Try not to go here guys. These people are ripping people off. They want you to spend $200 than they will wash your car better. I got silver for $13 and they didnt wash my car good. I have to stand next to them so they can clean better.

Miracle workers! Brought my 2019 X3 back from the brink of needing a new paint job with a full service detail. My car spent a ton of time in a covered garage during Covid and I was blown away by the toll it took on my car from drips and leaks in so short a time. Dominic and Joseph are fantastic, and I would highly recommend going here for a quality and thorough detail!

Ive been to car washes in all corners of the country and in between. I found the workers at car washes are some of the most hard-working, friendly people out there. This place is no exception. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and diligent. Best car wash in Jersey City, especially when factoring in the price. My only regret was not tipping more! I will be back.

Got a great interior/exterior detail here— and when my light-colored drivers mat didn’t come out perfectly they asked if they could keep it overnight and try to get the rest of the staining out. I came back to pick it up the next day and it looked good as new. Notably friendly service with the two staff that I interacted with.

I have been here several times and always received good service until today. While positioning my car to enter the bay (prior to being on the belt where it would be in neutral), an employee began shouting profanities at me for not driving fast enough toward him and the car in front of me. I was moving as fast as one safely can in that environment, so I dont know what upset him so much.I really wanted to like this place. They clean well, are fast, and are usually friendly. But Ill have to find a different location where I dont need to prepare to fight anyone before leaving the house.

Yes, they do the job of car wash but it’s very high level. Went for platinum package. It did mention rim cleaning but they didn’t clean it thoroughly. The front of the car had few stains which were not removed. Overall not satisfied.

This place is an ideal example of you get what you pay for... they are definitely cheaper that other places in JC / Hoboken, but quality is also inferior. They just want to push you through the assembly line, as soon as possible.I went for a full service wash. The initial automatic / conveyor belt wash is fine. But the vacuuming and the final hand wash is terrible. I had to stand around and point the guy to at least 7-8 spots that were dirty (after he had called it done). They dont dry your car properly - which leaves water stains. And then I realized that they hadnt even touched the boot space - apparently, its not part of the full service package!They also do something weird, which makes the floor mats super slippery.Probably still ok for basic, regular washes, but definitely will avoid, when I need real cleaning (e.g. after a long road trip).

Waste of money to get my car washed here! EVERY TIME I come here it’s like I’m helping to clean my own car after they’re done. It’s a rush job for the price that you’re paying (idk of it’s because I’m a woman they think I don’t care about the cleanliness of my car lol). When you ask them for a dry cloth to clean your car to your liking they act like they can’t here you. Won’t be coming back! Edgewater car washes it is! I don’t have to lift a finger ✌️

Unfortunately, I purchased a Groupon voucher the first person to welcome you was amicable the wash was done through a var wash system some manual wash and a brush over your roof, it will remove the dirt and grim off your vehicle, but the basic cleaniing of the car it is not what you pay for unfortunately, it was somewhat busy and they just want you to move on like in a assembly line, the workers try to do their best but the issue seems to be with management which do not care about customer satisfaction maybe does not even know the meaning of it. Not washed or dried well, vacuum was poorly done and no cleaning was done of the doors or dashboard, there was no quality control or satisfaction the supervisor only said he is done and was asked to move my car. Just to avoid any grievance I just left very unsatisfied. Sadly they lost a customer or a referral and this less than favorable review.

Drove in at 9am and all the facilities were open with people clearly inside, but was told it was closed despite the guy washing a car in the wash bay. At least put a sign up saying your car wash is closed.

I had to return to the shop 1 minute after leaving and realizing they didnt do anything inside the car. The floors and mats were sandy exactly as I gave it to them and the coat of dust on the dashboard was very visible. They didnt even wipe it. Poor service and worst employees attitude.

These guys take pride in their detailing work! I usually come here for washes. Took my car to get detailed as I have a dog that sheds excessively in the back seat and floor of the car. It was really bad. Dominick and team did a great job, my car was like new when I came to pick it up. Went above and beyond to leave car like new and very professional.

So I came here because the prices were decent.... My first car wash was okay.... they did a good job on the outside but the inside was another story... the floor mats and and the floor were barely vacuumed still had stuff all over them. The door sides weren’t wiped down, still had dust and dirt on them, pretty much nothing was wiped down inside the car besides the windows! They worked fast and it showed! The package I purchased included wiping down the inside and vacuuming, got neither of those! Whatever! So after covid started uplifting I gave them the benefit of the doubt and once again DISAPPOINTED! I will not be returning! I do not recommend if you want a nicely cleaned car inside and out!

I just bought my vehicle from the dealership 2019 Honda Civic and it was the first car wash before had no swirls now I have them all over Bc they did not rinse the vehicle before cleaning so all dirt was on there while scrubbing it which caused the swirls

I recommend this venue for detail, they did a very good job on my MR2 Spyder. Not a 100% spotless job if you are extremely picky but they went the extra mile and cleaned up the engine bay as well so very happy with the service.

Brought my car in for a full detail. The price was fair and the work was exceptional. My dog had spent a lot of time in the car and it was pretty disgusting: hair and slobber literally caked on the floor. Now its like when I first bought it. Driving Is a pleasure again.A couple tips: they will wash your engine bay, so if thats something you dont want, let them know. I also noticed detailers dont clean driving pedals. That might be a liability thing, but if thats something you want, Id request it.

I paid for the 30$ cleaning package, the overall car wash was good for the price but they rushed and missed so many spots on the inside wasnt vacuum good.

I have a limo service and I have sent many cars here for years. The owners have changed hands multiple times. I had one of my managers take his car here today and it was damaged. The owners tried to blame another car wash and did not offer any assistance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I called and the owners were unprofessional. I have to say after years of going here and providing business to this location I will take my business elsewhere.

Does the job. Not a machine wash. They do both exterior and interior cleaning.This is the second time getting the car washed here. This time both the Interior and exterior cleaning was not the best here, they were in a hurry and most of the dash n center console was not cleaned properly. To add up to that they wet the seat with the cleaning water/chemical. And the prices are moderate and not cheap.Last time it was a better experience.

Quick service, good cleaning, interior cleaning could be improved

When you like your car clean, you notice a lot of “missed” spots when you get carwash. But after a long time today when I got the car wash done it was as perfect as it could be. I was maybe the last person in before they close yet they responded well, took care of me well. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is a really great place and all. I received a car wash 2 days ago and since it was going to rain in the upcoming days I was given a 48 hour free wash. I’m here within the 48 hour time limit at 2pm and the place appears to be closed? I checked the hours and on the website they don’t close till 6pm. I drove 20 minutes to get here so I would like to have my free wash please. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised at how GREAT this carwash is. They have new owners and they really turned this place around. They renovated the entire place and made the store bigger. The employees are all fast, attentive and kind. My car was pretty groas going in but shiny and new looking coming out, my husband asked if I got the car detailed. They offer that too but a regular full service wash did the job perfectly! Will come back for sure and HIGHLY recommend. You will leave happy!

This is the worst and over priced car wash.The receptionist charges different price every time and very rude when asked. The workers are too lazy to clean properly., I have to clean those left over spots.

The customer service is five stars and then some. I had a terrible experience at another car wash. They scratched the hood of my car washing/drying it. They refuse to do anything to correct the issue. I received a referral to go to JCHW&DC. I drove right over. I showed them the issue. They gave my vehicle to their resident expert, Mauritzio, to fix the issue. Mauritzio worked his magic and my vehicle looked like new. If you ever have any scratches, or just need a great car wash and wax bring it to JCHW&DC!!!
