Elena is the best trainer I have ever worked with, hands down. As someone who is not a fan of working out or sweating, she has encouraged me and pushed me to strive for greatness. With her help, I have become stronger and healthier. She has helped me overcome my lack of self esteem, and pushed me physically and mentally to be the best I can be. With her encouragement I have changed my lifestyle by eating healthier and working out regularly, something I never thought was possible. Through working out with Elena I have found someone who will help and guide me to live a happier and healthier lifestyle, and above all I have found a friend. She is more than a trainer, she is someone you can count on to be there to help lift you up and push you to be the best person you can be. It helps to have someone who is knowledge, someone who has a sense of humor, someone to help you focus on achieving your goals.If you are consistent, show up, and listen Elena will take care of the rest. She is thoughtful, attentive, and listens to what is working and not working. Focused on the fundamentals, she has helped me to take steps back to basics to ensure that I will not injure myself.There is no ego working out with her. It’s a fun, supportive environment, and some of the most consistent gains that I have seen in strength in the past 4 years of working out.
Amazing!That was my first session after no fitness for quite some time. And I really needed someone to guide me for a smooth start. And it was perfect, the balance of a personal trainer correcting me when necessary, but not overbearing. Im definitely staying with this semi-personal format. Good place to start training for some real results.
