I went there Saturday late afternoon a couple weeks ago. Bad service. I specifically asked her not to make my eyebrows pointed and to make them round..I showed the shape with my hands again to confirm she understood before starting. She kept talking on the phone while doing my eyebrows. She ended up making them pointy - like a permanently surprised look. When I told her to remove the points at the end, she was like, oh you dont want the points? - which means she never paid attention to begin with. But the damage was done as you cant change the shape later.. I still didnt fight with her or anything, and just wanted to pay and leave. Then she got angry for tipping less! She was like, I dont accept anything below 20%, next time dont come in!

I went to this place because girls I regularly go to at Levi nails were off that day.The women at the treading station was odd to begin with. She did not greet me and signaled me to sit in the chair.I asked her to please keep my eyebrow shape as is and clean them.She kept moving my head from one direction to the other without even saying a word. Her technique was incredibly painful yet I did not complain.The second odd thing was that she kept switching between my eyebrow threading and upper lip without any warning and that was VERY painful.After she finished threading one eyebrow, I asked her if she had a handheld mirror so I can take a look. She replied, there are a lot of mirrors in this place do you want me to stop so that you can get up and look.I was slightly taken aback and to avoid any confrontation asked her to continue.Some other customers walked into the salon and she engaged in conversation with them. This gave me a few mins to review in the mirror and to my horror my eyebrows were botched!!One was at least twice as thin as the other and she had completely removed hair from the tail of my eyebrow.I confronted her with tears and she started yelling at me.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and AVOID THIS PLACE. instead go to Lavi nails and ask for threading for a much better experience!

Chinu Is the best!!! Love my eyebrows!! My eyebrows are full and beautiful.... she’s skilled and very clean. Take her time 10 Stars...

I went to threading station last Saturday. Chinu helped me threading my eyebrows . she did removed my extras and shaped them beautifully. I give her 5 star as she was very patient and professional. She focussed on maintained the natural thickness and shape of the eyebrows. I seldom thought i would have a very nice outcome on my first search in the US. A definite TO GO person.

Tried this place for the first time today and I’m really happy with it! It was clean and the woman took her time, I like how my eyebrows came out. $12 for eyebrows here, I do wish there was some kind of rewards card like other places have (like come 9 times get your 10th free kind of thing). Will definitely be returning!

I spent the entire pandemic growing my eye brows out. I told the lady that I didn’t want her to touch the shape, just to clean up the middle and all the little hairs above my eyebrow. She legit went to town, making my eye brows the thinnest I have ever seen them. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done many times and have never seen such a terrible job. Do not give this place your business.

She left me with extremely thin eyebrows- i told her to be careful and that I didn’t want them thin.I just wanna die.My wedding is coming up and I literally have two lines as eyebrows. Don’t go to that place.

I really like how my brows turned out! The threader took her time, advised me on what shape was best, and was friendly. I used to go to their old location that was next to where this new one is now. The old location has been closed for a while now though. The employees at the old location were ok, but the employee at this new location is really good

I am more than happy to have finally located a threading salon nearby. I specified my requirements succinctly so as to avoid any dissatisfaction. I am glad the lady there (Mandeep) totally got a hang of what I wanted & did her job perfectly. I would totally recommend getting threading done by her. Price wise, I even got a discount for doing both eyebrows and upper lips combo, paid $15 instead of the usual $20 ! They thankfully accept both Card & Cash.PS : The wait time was a minimal 10 minutes on a busy Tuesday late evening.

The person threading was so disinterested as though she was doing me a great favor. She did not even bother to check if everything was threaded neatly and straight went to billing counter. I checked and told her that there are patches left, she came back irritated and did some for the heck of it. Really disappointing.

Horrible experience. The girl has no idea what she is doing. I found a lot of small scars around my eye brows. and everytime i washed my face or even touched on them, it hurts a lot!!! Also, the girl was mean, terrible service. Didnt even say a word with a poker face when i paid her money plus tips plus i said thank you to her. I couldnt get it.

Horrible, uneven and messed up.

Left with two cuts on my eyelid. Service was hostile and the technician did not thread cleanly. I had to go home and fix things myself, which is disappointing given that their rate is higher than the average threading salon. Would have given one star but there was no wait on a busy weeknight, though now I understand why.
