Ask for a quote on replacing ductwork. They sent out one man who made no measurements nor did he ever go into the living space.A few days later I get a call from someone who says that he will come out and look at the ductwork (what the original guy was supposed to do). He never showed up or called back.If they cannot put any effort into the sale, I would not want to see how little they put into the job or follow up.
