Amazing service! Couldnt ask for nicer people or better, faster, quality service. Wouldnt deal with anybody else.

Michael really knows his stuff and recommended a very good 3 ton 15 sheer Rheem HVAC system for us. Provided me with information on why this unit was the best. The service techs were all great and did an outstanding job with installation and you could tell they were very experienced. Very professional. Highly recommend.

So last year we went through this company because my indoor blower motor would not come on. The experience started with them having to order the part which was totally understandable having to wait over a week for the part to arrive, it happens. I guess without even looking into what may have caused it to fail, they installed the part and got it working. After 1 week the 700+ dollar fan stopped working again, they had to order another one...I guess maybe that one could have been a lemon....but we had to wait another week in a 90 degree home. The part came and during the install I figured this time I would ask some questions. 1. Why there was such an enormous amount of water dripping from the bottom of the indoor unit....he cut the condensation pipe to vacuum drain it...nothing was clogging it...didnt put another end on it (but whatever). Then he tells us we need a new thermostat....quoting us for some of them. 2. I asked how he tested the thermostat to know it was not working. He stated that the outdoor unit was not responding when he turned it to cool...he seemed irritated by my asking questions. But I asked because he had the outdoor circuit plug pulled and sitting on top of the box (Which would cause it to not turn on). So we decided to humor the nice man a little by going out and buying our own thermostat, (since the thermostats they were selling were VERY overpriced)..... he did some more work, and we had to pay them more...and they got it working.....that was a year ago.....and the unit is not working again. I DO NOT recommend these people.

We asked them to come see why our heat pump was causing a severe increase in our electric bill. They were two hours later than the appointment time, and they were rude when they arrived. They didnt apologize for their tardiness, and they were very unprofessional. It was difficult to contact them and even the receptionist over the phone was snarky and hard to deal with. I would not recommend this company.

My service rep for years has been Shannon. He is an excellent technician, thorough with his service. He is also careful to explain what he has to do to correct problems (which have been few). His cleanliness with his work has impressed me each time he comes for service.I have been a customer of Advanced Heat Pump System for almost twenty years, and I know I can count on the organizational members to care for my system needs. I highly recommend the firm.

A man was sent to repair our thermostat and he was very rude, smart-mouthed, and unprofessional. Forgot to ask for his name, but he also did not wear a mask into our facility.

Purchased a brand new heat pump from them for thousands They said at the time of purchase it had a 10 year warranty 4 years later I had issues out of the heat pump that 10 year warranty somehow turned into 5 an then only covered certain things I had find the original paperwork they had to replace a valve and compressor But the first3 times he came he was blaming it on dust an charged 200 to wire brush my coils🤬 took five weeks to get another compressor then 2 weeks later same problem it’s July called them in April it’s always the same guy that comes in a old rusted out van. Not to mention the repair guy that came literally told me he’s glad they do not sell that unit anymore because they have had nothing but problems out of them like really? You told me it was a great unit when I purchased it 7 thousand down the drain

Weve used Advanced for quite a few years now and I have to say they are always punctual or call if there going to be later than scheduled. Our technician, Eric, ensures we know the status of our systems and how to properly operate them. They come out twice a year and our older system is still running really well. Highly recommend!

Before the service appointment, company had to call to reschedule as scheduled technician was ill. We were ok with change. Technician came a little early for service call, he called; we were ready. Daniel, the technician, took great care to check all systems were in good working condition. He thoroughly cleaned the outside unit and the drain. He picked up after himself and answered every question. He did a VERY good job! Will ask for him again. This was in October; had trouble on my end getting the review posted; finally done.

This company was not able to complete a pm services that I paid for on time. Paid in advance for 2 services in 2019 and only received 1 in 2019. Now it’s June of 2020 before I get a service. There was repair work back from December 2018 that was never completed and communications was terrible. Everyone kept in passing the blame to someone else. I would not recommend them for pm service work. I had to constantly call them. Terrible experience

Daniel arrived within the time provided. He was very knowledgeable and detected the issue and confirmed his suspicion. Explained why the system wasnt working and that it was designed to stop so as not to create additional problems. Made the necessary repair had my system back up and running in short order.I would recommend Daniel and Advanced Heat Pump Systems

Michael and his crew at Advanced Heat Pump are amazing! They installed the HVAC systems in my home and business and maintain those and another system they didnt install. Their customer service is off the charts! The crew are great at their job while being respectful of your property and helpful above and beyond. They do their best to help out whenever possible and the prices are honest and reasonable. I trust them 100% with all of my heating and cooling needs!!

