N O W this car wash is amazing. I clean my car better than when I send 30 dollars. I SCRAPED A POLE WITH MY CAR THEY GOT RID OF THE SCRAP FOR FREE, and they only charge 12 dollars for your car. Of course I tipped them heavy. I N C R E D A B L E!!!!!! 10 stars.

I’ve gone here for years & this is my favorite car wash in NJ. What I like most is that they always do a thorough job on the mats. For good services, good price point, quick thorough work & friendliness, you’d be hard pressed to find a better place.

This is a pretty good place to get your car washed solely for the fact its very inexpensive for them going all out. It also allows me to tip them more. I hope they stay within this price range ($13).

Picture doesn’t do justice but the car was still dirty in some large spots. Had to take the picture in night to be visible on the black paint. Maybe because I skipped on the interior since my car was already clean inside.. had pleasant visits prior however.

From out of state was extremely worried when my Tire Pressure warning came on so my brother took me here. They took care of my concerns and I left happy.

I will service here anytime. I explained to the owner that I had an accident with my car and my radiator was exposed. I asked him was there any way my car could be washed without causing further damage and he said yes. He explained to his employees my situation and what to do. They washed my car with caution and it came out brand new considering the fact that My car was covered in dirt and mud. They did the beat they could and i was beyond satisfied. It made the major damages to my car feel not as big...lol...thank you to the owner☺☺

I have been coming here weekly. They were always doing okay job leaving some tiny stains here and there but this time they left huge stain. Not recommended at all.

Staff always do a slap dash job but I use it because they have an underfloor spray which is great to get salt off the underfloor street a snow fall.

They didnt clean the roofof the car because there was some dirt stuck to some tree pollen, they said. However, the rest of the car was clean.

They dont honor the advertised prices, when I complained I was told that the prices Just went up!! but weeks later the signs still there advertising cheaper prices and going to report them to the BBB

I will no longer go to this car wash. The cashier guy was being rude to me because I end up buying a little tree freshener, the big size of 1$. And the owner tried to convince me to pay $2 for no reason. He wasnt nicely as a business owner. My car ended up looking the same when I left. They didnt do their best at wiping inside the car outside is fine, also they vacuumed part was horrible - barely clean it.I give it a 1 start because it wasnt a good service on my end. The service was very quick, but it was VERY sloppy.

There can be a line up the street on nice days, expect a rush job because they’re cranking out cars.Got my Audi detailed recently and they did a awesome job of restoring it, every corner was clean, headlights restored, even the roof liner. It’s my go to car wash.

They re not professional and so rude. I left key inside the car, when they clean inside the car probably accidentally locked the door. I checked in car and saw glass shards. I used their equipment for to sweep it. And i closed the door. I realized that doors re locked after close the passenger door. Dear manager came near me and he said that i locked the door. He blamed me for that and he THREATENED ME for open door without key. Yes of course i locked it because i like run to home for get spare key. Are you kidding me? Whatever happens YOU CAN NOT YELL TO CUSTOMERS. And I already have let the management about this dissatisfied issue with leave your loyalty coupon back. I hope they understand why am i upset. But i dont think so. It was my first time service for this place but i am definitely sure IT WAS MY LAST VISIT THIS PLACE. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP WAS HORRIBLE. The place is maybe the cheapest car wash in Jersey City. There usually is a line on a nice weekend. But on an average the line moves pretty fast. I would say 3min per car position. They usually have two staffs hand wash your car and have three spots with staffs to dry and clean inside of your. They have a reward card which was pretty awesome (I think it was wash 10 times and you get one for free?) Because its cheap, the service is cash only.

4 starts cause its 11$ for wash wax (wheel cleaning too) and vacuum not to mention the speed. They however missed a large spot of dried ketchup (or something) that was vandalized to my car and the reason for me going. So I don’t know how effective they are at getting out that stuff.

Sometimes the line is very long to get it... testimony of a great business.

Been going here for 5+ yrs. At first the service was great, especially for the price. As of a year or so theyve been slacking too much! Rush jobs especially when you PAY for vacuuming and interior cleaning and your cup holders still have stains, dust on the dash, back seat not vacuumed and side mirrors still wet??!?!? Pretty sure i wont be returning. I hate wasting my money.Only worth it if you need a quick exterior cleaning.

I came here based on the great Google reviews, but I was mislead. They did not do a great job. Car was neither fully washed nor dried well. Dirty spots in my windows and mirrors were missed by the was team. The drying team left streaks and wet spots on the top and rear of my car. Car mats were replaced wet and soapy, but not cleaned. I likely will not return. Id rather pay a bit more to have the job done right the first time.

Good wash for the money. One problem. The workers have to stop wearing their pants below the belt line. Ghetto style. I had my kids in the car and it wasnt a nice sight......

I have been washing here for several years now and at least twice a month. These guys do a really good job and helps when the dry off excess water with the compressed air. I like that the owners are always there is sometimes help with cleaning themselves. In addition, you cannot beat the price, probably the best price in Jersey City !

I been to car wash cost 18 to 20 dollars for the job this people do. Only charge 10 dollar for everything even tire oil shine. Give me a reward card. Great service. I hate people who complain about every little thing. Those are the one who give me 4 star on uber.

I wanted to try this place out. Unfortunately they did a poor job, rushed the cleaning process. I had to point out cup holder coffee spills, back seat not vacuumed, trash left inside the car. I would have used them on a regular but pretty inconvenient if I have to point out things every time.

Worst cleaning ever done. The exterior was half cleaned the interiors were even worse. Visible dirt marks were not cleaned. Will not go back. $10 wasted and would rather prefer spending a little bit more for a more professional and well done cleaning.

Good quick car wash, I took my black mini van, after washing i saw some spots, owner step down and cleaned those well. Mind-blowing service, he told me about the frequent washing program 10th will be free after 9 wash.

If I can give them negative stars I would, the owner of this establishment rushed to get me and my pregnant wife out of the establishment because we complained that the job was not done right. Paid to have the car vaccuumed and cleaned but the interior was not cleaned thoroughly and there were clear spots that were not vacuumed so we Started cleaning ourselves. The owner started rushing my pregnant wife to leave and I had to intervene. There is no customer service here or care for the client’s concern, the owner just wants you to give them your money for a subpar job then leave. I’ve never been so aggravated at a simple car wash. There are plenty of better spots in Jersey city, if you care about your car don’t come here! If your a taxi driver don’t come here! If your a family don’t come here!

I always go to Bubbles, gentleman at the cash register always greets me with a handshake. They do a great job for the cost. Also every 10th wash is free. Had mine last week. Wont go to no one else.
