I had a wonderful experience with this company. The electrician who came out was friendly and professional. He didnt seem to mind stepping over all the kids toys or that my dog barked at him, which was greatly appreciated.He addressed everything that was on our inspection report and installed a ceiling fan for us.Good pricing and friendly office folk.Ill definitely use them in the future for any other electrical needs.

Scheduling/Appointment making...... A JOKE..... Workers and quality..... GREAT...... I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out due to first availability.... the day arrives.... no show.. I call back to ask whats going on and they literally had no idea who I was or what I was even talking about.... rescheduled for a week later.... the day arrives... Same thing... No clue what I was talking about.... I was able to get them there the following day and based off the prelude wasnt sure what to expect.... Workers and service was great though. Answered all my questions and fixed my problems. I thought there would have been a chance at a discounted rate due to the huge inconvenience of me taking off work 2 days that wasnt needed, but that did not happen unfortunately.... I gave 2 stars but had scheduling gone normal would have been 5..

I am more than pleased with the service that Marty’s provided. Matt is an exceptional employee and goes above and beyond the normal duties. He went as far as sweeping up any dirt from his boots and from the work they did on the condo. Supporting local guys like Marty’s is the way to ensure the community has a reliable, honest, fair, and valuable electrician to service their needs. My estimate was higher than the actual costs, I can’t say any other comany would do that...ever! Don’t think twice about choosing another electrician, you will get all you need and more from Marty’s. Martys electrical replaced my fuse box with a breaker box and added an additional circuit.. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Matt and Dylan answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Not only did Martys electric give me the most competitive quote to hang a chandelier from my two-story ceiling, but from my initial call to installation only took a couple of business days! Matt was extremely courteous, did a great speedy/clean job on the installation, and even offered to donate our old fixture on our behalf (which I happily agreed to)! This company is great! I had to call x3 to get an appointment and then had to call again to remind him of the appointment. Say What? I ended up canceling it. 4 calls and nothing accomplished. I have a busy life too. May God Help You.

Waited 6 days for estimate. Still nothing. A true christian would be courteous enough to tell me he did not want the job!Then I do apologize for my impatience. My experience with electricians has not been the best and I will certainly be glad to wait until after Thanksgiving for a response.I must change to 5 stars since the techs stepped up and did a wonderful job on our 100 year old farmhouse. First want to start off by saying I am guilty for not usually taking the time to leave a review. I am always on the run and am super busy; BUT i feel the need to write a review on my experience with Martys Electric. I had the pleasure of having Corey and Michael as my technicians. I cannot say enough good things about them. First day my oldest son was at home and he told the techs that he was going to grab some lunch and asked if he could bring them something. Michael and Corey handed him their order along with money enough to buy my sons lunch WOW! I feel we should have bought their lunch instead. These guys worked hard and under the pressure of having all 3 of my dogs (and one cat) home the entire time barking probably nearly non stop. Not once did they complain or get aggravated. I dont usually allow strangers access to my home without my being there, but Corey and Michael left me an impression deep inside my gut that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. They gave off a vibe that made me feel at ease. They were both very thorough and got the job done as estimated. I kind of picked apart the estimate and purchased some of my own materials due to the fact my son works at Lowes and I get the family discount. They did not have a problem with this at all. I am in the business of giving estimates and am fully aware that some of their profits are within the markup of materials but again they did not have a problem with me purchasing my own Circuit Box. Once the job was complete, they asked for my payment and I explained how I was waiting on a new credit card in the mail and if it would be okay that I wait until it arrives. They assured me that they would relay my request to Bethany. I communicated with Bethany via email regarding my payment request and she had no problem with it at all. In fact I have spoke to Bethany numerous times during the planning of my Panel Replacement and on ALL occasions she was very helpful and prompt with all my needs. I have to say Marty was a pleasure to work with as well. He provided me a good competitive estimate and was very prompt as well when I needed him. After the job was totally completed I ran into some issues (not their fault) over the weekend. I sent a text and was contacted in a timely manner by both Bethany and Marty. The following Monday both Corey and Michael came to my rescue. I had made a silly embarrassing mistake but they made me feel less silly. I know this review is EXTRA long but I really feel that all of these people need to be noticed. People are ALWAYS looking for a good reasonably priced certified electrician and I am happy to say that I have an awesome company to refer them too. Thank you again Martys Electric!!!! (p.s. I just remembered, because this is very important to many, they cleaned up after themselves nicely) Thanks

On of the most personable,family owned, companies I have dealt with. From calling and talking initially on the phone, to having their warm kindness in my home; they surpassed all of my needs. You WILL NOT find anyone else that does a better job!

I called Martys electric because I needed an electrical job done. The job was done affordable the same day. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of this company. I will definitely use them again if I need electrical work done.

First, the area in which we received what we expected:We just needed to bring a few things up to code in our home – the good news is that we are up to code now (as far as I know) and everything still works.I think their labor rate at the time I hired them was $85 for an hour (or less) of labor.Unexpected:I’ve never hired an electrician before but I know no good reason the following should be standard practice:The final bill was more than the estimate as they found things that they missed when calculating the estimate; so I advise, if you’re comparing estimates, expect to actually pay more than they quote you.They used no boot covers or tarps, but walked on our carpet without asking or giving notice, tracking everything that was on their boots on our carpet; so you might want to factor in extra money to have your carpet cleaned or money to buy tarps.They were hard to get in touch with until they were ready to be paid, then they contacted us in multiple ways the same day, insisting that they receive prompt payment, NOT by mail.While doing the job, he asked me if I wanted him to label the breakers (even-though it was part of the estimate) – there is never a need to ask if you should do your job, which made that seem like an attempt to avoid some work (would he have deducted the price had I said, “no”??).He pressed to come do work while no one was home, but I declined.Without asking or notifying us, he cut our bush 2 feet away from the house (which almost cut the bush in half) stating that the power board requires it to be cut away from the meter. I called the power board and they said that there is no specific distance, just as long as a person can access the meter.If they can cash it in, he will take your replaced electrical equipment (lines, etc) without asking. I don’t expect it brings them a lot of money but he didn’t ask and he didn’t deduct that money from the bill.
