he did not charge me the service call fee however).

I contacted Marc Francis Plumbing concerning a Water Heater leak that was discovered on a Saturday evening and they came out on Sunday to assess the damage and ordered an new water neater. The new water heater was to arrive on Tuesday and they were scheduled to return on Wednesday with the heater to install and set up in our home. However after the heater arrived on Tuesday Marc delivered the heater and installed it that evening. They were friendly, professional, courteous and educational with tips for proper use and ongoing maintenance which we as home owners should be aware of. I initially chose this plumber because of the reviews on various sites. The quality of service is probably pretty good if they show up. On the day of my scheduled repair, almost an hour through my appointment window, the service was canceled. I had to call and ask about the technician’s arrival time as I had to pick up my cat later and the receptionist advised the technician was out sick, and I would be missed that day, and possibly the next as they had some “large job” to attend to. There was no warning or call that morning to advise me no one would be there. Better yet, no one even bothered to call during my scheduled time. I had to do all the leg work myself just to be called back the next day and offered to do the service immediately, but still within a 3 hour time window. This is not acceptable service. We have jobs and cannot randomly take off work or leave to accommodate your schedule. Appointment windows are there for a reason and a courtesy call in the morning would have more than sufficed. Should you choose this company, be sure to be beyond flexible with your scheduling. With that said, no one was rude from the company, but their back end operations need some help.

Excellent service! Took time to diagnose the problem and gave me 2 options/estimates for replacement of my water heater. During the visit, they discovered a busted hose bib while testing the water pressure. They fixed it during the visit. Highly recommend.

I had them come out for a quote and they were all happy to help me. It was a case against Johnson city water department where a petroleum substances came in my water line and destroyed all the piping in my home. All of sudden they didnt want to do it because of the city. All I can assume is the city called them and paid them of . This company is nothing but a joke. Marc didnt have the balls to tell me he had his wife do it.

We had Marc and his team out over the years to work on various plumbing items of our house. They were always professional and courteous.Most recent, we were having some major sewer pipe issues in our basement. Marc recommended getting a video scope of the plumbing, so we took him up on that recommendation.They came out with more high-tech tools than I have ever seen mapped the pipe locations, and did a diagnostic video. They took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and even sent me a copy of the video for my records.Initially, we would have to have major work done in excess of $30,000 to repair the pipes and cement the basement again. However, Marc, and his team were able to come up with a creative solution that fully addressed the problem, but at a lower-cost no lack of quality.While it was still a major expense, I am happy with the quality of work that they did. The job involved jackhammering up several areas of the basement, rerouting pipes, along with a couple heavy-duty pumps and grinders.There work was immaculate. He said he would be at my house at 8am and that was the exact time they showed up. They took great care in sealing off areas from dust as well as job clean up (immaculate considering this was a big concrete job). Professional and courteous till the end of the job. These guys are the real deal.Joya who oversees the office was always kind and professional and kept us in timely communication.I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!

350 bucks for 45 minutes worth of work and now its 30 days later and Im having the same problem. I have never been screwed over by a company this badly when it comes to price. All they did was use an electric drain snake and it was 350 bucks. Ridiculous. I really recommend not using this company.

I had a fridge delivered today and the company who delivered it was not able to hook it up due to the copper piping. I called Marc Francis Plumbing and they worked me in today. They arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. JJ gave me two options on how to hook it up. I asked him a ton of questions and he answered all of them and addressed all my concerns. As they were working they answered more questions I had and explained the process of what they were doing. JJ is very knowledge and both men were so friendly and kind. JJ & John arrived on time in the Company van and were very friendly and professional. They listened to us describe the problems and walked around with us to assess things. They made a recommendation on how to proceed and gave us a verbal estimate for the cost. They got right to work and completed the projects quickly and efficiently. Left everything clean and answered all the random plumbing questions we have for them about getting ready for winter, since this is our first season here. They really need to find a secretary or somebody to run the business the guy has his wife answering the calls while she’s running errands and doing stuff around the house very unorganized unprofessional sometimes polite sometimes rude no consistency whatsoever can’t get an accurate estimate they take too long to do everything. Marc ran into a small issue at his prior stop and was running a few minutes behind, but he and his partner made up for it when they got here. They did very quick and well done work from what I can see thus far. He gave me every possible way to contact him and said if anything came up with the work he had don to call him and he would immediately come fix it. Good guys that do a good job. We had issues with our laundry room plumbing backing up. Our home warranty sent out this company. The office manager Joya was very professional and friendly. Kevin came out to resolve the issue. We thought he fixed it when he rerouted our pipes and installed a pump, but it was still backing up in our mop sink. Kevin came back and determined that our main drain line under the house had a dip. Andrew then came out to replace the main line that had a dip and fix plumbing under my kitchen sink. Andrew left and the original problem, water backing up, was still not resolved. Marc came out and determined that Kevin’s original job should have fixed the issue, but the pump that was installed was not venting properly. Kevin came back out, fixed the pump’s ventilation issue and was able to move the pump around because when it was originally installed our washer and dryer was in awkward positions. The staff is ver knowledgeable and customer service focused. I’d hire them again. If they come out, and their work doesn’t resolve the issue, they’ll make it right.

We had a small gas leak from our water heater. A technician came and fixed the problem within a few hours, and communication and customer service were excellent!

Marc and three of his men replaced 110 of water and sewer line. They completed the job in one day and left yard seeded. Will call again if needed.

Felt a Bit Scammed! Grandmother had a leak that caused mold under her kitchen sink. We called Marc Francis for repairs. The repairs cost over $4000. When the job was completed, the initial problem for which we called them about was not repaired. They now want to charge her an additional $3500 to fix the problem we initially called them to fix! Yes, their customer service was good, but I think it can be a little blinding/misleading concerning the actual services they offer.

I am a retired Marine, so my standards and expectations are challenging to meet, let alone exceed. This company is first class from start to finish. Assigned to me by my home warranty company, I explained to Miss Joya the urgency of my situation (family coming to town for the holiday) on a Monday. She sent Kevin to diagnose on Wednesday (July 4th!). Miss Joya advocated for me and pushed my claim through to the warranty company. Replacement was approved that day, new water heater ordered was installed by 10:30 Friday morning. Kevin is the industry expert that every home owner prays they get assigned. He is intelligent, courteous, and explained everything I needed/ wanted to know without being condescending. On installation day, he arrived with an assistant and as with the initial visit, they both were dressed to the 9s. Dressed well enough for church, Ive never seen a technician from any industry come to my home in nice slacks and a branded polo shirt, but there they were! Their vehicle was beautifly branded, and their tools were well organized. They cleaned up when they were finished and left everything exactly as they found it. As attitude is a reflection of Leadership, I can only assume that the owners of this company are people Id like to have as friends. I will insist on this company in the future. Well done!

I had an issue with my toilet wax seal leaking on the left side bottom of my toilet and they came out and fixed it promptly also checked my water pressure and they put a pressure control valve because my residence did not have one and my water pressure has been great ever since thanks for doing a great job

This company was sent by my American Home Shield warranty, Kevin and Michael are the two guys that handled the service call. They were very nice, clean and did a great job and left the job site completely cleaned up, I would HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service.
