I would not recommend getting a car here. If lying about pricing and trade in value wasnt bad enough. They had the rudest most arrogant salesman. My son test drove a truck, told the salesman he wasnt for sure at which the salesman stated nevermind forget it. Horrible customer service. We decided to go to another car dealer up the road. If you hate your job enough to be rude to your income then its time to find another career.

We previously took my car to the Nissan dealership in Kingsport. We love their service department. They are efficient, trustworthy and communicate in a timely manner. However, we now live in Johnson City and it is a chore to drive to Kingsport. We thought we would give Tri Cities Nissan Service a try. NEVER AGAIN! We scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The night before we dropped the car off. Our appointment was for 8:30 the next day. We were told we would have a complimentary mutli-point inspection and they would CALL ME if there were any issues to address. Next day (day of appointment), 3:30pm rolls around and still no call, text or email from Nissan. My husband calls to check in. There was a recall that they had to take care of so it took longer. No big deal since I wasnt going to pick it up until after work...still wished they would have called to update though. Got to the dealership a bit after 5 to pick up my car. The advisor, Margo, I was assigned was not there. The person who walked me into the cashier just went over the service I was charged for and nothing else. It wasnt until I paid and got home that I found a note in the under vehicle section. It stated, Trans leak, diag needed. Would have been really freaking nice to get this note BEFORE I picked it up. Would have LOVED to have this diagnosed while it was in the shop considering I am taking this vehicle on a trip to Nashville in a few days. Completely unprofessional. No communication. You can guarantee I will NEVER bring my car to be serviced here again. Thanks Tri Cities Nissan, I will now take my business elsewhere.

I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue from Johnson City Nissan on July 3, 2021. I was promised window visors as part of my deal and made an appointment to get them put on for two weeks later. I live in WV. So I drove a long way for this deal. The day came for my appointment and I drove to the dealer only to find out that not only were the visors not there, but they were never even ordered. It’s been over two weeks and they still have not called me about the visors, but not only that, it’s been a month since I bought the car, but I also found out they never sent the physical paperwork to my state for the tags and registration. So now my temporary tag is expired and I have no current tag for my car. I called and was suppose to have a call back from someone on the matter and no one has called me back. Careful who you deal with.

Went to buy a used Subaru. Agreed on a specific price with salesperson. When I got through with the Financial Agent, I ended up with over a 5000.00 EXTRA posted on the contract, that I didn’t want or need. They knew I was in a hurry because of a freak sleet storm I had to deal with at home. I did not go down the contract item by item, as I was in a hurry. As a result, I would recommend that you not take for granted that someone else, especially a salesperson to be looking out for your interest.Furthermore, I have tried to contact both salesperson and finance agent for two days with multiple messages to contact me, to no avail. Will try operations manager, then. Owner, as I have both contact numbers.As a result I recommend you not deal with this company.

We were in desperate need of an AWD vehicle before winter. DO NOT DEAL WITH DEAN OR CRAIG. Neither one can communicate what so ever. instead of calling us, they decided to call past employment for pay stubs (when they weren’t needed) leaving nasty voicemails about needing them. they never even called the place they were needing the pay stubs from ( because they were already FAXED OVER ) Also when we got the car we brought it back the next day to get detailed and they did nothing to it beside throw the floor mats in the car. They left a bottle of cleaning in the seat that leaked out onto the passenger side seat, nothing was cleaned in the car, there was marker writing all over the rims, that was also never cleaned off. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Was treated with respect and given options on vehicles and finance options. Would recommend Scott Brantner anytime you are interested in a vehicle to assist you with your purchase. Not pushy, but worked to get me the best deal.

My husband and I had a great experience from start to finish here. Our salesman, Harold, was great. I honestly dont think I wouldve driven off in a new ARMADA had it not been for him! He answered all my husbands questions, and wasnt at all pushy.

I contacted them multiple times over a truck they posted online that they just got in by trade and when I showed up to look at the truck the price increased by $2000. You can not make a deal with these people. It was a strange experience and almost like they don’t wanna sell vehicles. I have purchased 3 new vehicles in this area in the last few years seems like all dealers in This area are getting terrible to buy from. My last new purchase was Pechelas Honda of New Bern NC. they do know customer service there.

Very hard to get straight answers from. They are adding 4-5k to Msrp and not moving. I’ve heard some things about trying ti deal with them. Get ready to get be taken. Highly not recommended

They post vehicles for sale with reasonable prices to get you to come in only to find out that the prices are a complete and total lie! They don’t tell you that the internet price is only if you qualify for a multitude of ridiculous rebates because they know that nobody will. They hide it in their ads so nobody can see.

I dont have time for reviews but our salesman, Kenny Redmond, done such a good job at listening to what our needs were and not what some big shot manager, that hasnt even come to build repour, thought we should have or do with a car. So I am going to take the time to write this one. Kenny was kind enough that he isnt going to be the one chasing your car down like a mad man selling drugs, at least I hope not, stay clean Kenny. We came to the dealership with a plan as to what we thought we wanted and was set on getting just that. Even though I had done a lot of online research Kenny was still more knowledgeable about the cars features and specs that we were looking at than I was. It was easy to tell that he knew what he was talking about and obviously cared about having the answers ready for his customers. With his knowledge and patients we got to choose a car and not have to deal with the pain of most dealerships. It was a relaxing feeling where I felt in charge. Nissan and the managers there were amazing as well. The team worked well together from start to finish to make sure that me and my wife got the car we wanted and needed. Stop to look for a car. The salesperson was to most arrogant person I have met in a long time. I told him I don’t pay sticker price ( just letting him know I will be trying to get somewhat of a deal). He said that if I wanted a car I would be paying full sticker price. We left and went up the street. Got exactly what we want and didn’t pay sticker price. Guess other dealerships understand people want a deal or at least a little wiggle room on price!

Id reccomend buying a car from anywhere else went here spent 2 hours there to get my vehicle valued to see about trading it in. They never even looked at my vehicle just went straight into trying to get me to buy a new vehicle. I humored them only to see they shot my info everywhere without my permission. Just to be told im unable to get a vehicle without a high down payment. Yet never valued the vehicle i was looking into trading.

Had a large project scheduled and they got me in promptly, gave me a time estimate but came thru more than an hour earlier than projected.

I would not recommend this place at all. I was given the run around about them putting me in a vehicle and was lied to by Dean in finance who told me they could help me and get me into a car and even wanted the down payment up front without a final decision made and told me to come back the next day. When I showed up the next day I was told that he had not heard anything yet and that he would call me back in 1 hour and never called back so I ended up having to call almost 4hrs later and was once again told someone would call me back. I was given false hope plus the fact he wanted my money before I had even chosen a car is outrageous! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! He even promised me he was not giving me false hope that they will get me in a car. Guess what IM NOT IN A NEW CAR. Thankfully I did not give this man my money before hand.
