Came to this location today and Jake got myHonda Pilot right in. Jake and Zack did excellent work on repairing my tire. They were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely pleasant. Jake explained everything and answered all of my concerns, which I appreciate. Prices are outstanding, service was UNBEATABLE!! Thanks guys! Highly, highly recommend!!! I have had my large van into this store twice in the last 6 months--each for different reasons. Both times the service was efficient and extraordinarily professional. Very easy to get scheduled and the turnaround time was very quick. Extremely friendly staff and each time they explained the issues to us in straightforward terms. Excellent service. Great staff/communication. Recommended. Excellent pricing as well. Addendum: noticed a slow leak in one of my tires a couple of months after my first review. Made an appointment with Mavis to have it checked out. Turns out I had run over a rather large screw that lodged in the tire. Mavis had the tire patched and ready to go in about 20 minutes. Again, great service and excellent staff.

The manager and a machanic was very helpful. On a short time the Manager had a Machanic replace my Battery in my auto. They could have told me that I could come back the next day but they didnt. A good crew and I give them a 5 star Rating, great people!

My car was towed here by AAA, very pleased with the quick and professional service. Staff are very nice people and not trying to rip you off like some places. Ill definately go here again for scheduled service. Also clean and the largest waiting area Ive seen.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Mavis in Johnson City. Our tire had a large nail in it and we decided to stop and see if the tire could be repaired. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Our wait was short and the tire was quickly repaired. The price was so reasonable and included a balancing test!

Service provided was excellent, they did not try tp upsell me something I didntneed thisvisit, but did help plan for future needs. SO HELPFUL.

Amazing staff especially Marc .. I purchased a lemon and the person asked him to not tell me about control arms and other matters but Marc was honest with me the whole way through. I spent thousands attempting to get a check engines light off the entire staff worked as a team assisting each other they were fair with me and honest and as a women and single mother getting car maintenance done its important to find places like this with people like this I have found my permanent car maintenance home I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my car at this point

I ordered new tires from Mavis to have put on the car. When I came in for my appointment, the tires weren’t there and they told me I would have to come back 2 days later to have them installed. All the while being harassed by a manager (Mark). He kept commenting on my looks and continually being rude to my fiancé who came in with me. He was going to cut us a deal because the tires came in late and also insisted it was because I was so “cute”. He asked me to lower my mask multiple times. The next time we came in to get the tires put on, he commented on my appearance again, as well as what I was wearing. He again discussed a $20 discount on each tire and a lowered alignment fee with us which he wrote down. He never put that info in the system. So when I came back to pick up the car, I was charged full price. I felt very disrespected and was annoyed at the equal disrespect toward my fiancé. I was even more annoyed that I was now paying full price for this crumby experience. Dennis, the working manager was able to communicate with mark for me and get the money I should never have had to pay refunded to me. Employees Tim & Dennis had great customer service and were apologetic. Mark has a lot of work to do in my book.

I am a student at Binghamton and I got to my car and saw there was a flat tire. I didn’t know what to do, so I called Mavis and they took my car and had my tire changed quickly. Tim hooked me up and was very fun to talk to, highly recommend and it was great and friendly service.

This particular Mavis is a joke. When we arrived for our 9:00 am “appointment”, we were behind approximately 4 other 9:00 appointments and the bay was filled with cars.We were told that the appointment was scheduled through corporate scheduling and they had no idea how many were working that day. This was untrue since the call was made directly to that store.This is the same store who threw my brand new tires to the trash when I purchased snows. They were retrieved when I questioned why they were not in my car.We use Mavis all the time, but this particular store should be avoided.

I’ve always gone to my car dealership workshop. After the experience I have here today..I’ll probably be coming here more often. The workers are truly amazing and super friendly. They explained everything that was going on with my car..they didn’t leave me in the dark or throw a bunch of words about car at me. The worker are amazing, I defiantly recommend it to anyone who is trying to get their car fix for a great price.

The Mavis discount tire in Binghamton in not a good place to take your car to be service because I went today to get it inspected and was told that I needed two front tires to pass inspection and I will need a wheel alignment. I got all that done and drove away and my car started shaking on the highway and took it back and its still the same way. I had to take it to another Mavis place in Johnson City to get it fix properly and they were excellent customer service and a apologize for the lack of service and the Binghamton area. I do recommend people to go to the Johnson City Mavis.😃

Let me say, I got luck out beyond extreme with this Mavis location. I was traveling for a little road trip from out of town. My car got damaged, and here I am, unfamiliar with the town. I looked across the street seeing this Mavis sign.Hands down, if it wasnt for them, we wouldnt been able to get home in reasonable matter of time. Got a flat overnight and took it over to the Mavis in Binghamton, was told I would need a new tire, took it here and Jake took care of my tire for free in 5 minutes.

They are honestly not even worth one star! Worst experience Ive ever had! I do not recommend them at all. Even if its your last resort!

They’re very honest with you about what needs to be done to your car. They don’t pressure you into getting work done on your car like I have experienced with some other garages. They’re efficient and their prices are decent. They gave me a discount on my brakes and rotors without me even asking. I would highly recommend them.

Went to Mavis on Reynolds road in Johnson city to get my alignment fixed after another shop had messed it up. Beyond happy with the customer service and the work they did on my car! Marc and Tim really know how to run a shop! Got in the same day I called, explained to me what had happened and fixed everything within a timely fashion!

Mavis tier in Johnson city did an Excellent job on my jeep tiers. My Wrangler tires were discontinued under Michelin so they took the time and the effort to find tires that were actually comparable with my Jeep. I am definitely coming back to Mavis for everything with my Jeep the oil changes the tires the brakes anything that has to do with my Jeep I will be there. They are completely honest and they worked with me. I am definitely recommending them to everyone that I meet friends of family.

I went to Mavis tire on Reynolds Road. The experience was great. I got a great deal on a set of 4 brand name tires and the staff was friendly. During the appointment I was called and had to leave as soon as possible . I explained to the manager and asked to just install the tires. He did one better and had two techs install my tires to make it quicker. I will be a returning customer

Went here because I had a tire leaking air. I was at another shop down the street the day before and they did not fix it. Went to Mavis and was helped by Tim. My appointment was at 2 PM, I arrived and dropped the car off at 12PM. I was called 15 minutes later and they told me it was all set AND they found the piece of metal that was in the tire causing it to leak. Amazing service like that is why I am going to be going back here
