These guys are so great to work with. They set the bar for what service should look like. I have worked with them twice, and both times they were attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was saying. They did not treat me like I was a β€œclueless woman”, which has been my experience with men at other car repair places or oil change places. They kept in touch, and left detailed messages if I could not answer. They were flexible with regards to being there a few minutes after closing, and were all around wonderful to work with. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

I gave them 3 chances to fix my inner fender wall! It keeps coming off. I took it to another place to fix my car the correct way that A.C.T failed to do. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and clearly don’t know how to fix something as simple as a fender well....I’d hate to see how they would fix something more difficult than that.

It was refreshing to walk into a body shop and get the feeling that they wanted my business. They provided me a fast, reasonable quote and then completed the job within the date I was told. To top it off, the paintwork is second to none. Will use them again for sure.

I wish to convey my compliments to the staff at Tri-City Collision Center. The waiting area is spacious and clean. I am impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. As a first time customer I was made to feel welcome and a valued customer. The work was completed in less time than quoted and flawless repair. Most impressive was the surprise that I received when I picked up my car. The car looked like it came off the showroom floor and was detailed inside and out. I highly recommend the team. Cathy was exceptional with her follow up and keeping me informed on the progress of my repair. John and Mark are true professionals that understand their craft. Tri-Cities Collision is the place to go for your auto repair needs.

Someone drove into my side mirror and detached it. Something that could’ve been a nightmare with insurances and repairs, especially being new to the area and not knowing where to take it, was smooth and efficient at Tri-City Collision Center. I am incredibly thankful of the staff there, especially Jonathan, who always responded quickly, professionally, and was genuinely kind. I would suggest this location to anyone so that they too could have as good an experience as I.

I chose Tri-Cities Collision to repair my vehicle after I was rear-ended. They seamlessly coordinated the repair and delivery/pick-up of the rental car with my insurance company, and did a spectacular job on the repair. In addition, they returned my car in immaculate condition, inside and out, including removal of every tiny bit of glass from the shattered back window. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things! They gave me a written estimate in 10 minutes. I dropped my car off when they said to and it was ready a day earlier than promised. Best surprise: when they called me about an hour after I dropped it off and told me that they would be able save me substantial $$ from the original estimate based on their ability to repair and reuse some of the parts instead of replacing them. The car looks great! Friendly folks who definitely go the extra mile to take care of customers. Whereas I hope to not need a body shop again any time soon, if I do, I’m going back to Tri City Collision.

I came to Tri-City Collision to repair my door, which was paid for by insurance, so I can’t attest to whether or not their pricing is competitive. However, I had a great experience working with them. They were nice, and communicated clearly.

They broke the #1 rule! Never lie to a customer.Never will go back. I will never recommend this place.Worst experience of my entire life.Heres why:1. They lied to me more than 10 times. One time is too many.2. Never returned my calls.3. They have been giving me lies and excuses for over one year. (No my suv is not new, but its mine and they got paid by my insurance more than once.)4. Employees were very rude to me. And ignored me when I dropped my suv off. I had to ask if they wanted my name...and the idiot said your the Toyota Sequoia. I said no...my name is Mrs. ####. What an idiot.5. I had to tell the guys in the shop how to do their job when it comes to customer service. Example: do you need my keys?6. By 4:30pm, they close at 5pm, I had not heard from them and had to call to ask about my suv. He wanted to put me on hold then he said no...I will call you back in 10 minutes.7. It was 20 minutes then he call back.8. Based on my knowledge they NEVER looked at my suv until I called about it at 4:30pmTheres more to post...guess State Farm will NOT be using this repair shop anymore!FACTS to clarify owners response below:1. Free of charge...? I NEVER asked them to do anything FOR FREE. EVER!My insurance paid A LOT. And Im happy to pay for any services done CORRECTLY.2. The A/C??? They NEVER fixed it. And told me via phone to take it myself to another place. They also stated they would put charge on the A/C - They did NOT. Which proves my point the AC doesnt hold charge. And is still under warranty. MY insurance paid for a new AC THAT WORKS.3. Vehicle DROPOFF/pickup??? Im the customer. You should always address customers by name. Cathy was NOT there. They NEVER told no me when my vehicle would be ready. So at 4:30pm I called.4. Resolution?? No one would talk to me when I picked up my vehicle. In hurry to leave. I had to hunt someone in the shop to get my key. I never spoke to Cathy. Didnt see her. Hence, I left TWO PHONE MESSAGES TO CALL ME BACK. THEY NEVER DID.5. Paperwork?? The guy I did soeak to on the phone did NOT know which insurance company to call and could NOT find any paperwork on my vehicle either.I have a complete journal of all events and conversations...if you need additional.

I had a near totaled 2017 Toyota Tacoma in July. The entire repair process was extremely frustrating and stressful. Some of this was due to State Farm, but a large part of it was due to tri cities collision. There were many excuses made each time there was a set back (and there were too many to recount). At one point, I was told by tri cities that my truck was totaled, I spent 1 week looking for a new vehicle only to discover State Farm and tri cities hadn’t been communicating and that State Farm did not deem it a total loss yet. I was estimated a 3 week Repair time when my truck arrived to tri cities, in reality, it took 3 months total. And for the last month, I was told each Monday by the tri cities team that my truck would be done that Friday. So for at least 4 weeks in a row they couldn’t adequately estimate their work. Meanwhile, I’m paying $700 in a rental car /month. I could have bought a junker car out right for the price of 3 months of a rental. But each time I talked to the staff, I was assured my truck would be ready β€œno more than 2 weeks from now”. I received contradictory information from the staff depending on who I talked to each day. Each time there was clarification needed or an issue with the insurance company, I always had to call and be the in between person. State Farm was always very apologetic and confessed when they had dropped the ball. Tri cities however, was quick to blame insurance, circumstances, and the fact that it was a brand new truck with low quantity inventory and limited experience of the staff with the newer model. They never took ownership of their mistakes. When they finally had my truck finished, they failed to replace my mud guards, and didn’t have a small windshield wiper part which I had to bring the truck back in for them to install.Today I took the truck to Toyota for maintenance and was told by the inspector that many of the repairs/modifications they made were apparent and were not factory quality. - in other words, sloppy. Broken glass was left in the basin below my motor, a bolt was left off one of my windshield wipers, my seat belt sensors aren’t working correctly etc etc- things that only mechanics notice. Per the Toyota service guy - he will no longer recommend tri cities and I will not either. a 5 star review because they washed and vacuumed the car is fine, but just bout all body shops do that nowadays. So read the reviews where people had a REAL experience (the 3 month long type) and believe what you want about the business. I am a very forgiving and understanding person. I initially did not leave a review following my horrible experience because I wanted to assume it was a one time series of unfortunate events. But I think I am justified in presenting the facts. And I don’t want this to happen to another person. Critique should provide feedback and encourage improvement. If you’re looking for the most honest review of body shops in the area, I would talk to the mechanics at your local dealership - they see the products of what the shops put out.So, my recommendations for hopeful improvement to tri cities collision: communication (with customers, between staff members, and with the insurance companies); honest estimates/timelines (I understand unanticipated new damages unfold as the vehicle gets repaired, but you should be able to determine the difference between a 3 month and a 3 week repair.); ownership, a lot of respect can be gained when people own up to their mistakes.
