Pros: Appointment only which makes it convenient for me. I get in and get out at the scheduled time. Nail techs are pretty good. I never do anything difficult but it always looks good. The salon is also clean and covid compliant.Cons: In a bid to drive sales and increase tips, the techs consistently overcharge you. If you are not familiar with the salon, they could overcharge you at least $20. Maria claimed a full set did not include filing or basic colors even though when i went back on the site, the service description includes it. Rosa tried to do the same with me until i challenged her and showed her the website. It seems their management encourages this as well to drive business. Very shady!

The place was spotless and sanitized. The staff was very friendly. Martha sis my pedi Ana she was super nice and gentle. Great job! Ana did my full set acrylic nails and did such a phenomenal job. First time here and certainly not the last. Thank you 🙏🏼

This was my first visit and I’m never going anywhere else!! The staff is super professional and nice from the second you walk in till you checkout. I was taken care of by Martha and she was very sweet and took great care of me, she had great attention to detail and made my nails look the best they ever did!!The place is super hygienic as well, there is a dedicated person cleaning around continuously and everyone is smiling and positive.Love the dedicated parking as well, makes things super convenient.

I came here one month ago, and returned today but I will never come back. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I usually go to another nail salon, but I wanted to try a different look and from the pictures, this place does a lot of different designs. I saw Anna for my appointment and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said to get that look and design, it’s UV gel. I told her my nails get really long, but also break easily. She said UV gel would make my nails stronger. I did them, loved it, paid & tipped her well. I even referred my friend here. I returned today for an appointment. This time I booked a regular gel manicure and pedicure. When I came in, the technician said I would need to do UV gel again or I would have to cut all my nails. I said,”what??” She called Anna over who then said, “Yes, UV gel damages your nails when you remove them. You have to do it or if you remove them, they’re going to be so damaged, you’re going to have to cut your nails”. I said, “why did you tell me they would make my nails stronger?!” Long story short, (after I already decided in my head I’d never be back), I just said do the UV gel this time as I have an event tomorrow and need my nails to look nice. Then they preceded to tell me UV gel takes too long so I’d have to choose between getting the pedicure or nails. I’m sure you could imagine my frustration at this point. After going back and forth, I chose nails. The technician I was booked with didn’t know how to do UV. They went to ask someone else, and he couldn’t do it. I said, “what now?” They said your only option is pedicure. It took everything in me not to turn the desk over. I walked out. Now I’ll have grown out nails and no pedicure meeting my new boyfriend’s family tomorrow. Thanks Cuteticles. Clearly, I will never be back.

I love this nail salon! They are my number one choice in nail salon. They also have Parking in the back of the building since street parking is scarce. They’re super efficient and clean between customers; making sure everyone is safe and well protected. They also do an amazing job!!!!!!!!

I read amazing reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. My first impression upon arrival, was that my experience would be great.The service I received was manicure dip powder. Although my interaction with the staff was pleasant, the sustainability and quality of my experience was poor. Three days from getting my nails done, the top coat was chipping. I went in to get it touched up twice and decided that maybe it’s the color and nail technician that was the issue. I changed the color and nail technician and again, the top coat is chipping within days of getting it done. I really think it’s the technique and quality of their products versus the nail technicians fault. Nevertheless, I won’t be returning.

I will never return to this salon. It’s such a shame because they do have some talented nail artists but the level of unprofessionalism is extremely high. I have been here 3 times. Each time I made my appointments a month in advance but 2 of the 3 times they told me they were running behind and I would have to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour before they were ready for me. Today I had an appointment at noon, when I got there at 11:55 they said my nail artist was running behind and asked if I could wait. She had not even STARTED the nails of the client before me. After I waited for 20 minutes they finally said it would be over an hour before she could get to me and asked if I wanted to just wait. They didn’t even offer a discount on my service for asking me to wait so long. Again, I was not a walk in, Im serious about keeping up on my nails so I had made this appointment weeks ago! I told them to please cancel this appointment and all the future ones I had.Again, this is a shame because they have some super talented nail artists here but if you do go be prepared to spend hours waiting and give your whole day up.