Dan is the Man! He shoots strait, and he is to the point! Give useful tips for preventative maintenance. 3rd time he has been out in five years. The front desk secretary and Sheri in service are kind and polite. They got me in earlier on the schedule today! Thanks guys!

Every appointment they have not shown up on time, resulting in me wasting more time calling them to figure out where they are or if they are even coming.

Eric has been our maintenance and repair person for many years now. He is courteous, competent and efficient. We so much appreciate his excellent service.

If you need a professional, affordable, and quick heat pump guy... Advanced is where its at. They replaced my 10 year old pump that went out with a brand new unit last fall. The savings off the electric bill alone are paying for the payments on the unit. They do great work, and always come quick when you need them. Everyone needs a good mechanic, doctor, and plumber... make sure you have a good heat pump company also. I will use these guys anytime I need anything.

Sourced Advanced to quote a 2.5 Ton 15 Sere System replacement. Advanced sent a technician out to my residence, now as a note to all potential customers, be sure that you clarify that you are asking them to quote a system or else you will be likely charged a service fee. I was charged $60 for something I already knew about, hence asking for a quote.The Advanced quote, that I received, exceeded local competition by an average of $700-$800 based on my three quotes from three different companies. Shoppers be sure you are getting multiple quotes to ensure that you are being a smart shopper. No one should pay 6K for a full replacement ever! I would not recommend Advanced based on these two issues.

3 days ago they came out and said my back blower motor was blown and said they had to order one. Its 53 degrees in my house and I have animals and been without heat for 3 days Ive been trying to wrap my sugar glider in fleece blankets so he wont die. My landlord and my husband have called everyday since they came out and they keep telling them they dont know when its going to be here, it will be tomorrow and Tomorrow never comes. Its supposed to get really cold tonight so Im hoping my animals can stay warm enough. Putting animals at risk is not something anybody should do so I wouldnt use this company at all.

Have had Advanced to take care of our old heat pump several years. They show up at the time they say they will or you will get a phone call letting you know if the service man is running late. They recently installed a new unit and did an excellent job. They clean up everything perfectly.

I tried to use Advanced Heat Pump Systems a year ago when my heat pump died in the middle of winter. They sent a service technician out on a Friday night. He showed up smelling like beer. I was charged $60 for him to take one look at it and say its dead. He told me someone would call me Monday morning to set up a sales visit. After freezing next to space heaters all weekend Monday came but no call did. I had to call them and they could not do an installation for over a week.Now I have a rotten duct system that is creating an awful smell in the house. I called on Friday. The receptionist didnt introduce herself. I told her my problem. She said she would send a salesman out on Monday at 8:30. I finally got a call at 930. The secretary wrote the address down incorrectly. Once a representative arrived it was a repair technician, not a salesman to make an estimate. He told me he could not help. Another secretary called me shortly thereafter, and told my that no salesman could be available until the next day.Every time I call they mention how booked up they are. All I can say is good for them because they have lost my business. I honestly do not know how good their work is because despite my best efforts they have made it impossible to hire them.

No air conditioning for 3 weeks now! Three visits. Left on a Friday afternoon July 5 job not finished. Today is July 15 have not returned yet. After having service contract with them for 35 years! Not good customer relations

Unit went in January 2013. It has been repaired by Advance yearly ever since. No air again. I am done with these people after having to wait until next Wednesday for a simple coolant recharge.

I should have read this previous review...EXACT same thing. I knew what the problem was with my unit (a $20 part) and called before hand to explain to them so they could be prepared to fix. When they showed up, 5 minutes looking it over to verify what I had explained before and charged me $60.00. I said would that be applied to fix the issue?... nope. Had to go order the part and give me another quote on top of the $60.00 ($88.00 per hour). Ive never dealt with a company like this, however I will be PLEASED to spread the word to all of my family and friends about this company. Do yourselves a favor and stay WAY clear...

A/C was not cooking properly. Called Advanced and they said we will be out at this certain time. Time comes, they dont show or call. I call the office and they told me they would be out in 15 min. Wait 45 min more. Nothing. I leave cause I have a busy schedule like everybody else. Get a phone call 1-1/2 hour after said time. All I got was a reluctant sorry. Not a way to do customer service.

This guy charged me $60 for diagnosis that he spent literally 4 minutes doing without any test equipment or inspection equipment that other companies use. They bait and switch you after you pay the diagnostic fee. Next day, I was quoted 4 times the price for parts compared to the competition and compared to the initial estimate. Called around for parts and verified that they overcharge and dishonestly tell you something when it is the complete opposite. Very shady operation. They cannot possibly be licensed and deserve to be reported to the BBB or shutdown. Do not choose this company. You will regret it later. Extremely fraudulent cheaters.
