AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS: If I could give this 0 stars I would. Nothing these people said makes sense. They couldn’t tell me why the car was towed. Told me i was not allowed to call AAA to the lot as we are parked next to a AAA car. Then they told us we couldn’t drive off the lot and we had to call a different towing company to tow the car 25 feet off the lot so we could leave because they also wouldn’t tow it off the lot. A classic tale of New Jersey robbery and tow companies and police in cahoots.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I LITERALLY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER!!AFTER I ASKED THE MANAGER TO CHANGE THE DRIVER SEVERAL TIME HE DID NOT AND HUNG UP ON ME, THE DRIVER THEN CONTINUED TO ARGUE WITH ME WHILE BEING IN HIS TRUCK AND PROMISED THAT I WASNT GOING TO GET ANY SERVICE DONE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ILL MAKE SURE TO WRITE AS MANY REVIEWS POSIBLE IN EVERY WEBSITE!!

After my alternator went bad and my car wouldn’t start. I called and the guy showed up in less than 30 minutes and did an amazing job towing my car from Jersey City to Springfield. The price seemed to be average. I would highly recommend.

King Towing was extremely professional and timely and provided excellent service. My 2020 Acura MDX battery died and several AAA services could not jump start the car. The tow truck driver of thisrod company recklessly secured my to his flatbed using my left front tie rod and control arm rather than the provided tow hook in the trunk doing $600 of additional damage worth my 2004 Volkswagen Touareg and then dumped the car unlocked at a AAA shop in Wayne NJ at midnight where there was no vehicle repair shop.

They came very quickly. They were very professional and affordable

Bad performance.....directly spoke with someone but never showed up! Even two seperate tow trucks drove right past me. Wouldnt recommend....

Tow truck driver tried to cut me off while turning from Columbus at Monmouth, almost sideswiping my car! Then proceeded to SCREAM OBSCENITIES at me and threw a drink at my car (he missed though) This man should be fired. NOT a nice person and should not be trusted as a professional driver.

Had to call Triple A, they said the tow would be there in 40 min, King’s got there in under 20, got the battery up, and us on our way.

Very bad experience

I would highly recommend this business on my first experience. In particular, I would especially recommend Leo! He arrive promptly, with a smile, and with expertise that the initial diagnostic technician sent by AAA did not pick up. Leo within a minute said he knew what the problem was. He was sensitive, courteous, and a true professional. If Kings Towing hire individuals such as Leo on their entire team, don’t worry about doing business with them. Outstanding experience!

Harvey from King Towing was at my car within 10 minutes of contacting AAA, and helped me out with my muffler. He had some rope in his truck and secured the middle muffler, so I could get home in time for a UPS delivery. Thanks soo much. Great Service

I had trouble with previous towing operators over a 2 day period who either didn’t correctly diagnose the issue with my car and those who did did not have the tools to assist, forcing me to call other operators. Manuel (Leo) was highly skilled and within minutes figured out the problem and how to solve. Thanks for all the help !

ZERO STARS!!!!Horrible service. Dispatched by AAA, the driver claimed to be on-site 15 minutes before he arrived. The tow was only about 1/4 mile to my house. I told him how to go to avoid a closed road. He didnt listen, wasting my time. Then he refused to place the vehicle in my driveway. I forced AAA to send another tow company to move it 50 feet into the driveway. The second driver said that King is undercutting other tow companies so AAA goes with them. You get what you pay for.

Bad place reap offs from ladys. They charge more if you dont know about towing prices especially women. They are egyptian people.

Terrible service not once but twice. I will NEVER recommend this towing company to anyone. Dispatched by AAA and yes I will agree that they come fast when they actually come but that was all that is great about this company. 1st call, they wouldnt even send a truck. My car was in the middle of the street at 10 some thing at night blocking traffic and once they found out what block I lived on, then a truck wasnt available. 2nd time, truck came and said he couldnt do it because 1 car was parked across the street but there is a big driveway diagonally across from my driveway. We even offered to ask my next door neighbor to move his car. The guy says no I cant do it call back when the cars move and pulled off. Wow, great customer service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! I called AAA and asked that they never send this company again. They called another tow company and with no problem the guy hooked up my truck. I wish I could put up pictures. Same cars in the same parking spots with the same kind of flat bed truck and he did it within 10mins. Thank you AAA!

Called for a jump guy told me 25 on the phone said 20 mins at 10:02 I called back at 10:27 he said 15 20 minutes the driver came at 10:58 and said its 45. I no longer need your service

These guys are the ones you want in a pinch. Friendly, professional, and on time. They are not the cheapest, but their prices are fair and far from the highest. They answer their phone, and they call you back when they say they will. Saved me and my pregnant wife while other towing companies either didnt respond (even though theyre 24 hours) or wanted to overcharge me.Nate took care of us.

Great service and good prices

So far the worst towing service I used. Owner of the company pretends like he is a dummy manager and if you would like to talk to someone higher, the person would not be available. They take only cash and if you do not pay cash they pretend like you would not get your car. However it would be against the law. Obviously dummy manager does not know about it. So do yourself a favor, call somebody else.

Finally a towing company that actually shows up and shows up on time. Fantastic service