I come and see Ana - I get my UV gel tips with her, designs and all, they always last 5-6 weeks without lifting or bending at ALL. She’s one of the few manicurist here who will take a 7 pm appointment which works great for me since I work in the city. Her work is the best and she is such a sweetheart!!!

I went in for a Gel mani and Classic Spa Pedi. I left spending $88 plus Cash tip. Definitely more than what is listed on their website. This is my third time at the salon and I almost leave with the same kind of experience. But I’m never coming back for sure.First of all the technician made me bleed on literally every finger during manicure, secondly she didn’t file my nails like I wanted. I don’t necessarily write reviews but on day 2 my nail paint chipped this is why I’m writing this.Not the kind of experience one would hope. Also the nail technicians are always busy chitchatting instead of focusing on clients.

I usually go to the Cuteicles location up the street, but gave loft a try. I made an appointment and got there a few minutes early to make sure they had time to remove my previous gel manicure. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was crazy busy. Every station was occupied for manis and pedis. There was a lot of confusion for some reason. A few people with my same first name got mixed up (never had that happen anywhere) so I ended up bouncing around to different manicurists. The woman who did my nails missed the topcoat so it wasn’t finished properly and I had to get her to fix it. After I left I noticed the polish one finger had little bubbles and my one nail chipped with less than a week of wear. It is clean and sanitary which is super important. I think I’ll stick to the other location next time.

I also have had massages with Cuteticles Loft and so far out of any massage I have EVER booked (Massage Envy, Elizabeth Arden Spa, Sojo Spa, ect..) by far the best!! Highly recommend one.😉

Paying $78 for a subpar pedicure with a technician that answered phone calls and texts as she is doing my pedicure. The pedicure I chose I supposed to be for 1.5 hrs I got 30 minutes. Very poor quality. The salon was very clean, however extremely uncomfortable as the air conditioner was not adequate. If you require people to wear masks make the environment comfortable. Pricing is very high and you get nothing in return. I won’t be returning.

Went and got a pedicure. The lady dug so far down my toe, I was in pain. I did not come in with an ingrown toenail so I wasnt sure why she was being so rough. The next day, my toe turned bright red, almost purple, swelled up, and became infected. I had to go to a podiatrist so they could put 2 needles in my toe and surgically cut out 1/2 of my nail. Day after salon and day after podiatrist pics included.

What an absolutely terrible experience.I should start by saying I was extremely understanding and gave this place three chances. My first appointment, a regular mani/pedi, my technician was on her phone the entire time, and every single one of my nails chipped off in full pieces less than 24 hours after my appointment. I figured it had to be a fluke or they used the wrong polish. I went back the next day and a different technician repainted my nails. Once again, all the polish chipped off the next day.The pedicure was pretty good though, so I decided to give them another chance. My birthday was in a few days and Im was leaving for vacation the next day, so I read reviews and booked an appointment A MONTH IN ADVANCE with an experienced and well-reviewed technician, Bee, to make sure I got a quality mani that would last on my trip. I booked for 1:45pm, but I got a call earlier in the day saying they had been double booked and asked if I could come in at 2:15pm instead. No problem. When I arrived at my new appointment time, I was told my technician was finishing up another appointment. I waited for 25 minutes, then a different technician came and brought me to a manicure station and took off my nail polish. She then walked away and left me sitting there for 15 minutes. During that time I asked the receptionist what was going on, and she just told me they would be with me shortly.It was now over an hour since my original appointment time when I realize they charged my credit card for my appointment before I had even gotten there!!!! I went to the receptionist and told her I couldnt wait any longer and that Id like a refund. She told me that the technician standing next to her could do my nails right now if I wanted (why was this not offered to me until I had waited 40 minutes and needed to leave?). I declined and just asked for a refund, which she couldnt give me without a manager present....I was given no explanation as to what even happened, why the technician I booked with wasnt there, or where the other technician went. Truly terrible experience.

I have been going to cuteticles nails for months now. Ana who does my nails is absolutely amazing! She does all types of designs stones, ombre and all. She has a great personality as well. The front desk staff are sweethearts as well. I highly recommend going to see Ana.

