I took two cars there on Saturday. The first car needed new front brakes, oil change, and fluids. The second car needed a full cleaning. Both were done quickly, well, and professionally.Staff was great and communicated well about price/timing, especially Charlie (I believe that was his name).I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

The service of cleaning the interior of the car was horrible. I paid 32.00 for the highest price for the car wash. I am not happy at all. I wouldnt recommend coming here for service to no one trust me.

From the beginning to the end besides the group of guys that dried the car was horrible including the cashier. The man screams move up and it was still a car in front of me. Then he screams at his co worker not to clean my rugs that thats an extra dollar per rug without asking me if I wanted them clean then take my car and drives it to the front while doors are open and other guys are placing the mats back in my car then screams at me to go in my car and drive it thru then I ho to pay and the cashier tells me Im on the phone so I tell her ok I wait then I tell her my complaint of their service and she was no help she said it sounds like that was my boss I told her I could care less if he was. They cant deal with the public

Dropped my car off to get the seats washed. I was amazed when I picked it up!! My 2013 car looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor!!! They were very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend

Bad service, they do not know how to wash your car, my receipt says, (full service and tire dressing) only washed outside and left dirty, they not cleaned inside, never go back to that place. Very bad service!

The owner is professional at all times ...but his staff not at all,especially the oil mechanic..very rude disrespectful and aggressive to the point i thought i was gonna have to fight him..and i had my own oil and filter($35) ...the staff he use to have was way more professional....just took my car across the street and treated with respect ($20) SMH didnt care about a free car wash

$48 for an oil change, special filter, full service car wash.(which they vacuum inside and Polish out, they did an amazing job) I love the place. Theyre open on the weekends, its simple and fast. Guy with the Veteran hat does his job amazingly well. All the Mechanics were honest and helpful, which is fantastic since I work on my own car and can tell them how and why I dont need what someone is up selling. If I had a parking lot Id do all of my maintenance myself, but I dont. And I dont want my feet run over from working under my car in the street.

Went for an oil change as well as the free car wash (comes with an oil change service). The guys in the garage rushed the job, and the car wash did a poor job at removing typical surface dust.

Overpriced and they didnt do a good job. Left the right side of my car dirty. I had to point out all the dirt spots that they didnt clean then they claimed it wouldnt come off and I took the rag and showed them that they do. Also the inside of the car was not cleaned well at all. My car is all black and the inside is all black so you see everything. They also do not provide print out receipts for you.

Average Car Wash. The facilities are small and the automated car wash only brushes your car once with bristles, one on top, one on bottom. I have been thru other car washes were they provide dual automated washes.The employees are not as friendly as other reviews have stated, they are a bit slow and dont put customer service first.I purchased a one month car was subscription which allows me 12 washes for the month, which I thought out weighed the negatives, but that was the only month I will go to this car wash.There are too many car-washes in the area to settle for mediocre.I am taking my business else where. I hope your experience is better than mine.

I never had a problem there! I have a carbon fiber hood on my truck and was looking for a hand wash that wouldnt damage it and then never let me down! They always clean my vehicle inside and out so i have absolutely no complaints.

Got the $17 platinum wash, forget the fact that the inside of the car was barely touched and I still had garbage laying on the floors indicating no vaccum whatsoever, the outside wasnt much better with visible spots on the car and rims with large visible dirt areas as well. Better off just going to a gas station vacuum and then hosing the car off, saving yourself a cool $15 with a better wash.. Thats what I used the $3 change I had in my hand in lieu of the tip I was planning to leave..

This place is great. You get an oil change and you get a free car wash. There’s a great selection of air fresheners, mats, steering wheel covers, and windshield wipers.

They do t really do a good job of cleaning your vehicle, they rush and miss a lot of things that should be addressed. I paid $40 for a clean and wash and had to end up doing myself, I would never go back there again

Worse washing ever. For the premium package (which was last for 5 minutes and cost $18) I got back my car with dirty rear window and side mirrors, dust on the panel etc. My feeling was that no matter which package do you pick, you get the same cheapest washing. If you still got there, save your money and pick the most basic package

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience. I just get a new car, I decided to wash my car for the first time. When I get home. I realized that one of the windscreen wipers was missing. I called Perfect Touch they are blaming me and one of the employee was rude and not willing to help in any way. First car wash HORRIBLE experience, plus the service was very poor but I guess that what you get for $12... I will never go there again. I DON’T recommend this place!!!

Is ok,not the best, but they try.. They raise they prices starting this year,2018. They do miss a lot of spots. Have to tell them. But hey is on a ok location, intersection. They going to have customers not matter what.

My man Jesus and the other techs are great washers could be a lil more thorough though. Also free wash with oil change and they check and top off all reservoirs.

UPDATE after few months: the oil they used for a change was disappearing 1 quarter/1000miles. Changed again in another place, 3000miles after that and still on max level. I think they use a poor quality oil here.Old review:Oil change service was good and the serviceman seemed professional BUT the experience with the carwash was terrible - you don’t want these guys to clean your interior. I’ve read the reviews before I went there but decided it can’t go wrong for me. I paid for “perfect touch”. Well, they just smeared the dust with dirty rug all across my dashboard. The rag had some terrible sticky black polish on it. They vacuumed pretty bad, tried to give me the car back before it was finished. At the end, my interior looks and feels even dirtier than before. And it’s all sticky with this polish now. Have to rewash. Exterior wash is ok and fast as it’s automated. I might recommend it. But stay away from the washermen. They do a bad job and need some good management on place

I paid for the full serves with tires clean when it was getting dark on sat 2/3/17. When I looked at my car the next morning in the light, the rims was still dirty, the inside wasnt vacuum, I was so pissed because I drive uber and my my inside clean. I so I call and manager to the cashier I have to speak to the owner. What the point of having a manager. The was their 1st big scew. If I back or if you go make sure you wach them like a hawk from start to finish....and I left a tip. I will never tip again i until they get their act straight

Another whole in the ground wash for cars in the city soapscum on interior glass so u can not see the full effect of soap on csr as it go through cashier always have attitude forget proper vaccum of inside your car and silicone ontire while tire still wet😠😠2nd time and last time I do business here . He start a promotional program stop it in the middle, he should have let the people in finish up first. You cant ever talk to him not considerate to his customers. Will never go back, I was a Customer for 7 years.

I took my car to them to get detailed because I have tan seats and I have a large dog so the interior was in a really BAD shape.I was about to have my baby and needed to clean it but I didnt really expect much since it was really dirty.needless to say I was SHOCKED when I picked it up.I have never seen my car so clean amd for that price it was soo worth it.I am really surprised that they dont have a higher average review.
