6/17/2021 I am a regular customer to this store and it is usually a pleasant experience. Today I checked in online and arrived approximately 5 minutes before my recommended arrival time. The screen said 3 minutes until my stylist was ready. About 10 minutes later I looked at the screen again and it said a 25 minute wait. I explained my situation to the first employee that saw me standing at the desk. She just said you must have been skipped and she will get your haircut next. No other solution offered. Could not wait as I needed to get back to work. Disappointing to say the least and will look elsewhere to take my business.

This is second time I have brought elderly gentleman in for haircut and all the employees disappear to back to eat and leave only 1/2 people working. I understand lunch but feel they should schedule their meal times better. If Is 2:00 in the afternoon. The waiting room had 8 people waiting

I have been a regular client and my children to Sports Clips for over 5 years, and this evening on 6/10/2021 I was treated the very rude and disrespectful. I checked in on the computer screen at the at 6:37 p.m at the desk and was told very rudely that they couldn’t count my hair because I haven’t checked in online. I ask what time they closed and she told me 7:00p.m.. I told her it was just 6:37p.m and she told me that it don’t matter because there was only 2 employees working and they wouldn’t cut my hair. There was only 2 other clients waiting to get their hair cut. I will be finding another business to support that will honor their hours and not turn a working person away.. Lance

I asked for a trim on top and short on sided got nothing like that. I got a buzz cut had to wear hoodies and I cried 5 days straight very dissatisfied don’t recommend go somewhere that’s cheaper and better

Signed in online for a 28 minute wait. Hour later I was still 4th in line.Lady was allowed to get her 2 sons hair cut with no appointment.I will go back to Great Clips.

Barber chains typically get a bad rap, but Sports Clips was a truly refreshing experience.Cheesy dad-themed atmosphere aside, it was a great cut at a great price.

Not worth the money. Waited for an hour, actual haircut took 10 min or less. I felt I threw out $26 in 10 minutes. Price was $21 but lowest tip option was $5, so the total was $26. Better to try other barbershop.

I went to this sport clips last week and Sam cut my hair, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my hair cut. She was nice and courteous the whole time and did an amazing job on my hair 10/10 would recommend.

Dont go on a Friday. Fastest service which means worst quality. Felt rushed and didnt get my hair cut right but I understand being short staffed and demand. Maybe management can work on better planning for busy days.

So I just took my 1 1/2 year old here for a haircut. The stylist was nice and did a good job. The problem is that they charged me $25 for an adult MVP cut. I went ahead and paid it as well as gave her a $5 tip because I know its not easy to cut a toddlers hair. That being said, Im just gonna go back to Earls from now on where its half that price. Also, they required my son wear a mask. I understand as far as safety is concerned, but at the same time, the CDC doesnt recommended masks for children under the age of 2.

BEST PLACE EVER! First time visiting and the entire crew was awesome. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The facility is very clean and has a cool vibe. Not to mention they know how to cut hair.

I’ve been searching for a place to take my son to get his hair cut and I finally found one. Angel took care of my 3 yr old and did an amazing job she listened on how I would love to have his hair and it turned out perfect. She was amazing. We will definitely be back.

First time there. Didnt know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they are. Plus the free MVP treatment for being a new customer. Which consists of a very thorough shampoo with head massage sitting in a comfy massaging leather recliner. After that I though I was done but nope she pulled out the neck massager and used it on my neck for a few mins. What a great way to get a haircut! I normally put them off because I dont like the experience. My eyes have been opened because of Sports Clips and I will be getting my hair cut much more frequently.

I started going to Sports Clips at the beginning of the year. I had no problems with it, and then, of course, everything closed because of Covid-19. When they reopened, I went in and they had a three-hour wait. Thats my fault because I didnt call or check-in. I waited a few days later, and I go to check-in online, but the option wasnt available. It said to call the store to see if there were openings, so I did. I called and asked if there were any openings and asked if I should make an appointment since the online check-in wasnt working. I get a snippy response saying they dont do appointments, and they hang up. I visited them today after work. They close at 8 pm, and I got there right at 7 pm. I walk into a nearly empty shop, and they immediately asked if I checked in online, and I said no because why would I after it didnt work the last time? Then Im told that they have met their quota for today, so they wouldnt be doing anymore haircuts. So why is the open sign on? They told me to come back another time. No thank you. I wont be trying again. I work retail, and I understand working to be safe during these times, but I dont understand not trying to accommodate a customer, or Sports Clips being better prepared after months away.

Got a haircut and was told by hairdresser to come back next day once I fixed it. The experience with her was nice but when calling back to come in during the hours the receptionist told me she couldn’t look up who cut my hair literally the day prior. So no I have a lopsided hair cut while going on vacation because apparently they can’t fix it or seem to ask the employees on shift who assisted me. Should of listened to the complaints, waste of time.

They are in no hurry. They walk slowly, clean up slowly and then they will call you after their coffee break.