I go here because it’s close to me and the staff is nice but have to be honest the business is not professional. They canceled on me twice in two months and then I have to wait another few weeks to reschedule. That’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you are going to cancel an appointment that was already made and I had to wait 4 weeks for it only to cancel and then tell me well next appointment available is another 2 weeks that’s BS. This happens a lot from talking to my friends who stopped going there. Sad because it has potential. For the money they charge I expect more.

Easy online booking and you earn rewards points for every visit which you can then earn $5 off. Ive been coming here for almost a year. I pass by other salons closer to my house on my way to my appointments and never thought to go anywhere else but here.

I went to treat myself for my 18th birthday and Ana went above and beyond. My nails are so beautiful and it is obvious that they were done with love.

I was there few days ago to get a gel manicure, fist at all I only have one hand because I born like that. I told the lady I want a design on one of my nails on what she responded I don’t know how to do designs so you can only choose one color, okay I decided to continue, after she finished she gave the bill to the receptionist guy, he charged me the complete manicure so I asked him if there is not a discount for me because just one hand, he even looked at me and said NOT! I’m so disappointed about that!!!

Upon this pandemic the place is constantly being disinfected which made me feel secure. Rosa was very gentle and thorough with my pedicure. Took into consideration that I was a diabetic not to make me bleed. I love this place.

While I have not always had the best experience when I have been assigned random techs, I do have to say that Katherine has made me a very loyal customer. She is AMAZING. Excellent customer service all around. She is very sweet, creative and takes the time to listen to exactly what you like/want and does her very best to work with you. Be sure that if you would like her to do designs on your nails that you book additional time to give her time to perfect your nails (and she 100% will!) This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever scheduled an appointment at. I made an appointment with Anna for 6:30 pm; she texted me from her cell asking me if I can come earlier. I texted her back, saying I have been trying to call the salon because I was stuck at work and could not make it. They marked me as a no-show and charged me $45. I kept calling the salon like a madwoman for someone to answer. Finally, someone who does not have any phone manners says that she does not know the issue since the phone lines are ringing, but I am telling her, are you answering the calls? Not. I said I have proof. I have been calling your place for over an hour; shes like, oh well, we need 24 hours in advance for cancellation. I explained that I could not get out of work as expected and have been trying to call. I was not aware of the cancelation notice since I have not been there. So, now I am trying to reach the owner with just an email provided on their website.

I scheduled an appointment in advance for a mani pedi. My appointment was changed my the technician without my consent and without any notification aside from an auto generated text message. When I got there, the traffic was crazy and there was no parking, so I called and spoke to a young lady and told her that I was looking for parking and would be there as soon as I can. She told me it wouldn’t be a problem and I circled the clock for 45 minutes. When I finally made it upstairs the girl at the front desk told me she had to check with my tech because I was a half hour late. I explained the situation and she was very rude and told me she’d have to “see”. This was incredibly frustrating so I said you know what never mind I’ll go somewhere else, and a gentleman behind the counter yelled out WOW as I was leaving. I will never come back after the way I was treated.

Rosa charged me additional to fix broken nails that she went in a broke as she was taking me previous powder gel off and never said anything. Put acrylic on my nails claiming to be fixing as a courtesy. Also two of fingers are lumpy due to the acrylic and my thumb was rushed and was unable to properly dry so it looks...as you can see in the pic chipped. Don’t really care for the color so did not want to waste the time going back.

Best nail salon in North Jersey! I Have been getting my nails done with Kathy for almost two years and there is no one else I rather have doing my manicure/pedicure. I just love coming here each and every time. Yomaira is always so amazing and helpful when I ask her to search for colors for my intricate designs. They also have an app which makes scheduling appointments such a quick and Easy process. The vibe and atmosphere is always on point. Oh and can’t forget Ana, the receptionist, super sweet and always playing the best jams.

I went in for a gel manicure. The technician cut my cuticles so excessively that I ended up with multiple cuts and my skin peeled back for days afterwards.Whats worse is that she seemed annoyed that my cuts wouldnt stop bleeding.
