I would give this place zero stars if I could. They barely dried my car after the wash and then they scratched the back of my BMW. The scratch is over 16inches! You can also see the water spots that were left over.

Great value for a decent hand wash. Not a deep clean or full dry but perfect for a quick clean closest to downtown JC. Will be back.

My new spot to get the cars washed. Completely brushless which mean no harsh swirls an ordinary car wash will give to your paint. I wish Id known this for years.

They are cheap, but you only get what you pay for, so lower your expectations. OK to go for a quick refreshing wash, but they leave some dirty spots here and there, especially on the interior.

Felt like 15+2$ down the drain. Both exterior and interior were with residuals and dusts

Good...Service..They are cleaning good outside wash.But, the vacuuming is not 100% satisfied work.. just like they are finishing it.. 70% im satisfied with vacuuming inside.

Absolutely the worst car wash in Jersey City. Its like they only hire people with bad vision and weak arms to work there. Dont waste your time waiting in line. I pay, I too, I am disappointed.

The service here was not good. I do not recommend this place and I will not be coming back. There is still much dirt all over my windows and some on the exterior of the car. I asked for a vacuum yet there is still dirt and crumbs everywhere.

Been coming for years.but they are getting worse. They are washing to fast and forgetting the wheels.the rims brake dust still remain in the wheel .ism not coming back time to go some place else

For regular wash they are great since the price is very affordable. Much better than an automated car wash. If you are expecting a very detailed and excellent service then go somewhere else but you will pay twice. Again, for their price point they offer a decent service. I read other reviews and people seem to expect the best service out of town paying $10 for the service. Be realistic with your expectations and you will be happy.

They charged me $15 full service without cleaning inside the car.And the cashier wasn’t planning to return any change

It was $12 for a wash that included exterior foam hand wash, tire shine, and quick interior incl mats. There were some missed spots particularly towards the lower body, tires werent cleaned as well, and post-wash water marks remained. But for the money I think that is what I expected.

They do a very nice job on exterior (basically a hand wash) and interior (they use armour) and take credit cards and allow you to place tip on credit card which is wonderful. I highly recommend them. The only thing I suggest is to clean out the car before you arrive as there is limited room and time to do so when on the premise.

Caution the people operating the register act like they don’t speak English and up charge! (Proven by my Spanish speaking passenger) very disappointing to know people are taking advantage of others like this. Shameful

You get what you pay for. Its a quick service team that doesnt always clean everything so you need to stand there and keep an eye out to let them know if theyve missed anything. Before you drive out, make sure you take a good look and ask them to re-clean if youre not satisfied.If you are looking for a professional company and service, this is not the place. For 12 bucks you get a quick exterior, interior vacuum and tire hand wash. Worth the price for me since I dont have to bring all these supplies and cleaning tools outside and do it myself.Definitely will go again for a quick clean.

They dont clean ur car that good. They always leave dirty spots on car. I been coming here for a while now but am done with this car wash always the same problem.

If you want your car damaged, this is the right place to go. Afterwards they were claiming the car was damaged before I brought it in. When I told them to look at the camera they said only the manager can do that and to leave my number. Of course they never called back. Avoid this place, I certainly will!

The car wash is great but the wait to get out is the reason for 3 stars. The setup is bad on a busy day. Youre stuck behind people getting everything.
