The awesome gentleman here at Firestone took great care of me. I pulled up with no appointment because my brand new tire ( I bought from a different Firestone this morning) was screeching and even though they were packed with cars waiting to be serviced Kyle graciously pulled my car in and Vincel fixed my issue (that was caused by me having the tire put on by someone else) I am so grateful to the awesome guys here at Jennings Firestone. Wait was extremely to long. 6 hours for 2 tires due to a blow out. Unbelievable. Andre is a good manager though. However that kind of wait time is way to long

Until Andre is back they will continue to spiral downhill... unprofessional staff, not very accurate with informing customers, timing horrible! I would routinely use this location for my regular oil changes, as well as other maintenance. However, since the change in management, service has drastically changed for the worst. No longer does the store keep appointments. I have called and no one answers the phone during regular store hours. I was scheduled to have an oil change 2 weeks ago at noon, left my vehicle and returned 2 hours later to see my car in the same parking spot. The front counter person apologized, but the manager did not recognize me at all. I requested my keys and left. Horrible!!!!! I did not want to rate this store a Star, but had to select one in order to post.

This shop dont honor their warranty, they will try to find something you done to blame you, if you can go to another firestone facility.

These guys are pretty good, they noticed I had a cracked rim which the other firestone didnt. However, I had a really long wait there, close to 6 hours

The service writers were friendly enough but the mechanics were horrible I paid over a thousand dollars to have a check engine light fixed .since it came on six times day after the so called repairs I have take it back about five times at lost of my time they keep fixing different things it go out for a few days and pops right back on they lack trouble shooting skills when you consider its just a 06 gmc come on a 9year old suv keep checking I Will let you know if its fixed they still have it in the shop overnight havent heard a word an Im stuck trying to get transportation yet another time 😠😡😠😡😕😕😕

Horrible service and if you take ur car there u will have to keep coming back over and over and over again. Run.

The work was done not in the allotted time given instead of job being completed that afternoon, it wasnt completed until 2days later, I had 2 call them 2 inquire about the work, I was lied 2 about them not being able 2 get some in2 replace the windshield, I called safelite they came out the next morning while firestone had vehicle in bay replaced b4 they finished w/vehicle..
