We had just moved into a new home. Our AC was messed up and Robert was the man who came to help. He was so nice and you could tell he wanted to get the problem solved. Very professional and I would recommend this company if you need help with anything!

They were on time and did a through job, had a issues the next day and they responded same day for a quick fix ( capacitor was loose in bracket ) replaced bracket. Unit is running smoothly for a 18 yr old.

Great service! Repair person kept in touch and let us know when he was heading to our house. Quickly assessed the problem and had it solved all in one trip. The heat in our house is working perfectly again!

Great service. Bought a new furnace and a/c unit about a year and a half ago. A/C stopped working right before Memorial Day. They came out and fixed it at no charge. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional and friendly.

In the course of 18 mos or so, we have had at least 3 different techs here. We bought the Silver Plan as it seemed like a good thing to have. The techs have been very up front with us regarding investing in a new AC/Heating unit and have patched us up a few times. My only complaint is that with this plan, we still pay for Freon and parts..even though we have a plan. If the unit were newer, then the twice a year tune ups would be beneficial. When you are on a limited income, you need to watch all the money. I also didnt like the fact that the tech has to call in to the office when they are ready to charge us out. Like why arent things a set price. Will continue to use them as they have always been fair and truthful with us.

I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option. My AC went out and me and my son were miserable! (Mind you its a holiday). I called Aire Serv and they sent someone out within a few hours. Jerry was my tech and he was awesome! Very informative and knowledgeable. And with it being a holiday, i wasnt charged an outrageous service call fee! I am so thankful and grateful. Yall saved us from our misery. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. A+++++

Our compacitor went out on our unit last night around 7pm. I called in for service and the technician Dan called me back (within a reasonable timeframe considering this was a Sunday evening). He was swamped and said that he could not get out to our home that evening but assured me that he would call first thing in the morning with his schedule to get me worked in. Dan did just that by 8:30am I received a call and was scheduled for 11:30am. Dan was extremely polite and very attentive. He did replaced what was wrong with our unit. Dan went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. The only down fall to this experience was the fact that the whole seller that they purchase their products from do not have warranties. I would have given them a five star rating if the part would have had a warranty considering we had to replace the part again with in 1 year. I would recommend them for quick and easy service. They are very reasonable with pricing.

They came out fairly quickly and did a good job

Not pleased with this company. As a property manager they came out to look at a job and tried to over charge a job for $200 for a thermostat making labor and materials $375 ( which after going with another person ended up being $140 labor and all. ) When asked about the high costs the gentlemen proceeded to tell me that they use the best brand of thermostats etc...basically every reason he could think of to offset the cost.---- The office also did not relay to the man on call that this was a tenant dwelling as I had given them specific instructions on and who to bill. Instead he proceeded to call me and I had to reiterate. The ethic of this company is very questionable and will not receive any more business from me. If I can offer any advice. Be very careful of any vendor and do your homework, had I not known the costs from previous jobs, My client would have been taken advantage of.

I got a quote from these people to install a mini split system i already had the unit and all the parts.. i was told it would be $2400 just to install it..... ive called quite a few places and the other highest bid was $750... when i brought this to his attention he started talking about how difficult the job was going to be. i was also told that it would be 1 1/2 days of labor when other companies already told me it was a half a day job... i will never call them again for anything ever. make sure you guys are shopping around for prices cause some of these companies prey on people who dont know any better.

I was put in contact with Aire Serv by my Home Warranty Company (First American). I initially thought Aire Serv was the problem but I later learned that the problem was actually my warranty company. Lisa and Kevin came out to install the compressor and worked several hours and now its working great! She took time to explain how the process worked as well as some of the pros and cons. Before leaving, he reported to me on his findings. He was friendly, competent and very professional. I am completely satisfiedwith the care and service I have received from Aire Serve of the Tri-Citiesover the last two years.

We had an issue with the airconditing in our home and called Airserv for help. Tyler was the technician who came to our home and performed the work. He was very knowledgeable and professional and after explaining the issue to him he went right to the source of the problem and all was solved. I would recommend highly Airserv if you have a problem with your air or heating.

Worst Service ever! They are unapologetic about the bad service, would never recommend! Did not show up twice, receptionist stated her supervisor was on vacation when I asked to speak to her, she then told me to call back in April when her supervisor returned from vacation and disconnected the call. My husband then called and spoke to a gentleman who said he was the President who wanted to defend the bad behavior of the receptionist stating she hung up on me because I was using fowl language. I said DAMN so if she cant handle that she would not be in public. Dont waste your money with this place!!!

Stole money from me during interview process. He said “you pay for drug test, if you pass I’ll reimburse you”. I paid for the drug test ( which is insane). When I passed he wouldn’t refund my money because I didn’t accept his crazy job offer. This from a so called Christian. Potential employees and clients BEWARE.

Ive recently use aire serv in tri cities and Ive had a great experience. Being a new homeowner and finding out that your AC unit is not able to be fixed is a very anxiety ridden experience. Lisa the technician that came out the first time was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was going on and what was wrong and why my house was not cooling like it was supposed to. Matter of fact she was so well-versed in everything that I felt very confident in her level of experience and knowledge that I requested that she come back to install the new equipment when it was to come.I actually got a phone call from Amber that the equipment came a lot sooner than I had anticipated and we were able to get me scheduled in a timely manner especially around my busy work scheduleLisa and Dan came out promptly at 8:30 on the day that we were scheduled and worked diligently for eight hours on my AC. They respected my home and they were very professional. There were a good team to have because they were just at ease with each other and that made me feel at ease too. Lisa explain to me how to use my new thermostat and instructed me on programming. Dan went over the the filters and keep in all the vents open and showed me exactly where things were in my house that I didnt even know where they were because I hadnt really lived in the home that long and I was always working.In this day and age I am very leary of people always taken advantage of other people and companies always trying to one up their customers and I felt this was not the case. I actually had a really great experience, so much so I even bought the extended warranty for my new equipment, because its an investment in my home and ultimately I need to be kept warm and cool as need be to function. Please dont hesitate to call them.
