Very nice people and affordable

Charged me a given rate and was told they will be there within the hour. 2 hours go by and when we call back are told that they need to charge us 50 more dollars. Never received a call of any sort from them to know of this and could not give a reason why they wanted to charge 50 more dollars. Talk about bad business. Cancelled and went with another company.

They claim to be 24hrs service but when I called at 8:30 pm I was told they do not have anyone in the area, meanwhile their office / shop is 3 blocks away from me.

I had a tow service waiting for a rescue for 3 hours after they said itll be 2 hours. After i called and spoke to someone who said theyre running late itll be another hour. I waited the hour. Then they droped me after 3 hours of waiting! Would NEVER use this company. Horrible service! Wish i could give 0 stars!
