Overall service was good. They were helpful in pinpointing which tire was messed up and needed replacing, but they were a little slow for my taste with the job we were there for. There were 4 available, and all were attending to the one tire we needed changed out, and even tho we started out next in line, we still spent over an hour waiting. Maybe its their way to get you to spend more money the longer you are in there. Who knows. As for the price, every store tries to upsell you, but for the basics we got, we feel the price was fair.

My husbands tire deflated while in this walmarts parking lot. The employee working refused to patch the tire, saying that his slow, gentle drive the 30? Yards though the parking lot to the automotive center ruined the tire and it had to be completely replaced. Absolutely unprofessional, just trying to get him to spend more money than necessary.

There was more standing and talking then working. 2 hours for a tire repair.

I give this Walmart a 1 star review because they have not updated their Google listing to mention their auto repair center is closed until further notice. I stopped by there today, as one of my tired was quickly losing air pressure, only to find a hand-written note on their door stating that their shop is closed until further notice. This is very poor reflection of their management and such shortcomings need to be improved before I change my review. Luckily I found another tire shop about 5 mins away, called Road Bound and Down, which were very helpful - even though they were about to close for the day! Rather than wasting your time at this Walmart Auto Care Center, I highly recommend you go down the street to Road Bound and Down at 1042 Frontage Rd, Jennings, LA 70546.