TL;DR of my review1) the appointment system is a bit wonky... be flexible with it and keep trying. My stylist mentioned that they have been super busy lately (3-4 hour wait times) due to the volume of people coming in2) they are doing a FANTASTIC job managing haircuts during a pandemic. Absolutely great service!!It’s been awhile since I had a haircut due to COVID... so I was desperate to get any kind of cut.I won’t lie, I had some struggles using the online system. There were some days where I couldn’t book an appointment at all due the system. When I finally got the system to work... it immediately gave me an appointment for 40 minutes later. I thought I would have a chance to actually set a time!Thankfully my afternoon was free, so I drove over for my haircut. Once I arrived, they told me it would be another 30 minutes. I was going to drive over to target while I waited, but then I got a text 5 minutes later saying they were ready for me.The haircut itself? Absolutely fantastic. Even though I have been there before (it’s been about 4-5 years), they gave me the free MVP upgrade. The stylist was great and was very respectful about the COVID changes (holding your mask to cut your sides, social distancing, etc)All in all, I’ll definitely come back!! Thank you!!

The lady that cut my hair was nice and took the time to understand what style hair cut I was after. Price is about normal compared to most of the competition.

We have been here twice in the last few months and its just a gem! The atmosphere is great and the theme is real fun for younger kids. We have had different stylists each time we have went and both were equally great. Its decently prices, but they are fair prices consider the quality you receive! Great place! We will continue to go here.

Had been going here on and off. Got a haircut from the older lady that smelled like an ashtray. Had gotten good haircuts up to this point. She left my hair on top two different lengths. Didnt bother mentioning it. Covered up the fact she did a poor job with hair product. Did not notice the problem till after i arrived home and washed the gel out. Wont be going back there at all.

Went from next up to having a 25 minute wait. I left and went to Great Clips right up the road and got a great haircut for half the price. Never going to sports clips again

Standard haircut is $20, seems to be the standard going rate for haircuts in the area.Before I moved down here I had the same stylist cut my hair every month for the last 15-ish years. Naturally I was unsure of someone else doing it. Maggie did an excellent job and, unlike some stylists/barbers Ive had in the past, was able to have a good conversation. I will definitely be back again!The area is clean, open, and inviting. If you like watching sports then it is worth it just to try once. Im not a sports nut but it has an inviting and friendly atmosphere.Only complaint is the pricing but it is cheaper than some of the other barbers around so I cannot complain!

I love that this place is marketed for guys. So many haircut places feel too girly. This place makes me feel like its for me. Watching sports while hanging out and waiting. Its wonderful. The new check-in system is super helpful with estimated wait times displayed on the screen.

I always enjoy watching TV, getting a good haircut, and having a steamed towel and relaxing massage/shampoo.I’ve found 3-4 stylists who do a good job as well. Also, online check-in is a good time saver.

I go to Sport Clips for one reason and one reason only - the hair stylist Trish. She is a jewel. Not only is she an expert hairstylist, she is a personable, wonderful, and FUNNY person. I have laughed more (and cried when I learned her Mother passes away) in her stylist chair than I ever have at holiday gatherings. I love Trish. Ive had my hair cut at many places in the six cities and five states Ive lived in over the years, Sport Clips isnt the nicest place Ive ever been, but the prices are reasonable and you either love the sports motif - or you hate it. But Trish is wonderful - without her, its just another place to get your hair cut!

After being away for a couple of years I was nervous about going back here. My favorite hairstylist was unavailable and I found out she only works a couple days a month. But Bethany really impressed me, she used notes they had on file still and she nailed it ! Thank you Bethany for an awesome haircut ! I will be back.

Showed up at 7:20 and the two stylist working didnt even bother welcoming me or anyone else behind me. Come to find out theres a sign-in sheet (to capture that customer relationship they dont have) they want you to put your name on. Not knowing that and no one letting me know I was never in line to be seen. Thanks ladies my rating matches your customer service and business ethics!

Worst haircut I ever received. Came to get a haircut and look clean before going to a job interview and totally screwed my hair up. Asked to take a little off the top (to be able to still comb it over) and ended up cutting my hair almost finger length on top. On top of that the top part is offset. One side goes up higher then the other. $19 for this? I shouldnt have paid $2.

Absolutely the WORST haircut Ive ever had in my life. She shaved 1 side like 3 inches higher than the other. The top is all out of whack. Cut my hair in like 5 mins and said she was done. She wasnt going to dry it or comb it or anything. I had to make her dry it and even showed her it was not the same on each side. She act like she didnt have a clue as what to do. All she was worried about was the soccer game on tv. All this for $20 and now go pay to have someone else to try and fix it.I didnt get her name, she was an older, red headed woman. Please God dont let this crazy bat cut your hair!!!

Good haircuts but theyll jip ya on coupons. I had a 5$ off coupon and my son got the 15 $ hair cut and the woman tried miserably to explain away why she charged me $20 then took the $5 off of that all in all she lied and pocketed 5$ .
