The most honest mechanic in the tri cities. I brought my Jeep to him with several issues that could have been a costly repair. Bill did exactly what needed to be done for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

Had tires put on and rotated here, but when we needed to remove the wheels for a brake job, was INCREDIBLY difficult to remove them! Lug nuts on WAY too tight, even with two different impact wrenches! Thank goodness we haven’t had a flat to try and change out on the highway! Maybe some more training for the techs needed on this? Lug nuts are meant to be torqued per manufacturer specifications.

The service here was exceptional! We were driving our way back up home when we noticed there was low tire pressure. We stopped here to get it checked out. The service was very quick, the staff were friendly and the issue was fixed! They didnt charge us for their work, which I was quite shocked about. Up in nyc, they would have charged us around 10-20 dollars haha. Anyway, definitely will stop by here if we have any situations arise in the future since we often come for vacations nearby 😁

I went to this place a few times and service was always terrible recently I took my vehicle to this place and told them I wanted a starter put on and instead of doing what I asked them to do they put a battery on fixing it temporarily. The Time before that they put a water pump on my previous vehicle which must of been something that has been sitting around the shop for a while but it was not the correct part for the vehicle causing it to catch fire cause it was what they called it a universal part and when I called they pretty much said it was not their problem just like a few days ago they looked at each other like they were unknowing why I was mad so When you take a vehicle to a place and tell them what you want to fix because you know what is wrong and they fix something else instead of the problem temporarily fixing the problem and still cost and you almost $200 yeah I was pretty mad so no I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Service counter was friendly and they were honest about my problem. I thought I was taking my truck in to spend some money and walked out with just a $40 bill. I was happy the brakes didnt need any work done

Amazing service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Only problem I ever had is when they broke one of my hub caps and didnt tell me or offer to replace it. Other than that, highly recommend this place.

Wow, very impressed by this shop and their attention to detail. Came in for a tire rotation and left with a full diagnosis of my trucks problems and a very reasonable quote. Very happy with the service I received. Would have these guys fix the truck but have to drive it home the next day. Thanks Doyles!

Nice friendly employees and great service that you just dont find any where

They put my lug nuts on so tight I bent my tire iron and broke a socket and still can’t get them off. There is no call for putting them on so tight that if someone had a flat tire on the side of the road they would have to call a tow truck because they can’t get the tire off.

After spending over $300 on tires, my car came back in worse shape than when I took it in. When I asked them what was wrong, one man was very nice to help me and told me the work could be done at home, thank you to the one honest person there. The older man at the front desk went on to hear what was wrong with my car and then he laughed at the issue, then called people in the office to go look at how bad my brakes were. He laughed when I was genuinely worried about spending more money on the car and did not have any concerns about me, instead thought it my car problems were FUNNY. The same man at the front desk didnt even say thank you, after I spend $350 there. He then went on to tell me to fix the other things wrong with me car it would be close to $500. I called my mechanic and he went on to tell me it would cost less than $300 to fix everything. They are dishonest and treat customers with no respect. I will not return.
